Being someone who takes an ok tan with an SPF 30 product, and having used the Coco & Eve Tan Boosting Body Oil SPF 30 a few years before and being happy with the results I ordered the same product this time from Boots the Chemist. I used this product on day 1 of my holiday, applying every 20 - 30 minutes and reapplying after each dip in the pool. The result was the worst sunburn I have had in my life. Tops of my thighs, stomach area, above and below my bikini top were so red, almost to the point of blistering. Skin so painful to touch or have any clothing in close contact. I used almost half a bottle of the product on my first day of holiday but had to swap that out to my partners alternative product which offered more protection. I now have 2 full bottles of product i am very reluctant to ever use again. Applying after sun balm and moisturiser did very little to soothe the discomfort. I have been left with very red raw patches of skin in those areas. So dissapointed with this, a very dangerous misleading product. The company should consider withdrawing this and rethinking their approach to skin care, particularly for protection against the sun, which clearly their product offers none.

I thought their customer service was phenomenal, bar none. They were so prompt, friendly and efficient and were really understanding that my products got delivered to the wrong address and helped me to get replacements.
Thanks so much to an excellent customer service team and highly recommend the products. I got compliments re the smell of my hair and this was the first time that's happened!!

Enorme ARNAQUE.
Faites attention; Il s'agit d'une arnaque. Vous payez très cher et tout est mensonger sur le site. Le soit diant sèche cheveux miracle vient de Chine. C'est 2 semaines minimums pour le recevoir. Le produit n'est pas du tout Français comme indiqué. Et ne fonctionne pas. Et pour le retourner, si vous y arriver, il faut encore payer 25€. Signaler au maximum ce site comme une arnaque ainsi que lEs pubs instagram !

I absolutely love this brand!! My hair has honestly never felt so soft and hydrated.

I did receive an order the last month or so and sadly my shampoo brush just fell apart.

Although the brush fell apart the customer service team could not have done anymore to help me and sent me out a replacement and I received within days of me contacting the customer service team!

Amazingly polite, prompt and professional! 10/10 would recommend

Paid and ordered products 9 days ago.
EVRI apparently have the parcel which should have been delivered on the 4th July.

No sign of the parcel and Coco & Eve and EVRI absolutely no help whatsoever.

Coco & Eve you use EVRI and appalling courier you have at the moment stolen my money as you have failed to provide the items I have paid for

You are on par with EVRI as being s**t show of a company.

I am giving you the opportunity to send me replacement goods on next day delivery at your expense with another courier.
If no items are received tomorrow I will contact my bank to claw back my stolen money!!!!
Along with the money for items I have already received, it's upto you to collect those items back from me.
I will be charging you interest for everyday you have had my money

The worst product I have ever used, sun tan lotion. Forty years of sun worshipping, I have never been so badly burnt, do not buy it

For the past few years, I have been a loyal customer of Coco&Eve, consistently delighted with their products and services. Even when a delivery issue arose with Evri, Coco&Eve took full responsibility, promptly sending a replacement. Their customer service, particularly Danielle and Jerelyn, was exemplary; polite, professional, and reassuring. Their handling of the situation far exceeded my expectations, with timely and customer-focused responses. While I plan to share my positive experience via social media product reviews, I must say that my experience with Coco&Eve has been excellent, despite the negative reviews I've seen on Trustpilot.

Ho cercato di contattare l'azienda per sapere se almeno le confezioni ancora chiuse e sigillate si potessero restituire ( anche l'olio abbronzante spf45 è pessimo!) Ma quando inserisco l'email utilizzata per fare l'ordine, la stessa alla quale hanno risposto quando l'ordine era in ritardo per dirmi che la consegna non è quella indicata sul sito e lo stesso con cui continuano a mandarmi emal di offerte ... beh il modulo dice che quella email non c'è nel sistema e non ci sono ordini da qjella email ! !!! Mai più

Davvero delusa da questo marchio che conoscevo per un ordine su amazon dell'anno scorso. Invogliata dai reels su Fb mi sono decisa ad ordinare il face mist, olio con spf50 , siero capelli e solita foam autoabbronzate che volevo usare in preparazione ad un evento. Anzitutto i tempi di consegna nel sito solo di 3/5 giorni lavorativi per l'Italia, ho effettuato l'ordine durante il weekend ma mi serviva per il venerdì successivo quindi in base a quanto scritto doveva arrivare senza problemi invece il mercoledì era ancora al magazzino d'origine. Il costumer service, super gentile per carità, mi dice che in realtà sono 5/6 giorni senza contare l'ordine e la consegna ...??? Scusate? Quindi considerato che a questo punto ci sarà senz'altro almeno un weeken di mezzo si parla di almeno 10 giorni per avere i prodotti !! Un po'di trasparenza non guasterebbe. Spedizione arrivata in ritardo quindi ma sono riuscita a farmela portare e con gran delusione non solo il siero per i capelli non è altro che un olio pesantissimo che li lascia unti ma il face mist ha inizialmente un buon odore poi diventa quel solito odoraccio da autoabbronzante e non va via !!! Risultato visivo ancora peggio considerato che è un giallo aranciato orribile per nulla naturale e brutto a vedersi. Spero che la schiuma sia quella che ricordo ma senz'altro una pessima esperienza che non ripeterò e non consiglio a nessuno!

I ordered the island Bronze Set which consisted of the firming & tan prolonging peptide body oil & tan boosting anti aging boils oil spf 50. I then read afterwards that you shouldn’t use the prolonging peptide body oil if you use self tanning products which I do. The help I received from their customer services went above and beyond. I would recommend this company for not just the products which are excellent but for their great customer services

De shampoo zou ik zelf nooit meer kopen. Mijn stijle lange haar reageert er heel slecht op. Droog en klitterig na gebruik. Ook het gevoel alsof er een stroeve laag over zit bij het uitspoelen. Heb het weggegeven. Dat zegt heel wat. De zelfsbruiningsproducten zijn wel echt top. Zelfs een aanrader te noemen.

Ordered their tan mouse and face serum bundle. It arrived a few days later but the mousse had leaked everywhere. It wasn’t securely packed at all. I emailed them and was asked to send a photo of the bottle and the batch code, which I did and they advised they would send a replacement. The replacement was received another few days after and, again, exactly the same thing had happened. I got tan all over my fingers just by pulling it out of the box. They wrapped it in a tiny piece of pink tissue paper into a box far too large for the product and wonder why it leaks when it enters the postal system! This time they are not responding to my emails at all / completely ghosting me. Unfortunately for them I’m not going to let it go and if I have to do a charge back then I will because the tan is unusable!

The products are lovely and easy to use. I'm not a regular user of self tan but have tried a few. This is by far the best and easiest I have used. The colour of the mousse (Medium) made it easy for me to see where it was going on. The mitt is great and the back applicator worked a treat. I left the colour to develop overnight - there was a little transference onto bedding but not anything too much and it did wash out very easily. The colour is lovely, it easily lasted 7 days - I do use a body oil every day as I have dry skin. There is a slight "self-tan' smell but not as strong as others I have tried. I have also just received my order for the Tan Boosting Anti-Aging Body OIl SPF 30 which I will be trying on my upcoming holiday - that smells gorgeous!!

Bought the Bali honey tan in medium. Won’t be repurchasing.

Tanned almost weekly for the last 3 summers, so I’m not exactly a novice. I thought I’d move away from my usual tan and try something new. Big mistake. I am very pale (so pale I don’t get much choice in foundation brands), and usually use a cool toned tanning mousse with a grey/green undertone (but I can’t leave the house or see another soul once it’s on and developing for fear of frightening them off - one of the reasons I wanted to try something new). It went on fine, couldn’t see any issues. It had the typical fake tan smell. Stuck pjs on and went to bed (my usual summer tanning routine). On waking, the tan was a lot darker (I bought the lightest shade - medium). Didn’t panic though because it always comes off in the shower and it would tone done right… WRONG! Yes, the water was a bit orangey brown, but my skin stayed the same colour! And it was a very very warm tan colour, verging on orange. I regretted my Thursday evening decision heavily - people at work pointed the tan out and I had to keep saying it was new and didn’t like it (just to make them aware I was freely choosing to be this shade of orange). I must say though it did go on streak free, but I always buffer out with a brush after using a mitt. The Friday evening when I saw my boyfriend he also wasn’t impressed with the tan. It was orangey, and far too dark. It also still stank of fake tan, and was coming off during Friday onto underwear. A few days later, my boyfriend alerted me to that fact it had rubbed off my bum cheeks where I was sitting down. The rest of it also came off super patchy. I am reluctant to try it again, but I don’t want to waste the product. I might try it once more but leave it on for a couple of hours and see if it leaves a more gentle tan which I would hope would be less orange. But im not hopeful.

Bought the gradual tanning lotion and its orange asf... I have a very pale skin with pink undertone. Throwing this €25 bottleneck straight in the trashhhh🥲🥲🥲

Sun spf oil does not travel well, bottles leak and one of them actually the plastic pump split during a flight. This has happened a few times now, disappointing.

Haare fühlen sich sehr gut an nach dem waschen und fetten nicht so schnell. Leider habe ich ziemlich Haarausfall und Kopfhautjucken bereits nach der ersten Anwendung bekommen. Daher leider keine Weiterempfehlung.

Ordered the hyped up gradual tan which had rave reviews. I wonder who wrote them. This stuff leaves staining all over bedding. Never had this before with a gradual tan and will not use. A waste of money. Not impressed

Do not use the tanning mousse , it is streaky , it comes off in patches , the mousse becomes runny really quick and leaks out of the nozzle .

I have emailed 3 times as the tanning mousse is coming out the pump Green !!! which means its old and gone off. no reply and it was £83 for the set, totally appalled at the customer service.
