The medication is doing the job. I really appreciate the responsiveness of the Collective team. If I have questions or concerns I get a quick, thorough response. My medication comes when I expect it. I like that I could easily look up my doctor and the compound pharmacy to personally vet them and know I am getting quality service and product.

I love being able to message with a prescribing doctor and responses were quicker than I expected. Once I was approved, my order was quickly shipped and arrived within 2 days. I'm still in the first month so I can't speak to how subsequent orders will be but so far, so good. I feel like they've been clear about monthly cost as well as yearly cost. Still WAY cheaper than what the manufacturer sells.

I was notified by email & then app once I was approved. The meds arrived well boxed with ice packs so med were still cold.

What a Great experience I'm having with Collective. The assessment process was quick. The doctor explained what my protocol would be and answered all my questions in a timely manner. My 1st month of medication arrived within 4 days of my assessment. The pricing is phenomenal and potency of medication is on point. They use Wells Pharmacy in Ocala Florida and my package arrived cold and nicely packed. They even included anti-nausea medication complimentary with my order. Hands down the best decision I could have made after dealing with Embody which was a nightmare and Mochi became too expensive. I love the company. Fantastic prices, fast delivery, complementary Ondanstron for possible nausea. They seem to be going through growing pains right now because they are mostly fantastic. A timely response to customer care questions seems to be slower now. Also no phone number to actually speak with a human. Hopefully, once they grow and train more customer care reps those issues will become a distant memory. A solid A-

Im on week 6 and Very pleased with my experience so far! It was easy to get started and I have had no issues getting my vials and they make it easy. They are very responsive to any questions and their website is easy to navigate and find the information i need.
