I had previously signed up for another GLP-1 program that was not only almost twice the cost, but did not include access to doctors or providers. After waiting over two weeks for the other program to send the medication and being passed around by their customer service team, I canceled and signed up with the Collective. I received my approval same day and the prescription was shipped within 2 days. I actually received the other program’s medication the same day despite the time delay. I was able to get documentation for reimbursement from my FSA within the same day of requesting. To this day, the other company still has not sent the documents I requested in order to get reimbursed. I absolutely love the customer service and love that I didn’t even have to ask for anti-nausea medication. So far, everything has been just wonderful!

Right off the bat, I had a problem with my medication that was received. It was absolutely not Collective’s fault. I reached out to them and I got the issue quickly resolved. Their customer service is beyond exemplary. They respond back to you in a timely manner. That is something that is lacking in a lot of other online virtual medication providers. I’ve tried a couple different ones and these folks get it the best. You can put your trust in them. Their shipping is outstanding, and you’ll be very pleased with the product you receive. I give them a minimum of five stars. I would give them more if the scale allowed!
