I used the colour paste to restore the colour to my worn lounge- the result was amazing- it matched perfectly and the lounge looks like new!! Clyde's delivered quickly all the way to Australia. 1 jar was enough to do our whole lounge! Couldn't be happier!

This company is a joke . Told me if I spend just a little more I would get free 3 day shipping . My shipping is going to take 8 days now and the phone number to contact Clyde’s is disconnected and the 247 chat doesn’t work . When you hit the return button it says page not found and I have been waiting 4 days now for a supervisor to email me back . This company doesn’t not care about there customers

This product has proven to great and was not just hype. The product performed flawlessly. Customer support was outstanding. They were always available for technical assistance. I’ve been trying to contact Clyde’s Leather Company for about 3 weeks.
I sent them an email after only half of my ordered items arrived. No response! Then I called and was told to set up a scheduled time (3:00 to 3:15 PM) with someone named Tina Phillips in customer service. I called several times during the scheduled window and was sent to voicemail with zero response…
Pretty sure this is some “Flim Flam” business front, that hustles orders with no regard to customers needs, or to their own requirements as a business.
As my wife said, “And you thought you were trying to support one of the “Private American Businesses”
Do yourself a favor and order these kind of products from Amazon. You’ll get much better service!

I bought a kit with the Dark Grey color. I followed the instructions and the parts I retouched were indistinguishable from the parts left alone. I'm quite please with the outcome.

A bit pricey but nice kit for the DIY person

Great Company products came quickly. The color didn't match but that wasn't there fault at all. The retunr process was easy and i received my refund quickly as well.
