Honestly I have had the best experience with Clinics United, please do not go anywhere else! Book with them.
Coordinators Josef, Ayse, Maksim, we’re honestly the best! They made my experience and stay phenomenal, nothing was ever to much to ask and they were always on hand! Nothing went wrong I was immediately picked up from the airport taken to my hotel, then transported to the hotel with Ayse who handled everything so well, I had my surgery with surgeon Op Dr Mehmet Ali Korkmaz who has completely changed my life, he is honestly the best surgeon I’ve come across, he is so kind and cares for his patients and his work! I absolutely love the fantastic work he has done. You will not regret booking with clinics United! They will look after you especially Josef, Ayse and Maksim

I went for gastric sleeve surgery.We arrived late at night into Turkey and greeted by Ayse and the driver. Ayse was lovely and really tried to help but google translate was needed.
Bloods were taken and then I rested till morning when it was time to go for all the pre op tests, they are very thorough and most spoke good English except for the dietitian which me and another lady who had surgery went in to see together. We left not really understanding anything and were given print outs in Turkish which I have since translated.
The surgeon Dr.Namik Yilmaz is amazing and put my mind at ease that I was in safe hands. So friendly and easy to talk to. He is the reason I chose clinics united.
The nurses were lovely and we communicated well for the most of it.
I was given a blue dye leak test drink but was never taken for a CT scan which is what I presume the drink is for to check for leaks.
I also left the hospital with no shakes or blood thinner injections which are advertised as included in the price.
We left the hospital about 12 and our flight wasn't till 23.15pm so we had time to kill. We were taken to a hotel thinking we had a room to relax,nap and rest but we had to sit in the lobby or around the pool as no room was provided, until we were picked up at 7.30pm to head to the airport.
In that time I contacted Ayse about the missing items but didn't receive a response for hours and when I did I'm not sure she understood.
Overall I'm happy with my operation with thanks to the Nurses and My surgeon, but wouldn't recommend clinics united as a company to go with.

We arrived after 8pm on tuesday the 17th of may and our driver was there waiting for us outside the airport. He took us straight to the hospital ASV YAŞAM HASTANESİ which was beautiful.
We were greeted by Ayse from Clinics United and from the start she couldnt have been more helpful. We had to give our passports so they could get all our details and then we were talen to pur rooms by Ayse. Please be advised at the moment you need to have a negative pcr test in uk or u can get tested over there for £50 both work out at same price. So we had covid test then bloods and were offered something to eat. The food wasnt to my liking and was wishing i had filled up on something beforehand but its to be expected as a turkish hospital should and did cater for a turkish diet. We were left to unpack, shower and havw a rest for the night.
The next day was surgery day and there was a few different doctors we had to see but Ayse translated for us and was with us with every doctor. After all the doctors we were gowned up and taken for an endoscopy, you are knocked out for this and from there in in its a blur till a few hours after surgery.
Ayse came to check on us te following day but i was honestly too tired. She was with us on the last day when we spoke with the dietician and was on hand to advise all the dos and dont.
Cant thank Ayse, dr kaganbilge and all the hospital staff enough for their round the clock care

Great communication from Alex via WhatsApp regarding cost, organising surgeon, hospital stay and transfer from Airport to Hospital. Maksim the patient co-ordinator met me upon arrival at the Hospital, he was friendly and polite and tried really hard to put me at ease and ensure I felt supported, which I did throughout the entire hospital stay. The surgeon and the nursing team were outstanding! I’m almost 7 days post procedure, healing well and following all post op guidance from the team.

L’opération c’est parfaitement bien passer, le séjour à l’hôpital s’est déroulé comme je l’espérer, une équipe encadrante a l’écoute et au petit soin. Concernant mon expérience avec Evelyne, c’est une personne très gentil elle a toujour était présente pour moi à n’importe quel heure de la journée , elle a était présente pour moi du début à la fin et demande souvent de mes nouvelles. Je souhaite a tout le monde de vivre la même expérience que moi .

My Life changend on such a positive way...unbelieveable, but it's true.

Ich fand es super wie die Fatma es gemacht hat. Sie hat immer geholfen und uns alles immer sehr gut und genau erklärt. Sie war da als ich zur Narkose ging sie war da als ich aufwachte sie war irgendwie so gut sie konnte immer da! Bin mega zufrieden danke Fatma abla. !

War vom 24.04 bis 29.04 in der Klinik und habe mich der Schlauchmagen OP unterzogen und wurde von der lieben Fatma bei allem betreut und begleitet bin sehr zufrieden wieder nach Hause geflogen und kann endlich in ein neues Leben starten vielen Dank

I had always wanted to get liposuction on problem area but had dissuaded myself. I had booked a holiday to Antalya and enquired about it after doing so. Josef was so helpful, accommodating and answered every question/ concern. The process was a smooth and easy one with me flying back to the UK with no problems. I rate the whole experience a 10. The price was so affordable with the standard of care being luxury. So grateful to Josef, Zainab and the entire surgical team. The results are phenomenal. So excited and happy with results.

Ich war am 29.3 dort alles war super die Ärzte und Krankenschwestern alle sehr nett und super freundlich die sind sehr hilfsbereit und die Dolmetscherin Fatma ist super sympathisch hilft dir wo es nur geht ist für dich 24 std zu erreichen. Auch nach dem Aufenthalt ist sie für fragen für dich da. Ich hab sie lieb gewonnen Danke an das ganze clinicsunited team

Ich war am 15.03.2022 im Krankenhaus Clinics United, ein sehr sehr Toller Arzt rundum das komplette Team war hervorragend. Ganz großes Dankeschön an Fatma und Roaza. Roaza hat uns Tag 1 in Empfang genommen und alles mit uns gemacht richtig lustig und ein herzlicher Mensch. FATMA war dann die anderen Tagen 24 Std immer erreichbar und vor Ort. Entlassung hat sie mit uns durchgeführt und alles nochmal step by Step erklärt. Sie ist bis heute immer noch für mich da, fragt nach mir und gibt mir immer Motivation. Ich kann jeden das Krankenhaus empfehlen Fatma spricht auch perfekt deutsch somit hat man null Kommunikations probleme, für die jenigen die aus deutschland kommen. Ich kann und kann immer wieder sagen ein richtig tolles Krankenhaus und Team.

Leider bin ich unglücklich & vollkommen unzufrieden über das Ergebnis der Brustvergrößerung. Gewollt und Abgemacht war ein C-D Körbchen, Endergebnis ist ein B Körbchen.
Für ein B Körbchen hätte ich mich nicht Operieren lassen.
Umso ärgerlicher ist es das ich eine 2 operation machen lassen, erneut zahlen muss & anschließend weitere Narben habe.
Der Doktor an sich war ansonsten sehr nett und hat die OP an sich gut gemacht.
Fatma war auch sehr lieb. Die Organisation war teilweise etwas durcheinander.
Alles in allem bereue ich es im Nachhinein wenn ich das Ergebnis sehe die Op machen lassen zu haben.

I reviewed a lot of clinics until I came across Clinic United. They responded quickly to my in depth and basic questions, and fitted me in on the day I preferred.

Once i arrived in Antalya I got my pick up time for the next day. I met Zeynep who made me at ease and stayed with me the whole time to accommodate me and to do the translation.

Zeynep went above and beyond - couldn't ask for anyone better as she cared for me and still checks up on me now and still will follow up with questions I ask.

I do highly recommend Clinics United and will defiantly go back there if I need or want to do something more. Thank you! Life-changing.

Ich kann über diese Klinik nur positives berichten. Ich hatte anfangs Angst und bedenken, ob auch alles so klappen wird wie im Vorfeld abgesprochen. Ich kann nur jedem ans Herz legen diese Klinik zu wählen. Hier arbeiten professionelle und kompetente Menschen. Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail organisiert und der Patient steht immer Vordergrund - zu jeder Tages und Nacht Zeit!!! Die Schwestern und Pfleger waren alle super Nett und meine Betreuerin Fatma war einfach ein Engel ❤️. Sie war immer für mich da und für alle Fragen hatte sie eine Antwort. Der Dr. Namik ist für mich der beste Arzt überhaupt gewesen. Er wirkt sehr beruhigend und ist ein sympathischer Mensch. Ich möchte mich ganz herzlich für diesen Angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Klinik bedanken!

Rundum zufrieden ❤️ ich hatte solche Angst vor der Op (die im Nachhinein völlig unbegründet war) die liebe Fatma war immer für mich da, hat mich aufgebaut und mir Mut zugesprochen. Die Schwestern und Ärzte in der Klinik waren total höflich und kompetent. Vielen Dank für alles ❤️
