Terrible customer service and I am beginning to believe all the reviews on their website are as fake as their tanning products!!!

I have used the fake tan for a while, which I have always got on with fine. However, after trying a number of other products and trying to leave negative feedback, this company will completey ghost you!!
I have tried to contact them via their web chat and after an hour of waiting , still no reply. I just gave up!
I have previously tried the SPF30 tanning oil and had the worst sunburn I've had since being a teenager and not applying any suncream!
I recently bought the bond hair mask which left my hair very dry, frizzy and does not wash out properly.
And the hair growth serum did nothing except make my scalp itch.

When trying to leave a review, the company respond with an offer to return the product at your own expense or you can have Bali points. However trying to get in contact with them to arrange either is nigh on impossible.
I do not have the confidence to return the product, as I will just be out of pocket.
After using their fake tan for quite some tume, I will no longer be ordering anything from Coco and eve. Their products are clearly cheap, their customer service is non existent and I question their integrity? #avoid

Like a Virgin Hair Mask is the best mask ever for my hair. Makes my hair so soft and silky. Furthermore, it smells sooo nice. tried to change but nothing works the same.

Bought a few products from this company via a major online beauty platform as i was tempted by the reviews. 5 products bought and the two i ended up using turned out to be a major catastrophe. One left me with a burnt scalp; i had to rinse it soon after application. It left me with dry hair and ends that looked like they were incinerated with a blow torch; the irony it was supposed to be a hair mask. Felt like acid. Looking at the rating they have on this site i am not surprised. Avoid.

Hele fijne shampoo en conditioner. Wel prijzig, maar mijn haar wordt er erg zacht van en ruikt heerlijk. Daarbovenop 5 sterren voor de klantenservice! Ontzettend tevreden over hoe ik geholpen ben nadat mijn pakket niet aan kwam (wat overigens niet de fout van Coco & Eve was, maar van de bezorgdienst).

Absolutely shameful customer service, or rather, non-existent.
Received my order with one of the item leaking, contacted customer service and waited for over an hour with zero response only for them to close my query automatically.
NEVER will I be buying from them ever again.

The products are lovely but customer service and communication very disappointing and was going back and forth from different people saying different things
All because I purchased antioxidant tanning micro mist and I got sunny honey bronzing face drops as a freebie
Love the products
But then I get a email saying Coukd you post a review with my photos and we will send you a freebie of yr choice
So I posted and then tried numerous times to accept my freebie but to no success.
I then sent back and forth at least ) emails fir them to turn around and say sorry you have to purchase another product
My question is I never asked them for a freebie they offered it and they they are backtracking
Very disappointed because I was going to continue to purchase
Not anymore
So what they have done is send me a little fushia makeup bag to shut me up
Sorry on principle Dosent cut it with me
I’m drained
I will be shopping elsewhere

BEWARE - their website claims that your order will be fulfilled within 2 business days or you'll receive an email if there's a delay, but that is not true. My order sat unfulfilled for an entire week and it was only after I started complaining that it was fulfilled. But it gets better, it will be at least 3 weeks before I even get the product! They still sent the package ground after multiple attempts of trying to contact customer service. I'd avoid unless you're fine waiting a minimum of a month to get your product! And good luck reaching customer service.

I've used this product for several years. The colour is very natural. The smell is tropical. No streaks . I've purchased a separate brush from the range for my face, hands and feet . Also, the back applicator.
I recently had a a faulty pump and Heide resolved the issue, efficiently and professionally

I used the hair mask for a bit and at the beginning it worked well, but my hair got really brittle after a few washes. I then tried the shampoo and conditioner but had similar experiences. Might be nice to us sometimes but not regularly.

I have used their hair products now for about 18 months. My friend bought me the hair repair for Christmas. It is great for my hair, makes it less fly away and it feels and looks thicker. I wouldn’t use anything else now. My last order was damaged in the post. I sent them a photo and it was sorted the same day and they were incredibly helpful. I am surprised at some of the other comments. However, you can only comment on what you have experienced.

THIS PRODUCT IS TOXIC! Horrible experience. After one time using the shampoo I noticed a formol odor and when drying it my eyes were itching. But I continued because I trusted. The quality of my hair was starting to be very weird: super straight, no curls, very heavy, and without shine. Then I started with a very weird allergy in my upper back. So I immediately STOPPED. No idea what ingredients they have but I’m sure they are LYING and is totally ilegal.

I purchased their tanning oil spf 30 after seeing rave reviews and wow what a mistake. I used it for two days and my skin burnt horrendously and I had awful mosquito bites both of which I have never experienced at the age of 62. I had to visit the doctor on holiday as my foot was infected and my skin was so burnt and peeling I had to hide away on my dream holiday. I contacted coco and eve and they said some people react to their products basically saying it was my fault. Terrible product, terrible customer service and terrible company.

Purchased 2 tanning set, the body tan and face mist for myself and my daughters. I have used tan for years and this has to be the worse I have ever ever tried. Both tans were a horrible orange colour and the Face mist clung to the t- zone on our faces, we had to use exfoliating gloves on our face to scrub it off.

Looking for sulphate free shampoo, I purchased Coco and Eve "Like a Virgin Super Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner" Big mistake!

After only five uses (I wash my hair once a week) - My hair is a now a hot mess! (I have naturally curly, dry hair and hoped these products would moisturise it).
Not so! Not only is my hair much drier - my curls have turned to straight, dry, flyaway frizz - I have also now suffered horrible itchy, red scalp and have raised sore patches.

My hair has noticeably thinned too.
Awful ordeal!

After looking more closely at the ingredients (with a magnifying glass as they are printed so tiny on the bottles). I will NEVER buy these products again!

Wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot -and researched the ingredients before buying - looks like other people suffered the same results.

Definitely not for me!

The shampoo only is ok but when use it with conditioner I loose a lot of hair while combing my hair.Really strange because conditioner normally should make combing easier

I purchased 2 hair masks, like a virgin hair mask & pro youth hair and scalp mask. The virgin one was better than the pro youth one, but both are not as good as my usual store bought hair mask which is a quarter of the price. I can only remember the youth pro mask, as it was the last one I used, my hair was still so dry at the ends which in turn made it harder to brush and my hair got so knotted easily. I have quite long hair as well. I did also purchase pre-shampoo treatment and miracle hair elixir, which I haven't tried. Overall, not worth the price in my opinion when I can purchase a store bought one for a quarter of the price and works a lot better for my hair.

Used the self tanning mousse in the past which is great so without googling the company on the website I went ahead and purchased the SPF30 anti aging body oil - what a mistake, never burn so badly in my life!! All my stomach is bright red and seems to be getting worse. I have emailed the company and am waiting a response. At the moment, not even aloe Vera gel is helping me which is so unusual

I was reading the reviews and I was nearly put off buying from this company.
I ordered the ultra dark Bali self tan foam last week and I am very impressed by the quality and the results. The tan looked dark and very easy to apply not streaks or stickiness. It fades gradually and last for almost to 5 days up to a week. I work out twice a day and shower twice a day and the tan is still on my skin.
I would recommend it!

Did.nt get as far as using any products as ordered them at reduced price from £26 to £20, then at checkout applied another 10% discount offered to new customers but when I came to pay they only took the 10% new customer discount off the full price of £26. Needless to say I didn't place order and after reading these online reviews I'm relieved and have saved almost £60. Never again. ..
