We hired buses for a company charter a few months ago. The team at CoachHire helped us out when we needed to amend the timetable for the day the evening prior. Plus, our bus driver was also very flexible and kind, dealing with some changes on the day. Overall, a great experience. Bus was clean and tidy too.

The driver was on time and very friendly! Moreover, the team was very easy to contact and had very good support desk. Reasonably priced and highly recommend it!

We are a group of students on a trip. The driver was punctual, waiting for us at the agreed right location. The approximately one-hour journey was very smooth, and the driver, despite our possible noise, was very friendly. The return trip was equally enjoyable as he safely brought us to our destination. Everyone was very pleased, and we will choose Coach Hire for our next group outing.

I had a wonderful experience with this CoachHire company. I work for an NGO and organized a day out for a big group of clients with different ages and needs with a small budget 😅. Chris had given me a deal that no other companies could match. Later, I had to change the schedule and they made everything so easy for me. Every special requests such as how many toilet break stops was clearly listed. I booked a 49 seaters but I've got a 57 seaters turned up with a wonderful driver, Tony. He was so patient, funny and very helpful. He even helped carry my stuff. Regardless what happened on the way, he was always able to make jokes to make us laugh. On the way back the traffic was heavy so he actively took different route to avoid the traffic. My clients and I was very grateful for the pleasant experience. ❤

Really happy with the service. Our driver was super friendly and on time. He made the trip enjoyable and when collecting us after the event, he was waiting with a flashlight to make it easy to locate him. Will definitely use the service again.

The experience hiring a bus to transport us for our work event was so great! From the point of enquiring about available options to finalizing the booking it was so prompt and easy! The trip was excellent and smooth. The driver was a great guy and very kind. A couple issues regarding service which is not the drivers fault but all was fixed as he worked together with us, definitely recommend this company.

The bus arrived promptly at pick up location with a phone call to confirm arrival. guests enjoyed a smooth ride to drop off location. and then were promptly picked up at the conclusion of the event. Communication was great with service to match.

Reliability and within a short turn around. I also had to make an adjustment with my booking and Johhny was very helpful and the cost wasn't extreme. They were very helpful with the service. Would book with these guys in future.
