I finally hear from Collective to explain the delays. The issue with me is that if they would have read the emails I sent the first day they would have realized the problem on their side and this delay could have been corrected quicker instead of the 3 day delay. I would just say to their customer care side is to acknowledge your customers emails, especially when there is an issue going on. You must keep the patient informed and part of the process. Busy or not, new company or not. Communication is the success.

I signed up with Collective, my prescription for tirzepatide was approved, then nothing. They went dark on me. It's been 4 days since approval and no communication since. My status still sits in Dr review status and the Dr chat tells me to contact support which I did like 5 times. Their support says they will respond within 24 hours and now it's been 72 hours and nothing. I think they could be a scam as they don't have a phone number or anything to reach these people to see what the issues are.
Im giving it another day then I will reach out to BBB, the founder Gunnar Lovelace plus my bank to report fraud.
I was hoping this was a legitimate company but it seems so far it's too good to be true. Would love to hear back from someone from this company. Would love to get a phone number to talk with someone. Just a simple update on my order is all I want. Not sure how this company has 4.7 stars unless this is all fake too.
I would like to say that the Dr side of things was great. The customer service commuication is a fail. I woild love to update this review if they ever respond back to me.

I made the switch to Collective two months ago. I have been on compounded tirzepatide with another pharmacy that was charging three times what I'm paying with Collective. The switch was easy...I submitted my information along with a request to stay at my current dose. After a review from a physician, I was approved for tirzepatide compounded with glycine at the same does I had been on. I received my package three days later. The package arrived well insulated with several ice packs that were still partially frozen, so the vial was cooled appropriately. I was surprised to see that they also sent me a prescription of anti-nausea medicine as a just in case (I've not needed it, but it was good to see anyway).

In addition to the prescription, Collective offers weekly conference calls with a consulting dietician. I've sat in on two of them and appreciate the support and pointers on good eating habits to assist with the journey.

Finally the price. I'll admit, I was a bit reluctant to put out the $199 annual fee, so I appreciate the three week trial before they charge the fee. It gave me a chance to get a couple of doses to see if the medicine worked as well as my previous company (I was paying $350 per month for the same 10mg dose I'm receiving from Collective). I've not noticed a difference in quality. The $69 monthly fee simply cannot be matched. Annualized I'm now paying $1027 with Collective v. $4200 with my previous pharmacy---and all I received from them was the monthly vial of medicine.

I am very, very pleased and highly recommend Collective.

I have been trying to refill my tirzepide since the weekend and have gotten no response from collective. Very frustrating!

I've been with Collective for 5 weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I did my research and due diligence for several months before hearing about this company.
I'm a fan of Thrive Market so when I heard it's the same owners and the same principles, I took a closer look. Not only is the price awesome because of their membership model, but delivery of the doses and communication with my medical and support teams have been immediate and satisfying. If I had an issue, it was addressed and resolved quickly.
I've already brought two of my circle into the Collective fold, and have received the monthly bonus on one of them already. What a nice perk for sharing!
Suffice it to say, they say what they'll do and they do what they say.

I love collective! So reasonably priced and great product. The customer service has always been fast to get back with me. I even emailed them with questions about their glp-1 program and I had not even made an order yet so I was very impressed from that point on.
So, with such a great prompt response from their CSR's I decided to make the switch from my old company. Glad I did! Now, whoever is reading this needs to just sign up already!!!! You won't regret it.

My experience with this pharmacy has been very quick, easy and will save us a lot of money!

For the first time, I can afford a GLP-1 and Collective has made it smooth sailing. I have struggled for years to lose weight and was extremely discouraged. I found Collective via Reddit and the entire process has been straightforward. The medication came fast, packed cold, and included nausea medication if I needed it. They have instructional videos and a great list of suggested supplements and nutrition tips. A holistic focus is very important to me.

I started at the end of September and I’m down 12 pounds. I had a couple of questions and customer service and the doctor both responded quickly and professionally. I look forward to seeing what else they have planned.

I joined one week ago and received my 1st shipment 3 days later. It was an incorrect dosage for a. switching from a different provider and b. tapering down to maintenance dose.
The good:
They do what they say - flat pricing, quick shipping, quick replies from the medical team. The web portal is simple and straightforward, and there is not yet another app to download.
The bad:
You have to be your own advocate for when errors do occur because everyone follows a script during chats and explaining issues in plain language takes several tries to get understood. There is no app, just a web portal, which as a home screen shortcut works well, but doesn't notify if a message has been responded to. Also, there is no way to opt out of multiple notifications - you get texts and emails, not one or the other.
The ugly:
Customer service seems non existent (at this point in my experience).My issue was forwarded from Care Team to Support three days ago. I am yet to receive a response, and correct dosage vial(s). There is no way to contact them except the chat/message option on the web portal. There is only so many messages you can send before you're just clogging up the pipeline so I am forced to wait and hope someone responds.

I gave Collective a try. And they were great. Intake was straightforward. They charge a set price for any dose. I got a 15mg dose of Tirzepatide for the same price as advertised.

They do have the yearly 199.00 dollar membership fee. Which they're upfront about. However, they do give you 21 days before they lock you in. Which is great as you are able to get your first vial to try out. And if it's not to your liking you can cancel and not be charged the membership fee. Only the cost of the first vial.

I wouldn't say they're slow. But I see them maybe having got busy due to the great service and price. I even expect a bit of growing pains. As of now, nothing that is outrageous. The service and price far outweigh any issues.

I will definitely keep using them going forward and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Collective so far! I signed up on a Thursday and was approved and got a message from my Dr the same hour. I received cold medicine the following Wednesday, as they had shipped my meds Monday with 2 day shipping. This shipping method ensures we get cold meds. The website is great. It has great directions on how to take your shot and has dietitians you can have group Q&As with as well as holistic suggestions to make our experience the best possible. I have used the suggested workouts. The medication is working great for me and the website also shows when my next vile is going to ship. The prices are amazing too. This is my first time using a GLP-1 and I am so thankful I came across Collective. My experience has been so stress free and positive.

There's no complicated paperwork or questions to answer just answer honestly and the doctor will review your medical information and will reply to you as soon as he they are able to which is usually less than a day.

I absolutely LOVE this company! They are very timely with getting your approval and then shipping your medications out right away. Their vials come very well packed and arrived cold. They also include anti-nausea meds with each order along with a pack of syringes for your injections. This company was created by the founder of Thrive so they are obviously very reliable. And you absolutely CAN NOT beat the price!!!

Signing up super easy and all these great reviews I decided to give it a try. Day one said approved and information about treatment will be in app shortly… Nothing no treatment no information day 3
Update: I ordered on Thursday received tirz the following Thursday. Just took first dose the packaging is the best I’ve ever seen. Cane with very clear directions. I wish I could order 3 months worth at a time.

I had an excellent experience with Collective.org’s customer service. Madeline responded to all of my messages and helped me in a way I never thought possible. She was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring from start to finish. She answered my questions clearly, made the process easy, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I am so glad I changed pharmacies for my medication. Update: per response below, this company has shipped and I have received the medication. Very happy that this was resolved quickly. As mentioned by others, the medication kit arrived chilled and all appears to be in order. They did go above and beyond to resolve and I appreciate that effort.

Not impressed so far. Joined on 9/28 and was approved for medication same day. Then my order just sat there all week. Credit card charged that day despite information on website stating that charges are only submitted when medication is shipped. Reached out on Thursday and received email reply stating medication would "most likely" be received next week because they only ship Mon- Wednesday; no explanation (or apology) for this delay provided. I'm already on this medication so this is a delay in treatment. Had high hopes for this company but now considering canceling as this level of customer service makes me wonder if all my shipments will 'most likely' show up when they decide to send them.

I switched over last month from Embody’s to collective and let me tell you hands down the BEST decision I have ever made!! The packaging was awesome and everything arrived cool as well as they included anti nausea meds along with my medication. I signed up and was approved and had my meds all within three days! I received my second month and absolutely no issues with this shipment either. The portal is very easy to use just wish they would allow us to log our weight loss weekly. I am absolutely so happy with wells pharmacy and the dosage of the meds. Praying they don’t start the random switching up of the additives but for now I am super thrilled. Fingers crossed I get my credit as stated when I joined but either way this is affordable for me and I am so appreciative of that!!!

Amazing company - They don’t BS you and lie saying they are “FDA approved/certified”, the package was still cold even on a hot summer day, shipping was super fast and customer service has been wonderful.
Their website is very helpful in keeping track of dosing; they send everything you need without adding to the cost.
Will only be using this company for my GLP-1, highly recommend!

Where do i begin? This company is wonderful. From the beginning, sign-up is super easy and fast!! You hear back from the DR very quickly! Meds arrived cold and on time! The packaging is amazing!!! Customer service is quick when responding and they are super nice! The price is excellent and you cannot beat it. Delivery service is great too!

I have tried several companies and I have been using the shot for several years! I recently joined collective and so far everything has gone super smooth. The doctor has been great, signing up was super easy, all of my questions were answered.
The process was quick, I answered some questions, a couple of hours later the provider messaged me, we chatted back and forth with some questions I had. I was approved and a couple days later I received my medication!
The medication came packaged really nice! The medication was surrounded by insulated packaging and several ice packs that were still frozen. They even included zofran and suggested I split my dose into two weekly shots to avoid nausea, which I was dealing with from the last company I was with.
I definitely recommend collective to anyone who is thinking about using a glp-1/gip. This company has your back!!!
