Guys don’t buy ring from them first they will sell you ring and they try to don’t take it back.i still send the ring because it wasn’t working with most of the cards.when I send it back they took £30 from the total amount.never given me the full refund so before you guys buy check other options.

I purchased the rings (a Black Gen2 and a Starmoon Gen2) to replace my now defunct McLear ring. The CNICK rings look fantastic and much slimmer than the McLear one. It's also so much more convenient to be able to link it with my Revolut card and not have to constantly top up like I had to with McLear RingPay.

Customer support has also been exceptional. I've had to get in touch twice so far -- once for assistance with the initial delivery, and the second time when I had an issue with one of the rings. In both occasions, support (Nutsa) was very friendly and helpful, and my issues we resolved very promptly.

I've only been using the rings for a month, but so far I'm extremely impressed by the product and the customer support.

Beautiful ring bought several months ago and then just stopped working. Contacted Cnick and they guided me through several stages of trying to reconnect - when this proved unsuccessful they replaced the ring, no questions. Terrific customer service and a great (and useful) product. I like to judge a company by how they manage problems - Cnick passed that test with flying colours.

I had an issue that was complex but the company really made an effort and got it sorted. I'm impressed.

Google pay wont accept face unlock. So often payments will crash if using face unlock. This was driving me nuts

This ring skips all that. It also doesn't get the moved too fast error either. I have tried it with knox covert gloves and it works great. Ideal when riding in the rain.

PROS:
great hidden form of payment.
Waterproof unlike most phones
works through gloves
Skips GPAY issues
perfect backup in case you forget/lose your wallet.

CONS:
The app requires a email address. If buying used you will need the original owners email to be able to change things over or it wont work.
It requires two apps to use the ring. A curve app and the ring app. Your existing card will probably not work without setting up curve

Its a real shame that the app doesn't allow you to reset the ring without email verification. It could ask for proof of purchase but at the moment their is no such option on the app.

i think its the best ring for payment in the world. today i got it and straightly i linkedy visa card then i went to the shop and bought using the ring .. it was so so so so so so so so faaaaaaaaast connection.. i really dont even emagine that there a ring like this with 100% quality.

I bought the silver ring. It took some time to receive the ring but that was upfront notified when ordering.
I have the ring for two weeks. I use it for both Tesla key and payments.
I had some issues with linking my Curve bank card to the ring, but I received great support from the helpdesk. Everything works fine now. People are curious how it works and react very positively on the ring.
Even having it for a short period I can already highly recommended the ring.

It’s been almost a month and my ring still has not shipped. I’ve reached out to customer service four times and have never heard back. If it hasn’t shipped by Monday then I’m contacting PayPal to report the purchase and get my money back. Should’ve just gotten something from Amazon.

I've been using the CNICK rings for over 2 years, I'm on my second one as I didn't look after the first one as its recommended, eg doing DIY etc scratched it badly. I damaged my second one while using weights and again it specially says shouldn't be used while weight lifting but CNICK had no issues replacing the ring and their customer support has been exceptional throughout the process of replacing the ring, I've upgraded now to the silver version which looks great. The reactions while paying are great and the added bonus as a backup Tesla key are great. Cnick have been recommended to Friends and Family who have also purchased some rings. Highly recommended.

Geld kassiert für nichts. Ich habe einen Ring bestellt, der sich hier angekommen, als Leichtbauweise rausstellte. Ich wollte tauschen, hier wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich 20 € Tauschgebühr fällig wäre. Bis dahin kamen die Antwort Mails vom Support schnell. Seit ich darauf hingewiesen habe, dass es eine Fernabsatzgesetz gibt, wurden die Antworten spärlicher. Ich habe den Ring dann auf meine Kosten per Einschreiben zurück gesendet, weil Cnick angeblich im Moment keine Retourenlabel hat. Und nach 1 Monat darauf hingewiesen, dass ich immer noch keine Erstattung erhalten habe. Antworten kommen keine mehr. Das Geld kann ich wohl abschreiben. Schade. Habe jetzt woanders bestellt.

Ich habe 3 Ringe bestellt, 2 davon funktionierten nicht.
Ich sollte den Ring auf meine Kosten rücksenden, die Erstattung der Versandkosten wurde mir zugesichert.
Jetzt habe ich keinen Ring und keine Rückerstattung.
Aber 48 Emails, teils sinnfrei von cnick - das ist alles, was übrig geblieben ist.
Das alles hat Monate gedauert.
Der Ring wurde rückerstattet, die Ausland jedoch Versandkosten nicht. Dafür aber wurde der Beleg 2x angefordert.

The Support works very good. They supervised me to the final sucess of starting the ring. I enjoy using it so much. My hoone is offen off because of the barett, and I cant use it to pay, here my ring saves me.

Scam artists at work, Be Aware! Ordered a size 6,at a discount price, I receive a size 5 and their policy is you must pay $20 for changing size. We measured our size professionally before the purchase. STAY AWAY!

Fantastic customer service from Nutsa. I had a problem with my cnick ring not working properly so I contacted customer service, the reply was quick and helpful, after several attempts to fix the problem with no success, I was asked to send the ring back for a replacement. I look forward to this arriving.
Very promt and very helpful, would definitely recommend.

I have now had my replacement ring for a week, working perfectly and had plenty comments on how nice it looks (I have the opal one) thanks again cnick, if only everyone's customer service was as good as yours :-)

Had a problem with a paying ring. This was sorted out very quickly. They are sending me a new one. The ring itself is really good. This is the best customer services I have encountered. All my emails and questions were answered very quickly and clearly. These are great people to deal with. Thank you

Connected to my Tesla very easy, sorting the bank cards took me a little longer but all in i would definitely recommend getting one so easy paying for things at the checkout.

Ring is very intermittent. Sometimes it reads, sometimes it doesn't, other times it says to present again, so it knows of the attempt but won't process. Very frustrating. Reported this to support that take ages to respond and randomly close off tickets.

After months of back and forth and useless replies from the support mailbox that ask questions I've already answered I asked to raise a complaint.

They ignored this. I have now asked for a refund. I suspect they will ignore this too, so I'll have to claim through my credit card.

Edit: they have still not responded to me asking to open a complaint. They did agree to me returning the ring but unlawfully stated the postage is not refundable, when it definitely is their legal obligation to do so.

Normally I would just give my account of my experience and it could have just been one dodgy ring, but their complete lack of coordination and now brazenly following unlawful practices I would warn anyone from dealing with this company. (I cite consumer rights act).

I recently had a problem with my Cnick ring that the stone on it popped out. I contacted customer service and in no time she got me a replacement ring. They replied back very quick.
Great service for a wonderful product.
