I have banked with the Co-operative Bank for 20 years
I have banked with the. CO-operative Bank for almost 20 years and cannot rate it highly enough for accessibility, easy use with their mobile banking app and easily contactable by phone if necessary. Their Fairtrade policy simply adds a bonus!

Twenty years of good service
I have used Cooperative Bank for twenty years and have never had a problem that was not sorted out promptly. Whether through online messaging or in dealing face to face in the bank, I have found the people friendly and helpful. I was reassured recently when their security process immediately followed up an online order I had made, which I was able to confirm easily.

I went in to payin a cheque and mentioned how Sincerely grateful I was recently to the staff . I was on holiday abroad, and I had put an in correct number 3 times in to pay for something on my card, - nightmare!!!! They were so reassuring and were able to transfer monies onto another card immediately for me to use , much to my relief- so many thanks !

Every bit of contact we have received from the co-operative bank has been positive.
Extremely helpful when we transfered from another bank, and a level of trust was formed early on as the co-operative bank transfered all our direct debits etc without any issues.
Since then the staff at our local branch have been very polite, respectful and approachable as we are 2 old fuddy duddys that struggle to understand certain elements linked to banking.
The co-operative bank also saved us from a very nasty online scam, they blocked our account under the suspicion of a scam and contacted us via telephone immediately. The issue was resolved instantly.
At the moment we have nothing but good things to say about the co-operative bank and they are a breath of fresh air after bring treated so poorly by other banks

Prompt and courteous attention. Young -possibly - new - assistant was not afraid to ask other staff for guidance when needed. Immediate back-up by two senior assistants was given .
the tasks I needed to be sorted were carried out successfully.

I have had my business bank account…
I have had my business bank account with the Co-op Bank for a couple of years now and have had no problems so far. Good customer service. The only thing is my accountant cannot download the accounts using his accounting software which is a bit of a pain for both of us. Apparently Co-op Bank is only one of the very few banks that don't allow this.

I had concerns in relation to how I could manage my spending whilst travelling abroad.
