Great first class experience! Couldn’t recommend Clinic United enough. They have made us feel very welcome. From the pick up to the airport, to the hotel stay and the surgery and hospital. I can’t thank prof Erol and his nurse enough they are superb. Ayse is amazing!

I tried to respond to your message but unable. You scammed me.
I had a phone call and you said the date I needed was available but after I paid £100 deposit I was emailed to say these dates were not available, now you refuse to give me back my money. Saying I cancelled close to my appointment, we didn’t even set a date because you lied about the availability

Da ich übergewichtig und unzufrieden mit meinem Gewicht war haben mich zu der Klinik gewendet. Wurden gut angenommen und von allem gut informiert. Der Arzt und unsere Betreuer haben sich super um uns gekümmert (Cem). Die Opposition lief perfekt, der Arzt kam persönlich nach der OP mehr mal vorbei. Die Mitarbeiter im Krankenhaus haben sich auch super um mich gekümmert es hat an nichts gemangelt. Nur zu empfehlen.

Clinics United Antalya have been 1st class from start to finish.

I enquired with a few clinics however the friendliness and competitive prices of clinics United won my vote.

I came out for Gyno surgery and professional teeth bleaching.

From the moment of enquiring and speaking with Alexandra over WhatsApp, who answered all my questions and requests leading up to flying out to Antalya.

The drivers are very friendly.

Also a special mention to Ayse who has been my patient consultant while in Antalya, She has been amazing! Really friendly and reassuring, she has been with me every step of the way and even popped into the hospital on the evening after my surgery to check up on me which was a nice touch. Then the next day collecting my medication <3

The hospital is super clean and modern and the surgeons are really friendly and professional.

I cannot recommend Clinics United Antalya enough and the prices are really competitive!

Buccal fat removal 9-10cc total. Very good staff and hospital and very glad I went to Turkey for this. Almost the whole process went really well and I've communicated with AYT privately about one or two potential areas in need of improvement.

Additionally my advice for people not able to speak Turkish is that their staff have a high school kids equivalent of English so whilst you can definitely talk about basic things I would strongly urge people to have a translator app at the ready with the Turkish language downloaded for offline use when you don't have an internet connection.

Also make sure you get them to confirm a few times over if it is local or general anaesthetic you're going under for surgery as this was one of my main criticisms and could be a language translation issue in need of amendment.

OP war erfolgreich (letztes Jahr August). Habe nach vielen Monaten keine Beschwerden. Nur die direkte Betreuung nach der OP ist verbesserungswürdig. Man fühlt sich etwas allein gelassen aber das ist garnicht so schlimm nach einiger Zeit hat man seine Routine und alles läuft gut.

My experience with Clinics United has been great from start to finish. From the day I had been contacted by Alexandra Louise she has consistently been in touch with me. She answers questions at what ever time you ask, she always has a solution if you require any help.

Me and my family were met at the airport by a driver, I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful, we needed nappies for my children he went to the supermarket for us and got everything we needed. Even on the way to the airport for departure he stopped and bought supplies for my family and we didn’t even ask him to. So kind and generous.

On the day of the surgery I was picked up by Ayşe and the driver. She was with me up until the procedure, she was really lovely however we used Google translate a lot and she couldn’t really tell me what was going on. When it was time for surgery the surgeon Professor Erol came with his assistant Eran they were very reassuring and helpful.
Once I woke from surgery Eran came and explained everything to me, what I needed to do and said he’d be back in the morning to see me. Through the night the nurses in the hospital helped so much and I am so grateful for that as at times it can be uncomfortable and they made me feel so much better.

Day after surgery I met Vladimir who was so helpful he came to take me back to the hotel. He asked Eran a lot of questions for me and picked up the medications for me once we headed back to the hotel. Vladimir and Eran came to the hotel again the next day to check on me see how I was doing which I thought was excellent from them it made me feel as though they actually cared if I was ok and not just left to fend for myself.

Since having the surgery I have spoken to Alexandra Louise daily she still checks in on me since my return home to see how everything is going. She asks if there’s anything I need. Overall my experience with Clinics Inited has been great and continues to be. I have recommended them to friends already :)

I had the best experience with Clinics united.
Coordinators Josef, Ayse, Maksim, we’re honestly the best! They made my experience and stay amazing, nothing was ever to much to ask and they were always on hand! Nothing went wrong I was immediately picked up from the airport taken to my hotel, then transported to the hotel with Ayse who handled everything so well, I had my surgery with surgeon Op Dr Mehmet Ali Korkmaz who has completely changed my life for the better, he is honestly the best surgeon I’ve come across, he is so kind and cares for his patients and his work! I absolutely love the fantastic work he has done. Thank you clinics United

Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen sich für diese Klinik zu entscheiden!
Bei der Anreise wurde ich sehr Herzlich von Cem empfangen. Er hat mich auch während meines gesamten Aufenthalts begleitet und mir alles übersetzt.
Meine Ängste die ich zuvor hatte wurden durch 100%iges vertrauen in die Klinik und den Arzt abgelöst. Ich habe mich immer gut beraten gefühlt.
Ich durfte aufgrund meines top Zustandes bereits einen Tag früher das Krankenhaus verlassen und ins Hotel zu meiner Familie die mich begleitet haben. Cem hat uns dann allesamt an unserem letzten Tag zum Flughafen gefahren! Wirklich so nett und herzlich alle!
Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und würde immer wieder kommen!

Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueillie par Alexandra.
Cette dernière m'a accompagnée durant mon séjour à l'hôpital. Elle me visitait chaque jour afin de s'assurer que tout va bien. Le service et l'équipe médicale étaient vraiment excellents. Tous m'ont aidé à surmonter la douleur engendrée par mon opération de sleeve gastrique.

Im März war ich zur Schlauchmagen OP. Die liebe Fatma war schon vor Ankunft für mich und meine unzähligen Fragen immer erreichbar. Auf diesem Wege nochmal vielen Dank meine Liebe. Fatma ist auch bei allen Untersuchungen vor und nach der OP dabei und bei Fragen bis heute erreichbar. Das Krankenhausteam und der Arzt waren super nett und waren immer sofort zur Stelle und haben alle wünsche erfüllt. Die ganze Organisation war super und ich kann clinics united einfach nur empfehlen.

I have just had a face and neck lift procedure with Clinics United in Antalya. I can only give full praise for the service and care that they given me in the week I spent in their care. I was given a detailed price list right from the start which included everything apart from my flight costs.
Maksim met me at the airport on arrival and took me to the hotel where he sorted everything out. The next day he picked me up and was with me all the time until I went to theatre which was great support as I cannot speak any Turkish. I met my lovely surgeon Doctor Prof Erol Demirseren who explained what I would be having done and he reassured me everything would be great. At 3pm I was down theatre as arranged and had the procedure.
When I was back at my room the staff were excellent with checks being done all the time. In the morning Doctor Prof Erol Demirseren and his assistant Eren visited with Maksim to check how I was and did I have any questions. This excellent service continued until I left Antalya.
This treatment was second to none which continued after I returned to the hotel, so I felt very relaxed and happy. Maksim made sure I was eating ok and fetched me soup and my prescription and was a star.
I cannot thank everyone concerned enough and would not hesitate to use Clinics United if I wanted another procedure doing.

I had an amazing experience during my bypass surgery. Everyone was very helpful and caring And if I had any questions they were always answered I was treated as a VIP patient and everything moved really fast and I didn’t have to wait for anything I’m glad I had my surgery with this clinic

J’ai été suivis par Evelyne du début à la fin, dans mes démarches et ce jusqu’à la fin du séjour.
Elle s’est montré très accueillante et rassurante.
Une magnifique personne.

Ich war 5 Tage in der Klinik unter der Betreuung von der lieben Parzientenbetreuerin Fatma. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und Fatma hat sich so herzlich aber auch mit wahnsinnig viel Fachwissen um mich gekümmert. Sie war auch immer zu jeder Zeit, mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle, selbst jetzt im Nachhinein kann ich sie jederzeit kontaktieren sollte was sein! Auch der Arzt Dr. Kağan Bilg, war top und ich hatte mich sofort wohl gefühlt und hatte das Gefühl in besten Händen zu sein! Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder dazu entscheiden und kann Clinics United Antalya auch jedem von Herzen weiterempfehlen!
