Terrible experience unfortunately. Would not recommend. Go to a company who has their own drivers and coaches. I tried changing my booking multiple times in advance but they were not accommodating and blatantly rude. I spoke with Joe who was so rude to deal with. I wanted to amend the journey and they just kept blaming the depot that they hadn’t come back to them to confirm. The driver we had went the longest possible way because he didn’t want to take toll roads, so instead of a 1hr journey it was 1hr 30mins so all our schedule for the day was thrown off. In the end I sent him home early, didn’t use him for the final leg of the trip and we sorted ourselves out with Ubers and cabs. He was absolutely useless. Anyway, save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere.

Terrible service!

We booked this company to take our guests to our wedding. Despite being sent a copy of the route and me confirming it, the driver was 30 minutes late to pick up my guests (did not go to the hotel reception but went somewhere else), then took my guests to the wrong venue, then was unable to direct himself to the right venue. My guests were directing the driver and my venue was also calling the company to direct the driver.

My guests were over 1 hour late to my ceremony!

I have tried to contact the company to discuss the terrible service and have not received any response.

Save yourself the hassle and book someone else. This company is not reliable or punctual as advertised!

The operations team went out of the way to arrange alternative modes of transport for the wedding party of over 40 people . Very helpful and we all got to the wedding in time. Well done coachhire. Highly recommend

I recently booked a mini bus for a corporate event and found the whole process easy and seamless. Chris from Coach Hire was helpful and responsive, and the team were prompt with making any changes I needed to my booking. I recently used CoachHire service for a corporate event held in Mooloolaba. The booking process was straightforward, the drive from Brisbane to the Sunshine coast coach was comfortable and arrived on time. The value for the money was grea and will definitely be considering them for future business travel needs. Highly recommended!

It was very easy speaking with the team! There was more than ample communication emailed to us and it was very reassuring to know where to go to meet our driver at the airport.

The return trip was equally as smooth with just as much communication so we knew what to expect.

Great communication from the beginning when receiving the quote all the way through to the day of the booking. Passengers commented on how clean and punctual the bus was and loved the personal touch of being able to play their own music during the trip.

Our driver arrived well ahead of time ready to take us to our destination. The coach was clean and the perfect size for our group.
On the pick up time our driver communicated by mobile to advise us of his location as there were multiple buses at the pick up site.
He happily put up with our singing on the drive home. After we disembarked he checked the coach and gave us an item that had been left behind.

Coach hire was punctual, efficient, reliable, safe, and friendly. They had good communication and reasonable prices. I’d be happy to utilise their service again and would recommend it to anyone looking to transport a large group.

The staff were great to deal with in the lead up especially to cater for our hectic schedule and different sized groups.

The drivers were also great to deal with especially the lead organiser who catered for some last minute change requests.

We only had one minor issue with a late pickup due to the bus needing to be cleaned from another group, which happened to be on a day we had a very tight schedule and were 30mins late to an event, but other than that a great experience all round.
