Right from the very first contact I had with CoachHire I found them to be prompt and polite with their replies to me. Also on the day of travel the coach/driver was very punctual which was important to the club as we had to be punctual as well. The coach was very modern and comfortable. A big positive for us was how reasonable the price was. A great experierince, and a company I would strongly recommend to anybody.

All staff members were very helpful, the driver was very punctual on collection and return. the bus was in immaculate condition, and would love to use the services again.

Prompt arrival of busses, excellent communication prior to and on the day, cheap prices. Can't ask for more.

Our transport was cancelled the DAY BEFORE the event. With no real explanation or even an apology. Very inconvenient and disappointing. Would never use (or recommend) this service again.

Great customer service and coaches.
We arranged multiple bookings throughout a 2 day period for different pick up and drop off points.
The customer service staff ensured we had the coaches we needed and were available at anytime if we had any questions. The coaches were clean and arrived on time.

CoachHire was quick at responding to my enquiry for transporting 40 people for a work site visit for the whole day. The manager did well to tailor the booking to my needs as we had many different stops on the day itself.

This was also followed with a friendly and cheerful bus driver on the day. We did encounter a hiccup in the morning due to the various addresses being provided, however due to the bus driver arriving early, all issues were avoided and the driver could get to the right meetup point with time to spare.

The bus provided was luxurious and comfortable. It was definitely a bus you could snooze through comfortably on a long drive. I did see a few people dozing off in the short 5 to 10 minute drive from stop to stop.

One down side I experienced was when I wanted to clarify things with the manager that provided me with the quote before I complete payment due to some slight changes in the days itinerary. The person on the phone told me that the manager was busy at the moment. Instead of asking me to call back or telling that they will get back to me. He was just being insistent that I completed my payment right away. Hopefully the person on the line does get better training and learns how to listens to people's concerns and not just keep thinking about getting the money.

At the end of the day, I will still be going back to CoachHire as first choice provided for future bus services. Thank you.

Despite the numerous changes I had to make to our booking, Kyle remained easy to deal with and ensured everything was taken care of. On the day of the event, our driver Sean arrived well before our scheduled pick-up time, both to and from the venue. Although I didn\\'t personally travel on the bus, my team informed me that it was clean, comfortable, and provided a seamless experience for them. This allowed everyone to have a great night without any transportation worries. I must mention that the value for money was outstanding. Considering the level of service we received, the price was more than reasonable. It's safe to say that we will definitely be using your services again for future events.
