A* Service great and fast delivery

Bear was really helpful

Driver was extremely polite and professional. Worked extremely late to ensure we received our delivery. Excellent service from our driver Bear.

Bear delivered on time

On time, very courteous delivery guy, Bear was very helpful

Excellent customer service, very helpful. Bear made sure we were happy with product.

Do not buy from this company. Before I placed my order for PIR insulated roof panels, I was explicitly told delivery would take 7–14 days. As soon as they took my money, the timeline magically jumped to a month and a half. When I tried to cancel (well within 7 days of ordering)—they refused to issue a full refund and forced a 10% "admin fee," withholding 10% of my money for their own deceptive practice. They failed to disclose that this was a prefabricated/made-to-order item beforehand just to trap customers with cancellation fees. Utterly shameless behavior. Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere.

Order roofing materials in good faith, advertise said 3-4 weeks. Company confirmed a dated, that date came or went several days later after no communication I contacted them by email, again no reply. I then contacted them by telephone, third attempt some answered. Confirm that there would be an additional 9 week delay on my order, promised to get someone to call me the same day to discuss alternatives. No call. Call the following day to find out more as I have garden room with no roof at this stage. Again given the run around. Servant day later I called to cancel as I need to source materials from elsewhere now. Spoke to a pleasant guy call Matthew, said the order would be cancelled and I’d receive my refund in 3 to 5 days. 2 weeks later after emailing every day I still have record no reply or refund. Will no have to pursue the matter through the courts.

Driver really helpful, helped unload delivery.
With delay on f delivery/ miscommunication from office he was very apologetic.

Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and happy delivery drive r

Fast delivery friendly, quality is really good!

Quick delivery as stated in website

We used this company on my property in the UK. The company were excellent with the help and advice and worked with me to coordinate delivery of the small window so that my builder could be present. My builder has now completed the job and has conveyed that the quality of the goods were of a high standard. I will be going back to the UK next month so will see for myself. Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.

I received a delivery date that wasn't fulfilled. Then have received no communication about my order. No response to my email. No answer when I call. . .

Very good service - will use again

The whole process from start to finish was nice and straight forward and simple, great product and delivered on time, Bear the the driver was a good chap to, nice to have a chat with.
