Absolutely love my furniture, was sceptical at the time due to the price being so cheap compared to other places but couldn’t be happier! Such good quality, would definitely recommend.

Great sturdy chairs

Great sturdy chairs, very stylish and comfortable. The price was competitive. Customer service was excellent t when I had a problem with the courier. Definitely will be ordering from Clipop in the future.

Would love to give a 5 star

Would love to give a 5 star, as vanity not damaged...would of been fab! customer service was really helpful tho an have assured me I will get an new one when back in stock. I would then give 5 star.

Perfect Dining Chairs…

Cannot get over how quickly the dining chairs were delivered. Very pleasant delivery guys cheerful and with a smile. I'm so chuffed with them, they are perfect and love the colour and feel of them. So comfortable to sit in.

Great bar stools

Great bar stools, delivered in a timely fashion. This is the second time we’ve ordered them as our dog accidentally damaged one! They are great.

Great items and customer service

I purchased a Gloria Dressing Table which was dispatchend and arrived exactly when it said it would. The table was easy to assemble and is made sturdy and well.

One of the drawer bases was damaged during packing/shipping but the customer service immediately rectified this and sent out a replacement Part.

All in all the service has been fantastic, the item is great and I would recommend the store to anyone!

Poor communication and still not received order

Placed my order last week Thursday. There is no option to choose delivery type ie fast track or standard. It said this will be delivered between 2-3 days. Its been 7 days now including the weekend and i still havent received my dinning table and chairs and no information for when this will be delivered

Update, Order fully received on the 17th of November. I wnat to thank Clipop for reaching out following initial review. Its the Courier that was a bit disappointing
Love my dining set though. Good quality

Item not delivered

Placed an order for table and chairs on 16.10.25. Still waiting for the table to arrive and have been given a whole host of excuses by the company, informing me ‘not to worry’. The first table was lost in transit apparently, then I was told another would be dispatched but this has clearly not happened. Really feeling like I’ve been scammed and the only form of communication is via a chat which is taking them 2 days to respond patronisingly each time. This has been so unnecessarily stressful

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and distress caused by the delayed delivery of your dining table. Whilst your dining chairs arrived as scheduled, the table encountered multiple unforeseen issues with our logistics partner:

The initial table shipment was confirmed lost in transit by the courier company, and the replacement parcel experienced delays in tracking updates.

Please allow us to explain the logistics delays: the current period coincides with peak season for couriers, placing seasonal pressure on the delivery network. Significant backlogs have resulted in extended delivery times. We sincerely apologise for this situation.

Rest assured, we have not overlooked your case. We are liaising daily with the courier service to expedite the delivery of your parcel. Whilst these delays are beyond our direct control, we fully appreciate the impact this has caused and are committed to resolving the matter as swiftly as possible.

Under normal circumstances, carriers collect parcels within two working days and scan them for dispatch. Delivery following scanning typically takes 2-5 working days. We note your new parcel was created on 30th October, dispatched on 3rd November (the second working day after your order), and successfully delivered on 8th November.

We appreciate your understanding.

We also note your mention regarding our response timelines. Our standard response period is within two working days (Monday to Friday), during which we will provide ongoing updates until your order is safely delivered.
