Was worried to use this company at first because of some bad reviews but I ordered my stock 2 weeks ago and I'm very happy to say the company did what it said on the tim my roofing sheets are of the highest quality and my delivery driver bear had a great sense of humour

When ordering found Josh exstreamly helpfull his fitting advise was spot on. my order arived when i asked for it... i have now fitted my new conservatry roof it only took a day and it dose what they said it would do keeps us cooler in the sun need to wait to see if it is warmer in the winter . I am well please with the finished roof it is far better than I thoight it would be thsnks Josh.

Abysmal! Missing pieces damaged sheets, given delivery date never happened.
6 emails later not even a response from them.
Steer clear.

After ordering online I immediately followed up via phone call to find out when the items would be delivered - delivery date was about 4 weeks from the date of purshase. I was not thrilled but some things take time I understand that. The person I spoke to offered to call me if the estimated delivery date changes [this sounded great at the time].

Fast forward to the estimated deliver date - I had received no calls or follow ups, I had to wait 45 minutes just for someone to answer the phone.

They then told me its "awaiting" and couldn't provide an updated delivery date.

After this I immediately followed up and requests a refund which was denied - due to the Ts&Cs. They advertise great customer support and promised delivery - on their site AND on their mobile service while waiting for them to answer (must have heard the spiel 8 times about how great they are). So they can mess around their customers and take 0 accountability or even empathy - since now I have no roof (since I was planning on the new materials arriving today) and I dont have the materials at hand to replace it.

Give these guys a wide birth if you read this or you may well have a similar experience

Placed my order and given a delivery date for 4 weeks later, I accepted this and paid in full. After receiving my invoice I heard no more, so 4 days before the due delivery date I emailed for an update, no reply, I then called and spoke to a member of staff who said he’d look into it and get back to me soon, no call, so I called the next day and was told the delivery date was now another 4 weeks, no reason given
I asked if there’d was any other option available to me, and again, after calling several times was eventually told that there was no other alternative available.
I then requested a refund, the following day I finally received as email stating my refund would sent to management for approval.
I would strongly suggest that if you are looking for sheet roofing you buy elsewhere
The customer service was appealing, no one seems to care, and it seems they have no stock

At first the company seemed good with a good range of products but a series of failings followed.
Took 10 days for any information on shipping and then advised shipping estimated date 10 days later. Missed a call trying to confirm that delivery date the week before but got no answer when calling back.
When the sheets were delivered, multiple sheets were damaged due to the loading/unloading of them and the paint finish was scratched off in multiple locations. Contacted them and initially Josh was very responsive and asked for some more photos to confirm which ones they would replace. I provided these and then they went silent. Despite multiple chases I have had no further responses and assume that I am now stuck with the damaged sheets.
My advise, spend a little bit extra for the other company with the similar name and save yourself the grief.

The service is to die for. They are there for your every need with advice and support. Gushing guys… all of them xx

We ordered over £2k of insulated panels for a community project - the purchase process was great, with helpful guidance. We were told 4-6 weeks for delivery - so build the wooden frame at 5 weeks, being assured it would be here within 6 weeks by sales.
We will now have to sand and that the wood, adding to the time and expense of the project.
Transport department are highly avoidant and unhelpful.
Each department gives a different reason for the delay, which feels very sketchy.
We are still waiting into the 12th week, and keep getting 'fobbed off' with more excuses and promises. I would avoid ordering with this company, as the communication is terrible.
It feels dishonest to give the impression of high stocks and manufacture in the UK - when the reasons for delay are issues in Belgium.

Ordered late December (£13k worth) and was told there would be a two week lead time due to the Christmas/New year break - fair enough. No mention that they didn't hold stock of any of my order. Then told they were having supply chain issues, then it was the Iran war (panels came from Turkey, so I fail to see how it could have been affected by the Iran war), then various other BS excuses. Asked for a refund twice and was ignored or fobbed off.

Took 5 months to get the bulk of the order, but now on 6 months and still waiting on some roof panels.

Never dealt with such an incompetent company in my life! Useless!

Further to my review earlier, we eventually got the correct sheets, lots of faffing around and people not having a clue what was going on, such as a promised date for delivery which didn't happen, no one rang to inform us of this. Pretty poor really. The chap that delivered the correct sheets, wasn't nice at all, seemed to be in a temper. Threw the securing straps to one side, the heavy metal end coming in contact with our roof ridge. He pulled all 8 sheets off the wagon and dropped them 3 ft on to our patterned concrete, he had no regard for our property. This action marked the underside of the bottom sheet, but luckily not the topside. I now see how these sheets were damaged in the first place and needed to be replaced. Personally I wouldn't use the company again.

My experience with Colour Clad has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

Order #8861 was placed on 8 May 2026 and paid for in full (£590.42). The company took payment immediately and retained my funds for several weeks.

Following discussions with the company, a delivery date was agreed. However, on the agreed delivery date I was informed that the materials could not be supplied because stock was unavailable. I was then advised that replacement stock may not be available for several more weeks.

What I find most concerning is that this information only came to light on the day the order was due to be delivered, despite the order having been with the company for weeks.

As I needed the materials to complete an ongoing project, I requested cancellation and a full refund. What should have been a straightforward process became an exercise in repeatedly chasing for updates.

Numerous emails and telephone calls were required. I was informed that the refund was awaiting management approval, then that management were unavailable, followed by assurances that the matter was being reviewed. Despite this, no refund was processed and no meaningful progress was communicated.

The result was that I was left without the materials, without my money, and unable to purchase replacement products elsewhere whilst waiting for the situation to be resolved.

After exhausting all reasonable attempts to resolve the matter directly, I was forced to initiate a chargeback claim through my bank. Only once the chargeback process had been commenced did I receive a detailed response regarding the refund.

Having since reviewed other customer experiences online, it appears that delays, communication issues and refund concerns are not isolated incidents.

Whilst individual members of staff were polite when contacted, the overall customer experience fell well below what I would expect from a professional supplier.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would strongly recommend that prospective customers carry out thorough due diligence before placing an order.

Do not trust this company, i'm still waiting for a refund for panels they could not supply, make sure you count the number of panels as they shorted me on the ordered amount! While the delivery driver was very helpful pointing out the damaged trims that were supplied. Was told 4-6 week delivery, but took 8 weeks for the bits they did deliver, offer a refund before making you wait WEEKS to get it (still havent got it!). They make out they carry stock but they clearly do not. Will never use this company again. They very quick to reply to emails when trying to get a sale but then they just ghost you for days/weeks.

Refuse to give me refund because started charge back proceedings against them. Going to report them to trading standards, absolute scammers, around £1600 stolen.

The worst supplier I have ever worked with.

Total incompetence and a complete lack of respect for the customer. Their website states that all deliveries are completed within 4 weeks. In my case, I had to wait 12 weeks.

Every time I called to ask about my order, I was given false information and reassured that the delivery would be arriving "very soon." Unfortunately, these were nothing more than empty promises.

When I finally received my materials, I discovered that some items were missing, while others were incorrect and did not match my order specification.

I would strongly advise against doing business with this company.

I ordered roofing sheets from Colour Clad Profiles two weeks ago — items listed as a clearance sale, so you’d expect them to be in stock and ready to go. Despite charging £150 for delivery and promising a two-week lead time, I’ve now had an email saying it’ll be another week on top of that. The reason given? They’re apparently waiting on their supplier — for clearance stock. That’s quite a contradiction, since clearance items are supposed to be stock you already have. Rather than a straight apology, I’ve been handed a story that simply doesn’t add up. Which makes their slogan — “Fast, Reliable, and Competitive” — all the more ironic. Two weeks late, a dubious excuse, and £150 for the privilege. I’ll let you decide how well they’re living up to that. Avoid.

Absolutely shocking customer service, I made order and paid in full in 31/march 2026 and still to this day NOT had my order all I e had is excuses from the Iran war to staff illness to trucks breaking
I ordered with this company to get my roof panels quickly but they are still not here and when y call u spend 20mins plus on phone with no answer and you email Sarah Harding and get excuses, I’m building a house and can’t keep waiting to progress as solar booked go on new build
The company doesn’t care about the extra cost I’m having due to their failure to supply
I’m requesting a full refund to get roof by another company that have it in stock
