I ended up in touch with an overseas company not the Australian partner I had bought the bracelet through. They contacted Australia for me and Adam in Australia was great. I’ve owned several of these rings over time, and they’ve become part of my daily routine. One was unfortunately lost during a dive, but that didn’t stop me from replacing it. Being able to make payments without taking out a phone or wallet is extremely convenient, especially in Singapore, where public transport and many shops accept NFC payments. It’s also a real conversation starter. Cashiers are often surprised to see a payment made with a ring, and it always gets a reaction. Practical, discreet, and genuinely useful.

Update on my last review regarding customer service, I received the replacement ring on a right size. Honestly id say it’s beautiful payment/ Tesla ring. Very smooth on the finger. Feels high quality and simple piece with electronic system inside it. It’s just their customer service really needs pushing to really get your attention. They answer to email but you need more emails to really get your attention. The ring itself is beautiful and very useful. If the your bank did not recognised the fidesmo app, you have to download the curve app for the ring to be use for payment. For Tesla cars is spot on.

Purchased 3 rings so far. (1 lost during my diving in the sea). I love the function to pay without a mobile. This is especially usefull when I use this in Singapore, where the public transport accept the NFC card payment. Never seen anyone esle in Singapore used this ring. I amazed many merchants when I pay with ring. :)

I have to get a Curve account in UK, and bind my singapore card. I hope the ring can add support in singapore in future.

I received this ring as a birthday gift and was initially very excited to use it. Unfortunately, I have found the setup process quite challenging. I reached out to customer support for assistance, but it took several days to receive a response, which offered limited guidance.

There also appears to be no direct line of communication for customer queries, which makes resolving issues more difficult. Nearly a week later, I have still been unable to access any of the ring’s features.

I would kindly suggest the company review and improve both the setup process and the customer support experience to ensure future customers feel supported and valued.

Initially I thought the on boarding process was little complicated and more details needed to explain how the three elements of the solution, the CNICK ring itself, the app that controls it (Fidesmo) and the Bank/ Card behind it all comes together. But, once up and running it works extremely well. Much better than phone payments at say a TFL Metro barrier, or paying for items on a low counter where positioning your face to authenticate is often a faff. But probably my favourite ease of use is paying for road tolls when abroad. For that I swap my ring over to my left hand which is closest to the toll booth window. No risk of fumbling and dropping a credit card out of the window, or trying somehow to authenticate with your face if paying by phone.

I ordered a Cnick ring months ago. The concept is nice, and the ring initially worked fine, but soon a part came loose — simply poor craftsmanship. Too bad, but that can happen. The real problem started with their customer service.
After contacting them, I was told to return the ring to an address in the UK, even though it originally came from Georgia. All return costs (outside the EU) had to be paid by me, with a promise of reimbursement later — which, of course, never happened.
I did get the price of the ring itself refunded through PayPal, but not the shipping costs or the extra expenses caused by Cnick’s poor handling. This also means the company fails to comply with EU consumer protection rules, which clearly state that a defective product must be repaired or refunded without cost to the customer.
Cnick still seems to have no idea that a business starts with trust and customer care. Maybe a course in “Customer Service 101” would help. A pity for a concept that had potential.

Beautifully made and engraved ring, with very personal and attentive service from the company. It works flawlessly - I have set up payment and business card functions. Highly recommended, particularly if you have an active lifestyle or have a tendency to forget your wallet!

My ring lasted about 6 weeks. I sent it back to you broken a couple years ago I haven't heard from you since.

I bought my ring about a year ago and I found it so useful and convenient. Unfortunately, it stopped working for some reason a few months after I got it. I got in touch with the support team and they were very helpful. After a few questions to check on the issue they decided to replace the ring, which turned up about 2 weeks later. Great service and I am looking forward to using my new ring once I have set it up.

⚠️ Very disappointing experience with CNICK.IO
I bought a Tesla ring from their website in September 2025.
The product was unusable, and even after a replacement, the second ring was also incompatible with my car, although I clearly provided the exact model.
Their customer service gave me incorrect information, and I had to pay the return postage myself (€35.40).
Despite an official letter from my insurer demanding reimbursement, CNICK still refuses to cover these costs, even though they are clearly responsible for the issue.
The concept of the Tesla ring is great, but the after-sales service is poor and fails to comply with EU consumer law.
I strongly advise against buying from this website until they take responsibility for their mistakes.

The ring is exactly as advertised and looks perfect. It functions precisely as you would hope with my Tesla and provides both additional convenience (from not having to carry my wallet or phone) as well as an emergency backup in case my phone were to die or something.

I did contact support and they were both responsive and very cordial (thanks Nutsa!). I look forward to the eventual payment option here as well.

I placed my order 1 month and 10 days ago. I still haven’t got ordered Tesla ring for my boyfriend’s birthday which was 3 weeks ago.

Contacting Cnick I regularly get the same response that they’re working on my query and I need to wait another 2-3 days my issue to be resolved.

I asked them to refund my money and my request was approved.

Excellent product and looks greatt! Does what it says on the tin and I am now one step closer to being part cyborg!
