Went there for a sleeve stomach surgery. Everything was fine. Fatma and Cem took good care of me with airport transfer and translation.

I would like to thank Dr Namik Yalmaz. I’m extremely greatful for your patience with me, your reassurance and always had a smiling face. You talked through my procedure step by step, gave me time to digest the information and even showed me videos on how my gastric sleeve would be done. Thank you so much for a life changing experience and I’m glad I choose the best doctor .☺️ and not to forget my day one medical consultant Claudia . You were fair, realistic and very trustworthy, on prices, putting my every step to feel comfortable and relax. Visited me in hospital answering my last night calls and constantly reassuring me. Had an all round really good experience with this clinic.
From day one communicating with Claudia has been really easy, she is very helpful, And made booking and getting the information I needed real easy. Ayşe was also very nice she helped me in the hospital etc. Claudia and Ayşe are really nice and care about their work with people here so I would highly recommend!

I used clinics United for my mmo and I was NOT disappointed they were amazing with me the while time. From inquiring to booking Alexandra was there for me to answer any questions I had sometimes I would forget the UK Turkey time difference and message late but I would still get a reply. Never did I feel pushed into anything from her I always felt like it was my choice and in my time. While in Turkey Ayse was my go to girl and sorted everything out for me any appointments she was amazing I never waited she would push my appointments though. I genuinely felt like she was more of a friend, she went above and beyond took me shopping took me to the salon nothing was to much. I also had a day with Cem he was also brilliant and spoke really good English and explained everything well. I would definitely use them and my surgeon dr Ali korkmaz if I needed anything else. Also want to mention the driver we had always go us to where we needed to be on time and never later to pick us up, all in all a great experience with them.

The best experience ever actually! As a medical student from Sweden I'd like to advice everyone to try this professional team! Dr.Murat Kağan is professional in this field and has a histrory with many bariatric operations. I felt really safe with him and during the whole procedure. First they kept in contact with me and feed me with the most important information till my flight date. Then they took me from the airport to the hospital where I was operated. I met mr.Cem he walked me through and follow me the whole procedure. I never felt alone with Cem he is a hell of fun and know what he is talking about. He took me the day after my arrival and they fully checked me out, cardiology, ecg, Ultra sound, take x-ray, pulmonology to make sure I was qualified for the operation. Finally they did gastroscopi/endoscopi then moved forward with the operation. Dr.Kağan checked on me during my whole stay and discussed with me in details which made me really glad. I am really thankfull to make a lucky and right choice by chosing clinics united so please do not hesitate to try them as well. The hospital team was also so caring and nice to me during my accommodation there

I had a mummy makeover surgery on the 15/08/2022. My whole experience was beyond amazing and my surgery was very successful and couldn't ask for a better outcome.
Alexandra, the international patient consultant, was my first contact person, was always available via What's up calls and messages. Alexandra helped me so much from start to finish, was always there to reassure me and support me throughout the whole experience. Alexandra also kept checking on me with the nurses on a daily basis during my hospital in-patient stay.
Alexandra offered me an excellent package with a really good price, none of the other clinics I have contacted could beat this price.
Arriving to Antalya airport, I was picked up promptly by the clinic driver and dropped to a nice hotel.
The next morning, I was picked up from the hotel and dropped to Medical Park Hospital, Eysa, the other international patient consultant, accompanied me and helped me go through the process of hospital admission.
Eysa was very kind and very helpful, kept reassuring me and stayed with me until I was taken to theatre.
Prior to surgery, I had a consultation with prof Dr Erol Demirseren and his assistant, Aron,
De Demirseren is an excellent surgeon, I would definitely recommend him. He explained to me the operation and reassured me that the size of the implants will be according to the maximum of what my chest can hold as I am a petite person. He also explained that the tummy tuck will involve muscle repair but did not need liposuction as didn't have any fat.
The operation was very successful, I was brought back from the theatre to the ward, as soon as I woke up, Aron reassured me that the operation was very successful and showed me a picture.
During my hospital in-patient stay, I was looked after really well by all the healthcare team, nurses were very helpful and always available when I needed help.
The hospital has high standards in terms of patient care, I was discharged after 2 days and was dropped to a really nice hotel called Laren Seaside. Aron, the surgeon assistant, Eysa and other nurses, visited me on a daily basis to check the wound until I was ready to remove the drains. All the medication I needed was prescribed to me.
Aron did an excellent job looking after me after the surgery, was very patient with me and was always there when I was in pain or stressed especially when I had my drains removed.
Eysa also helped me with washing my hair in the hotel.
The whole clinic healthcare team was super amazing! I don't think I can thank them enough for boosting my confidence about my body and the way I look. The surgery has brought so much happiness to my life and the way I feel about my body. The outcome of the operation was beyond my expectations.
Coming back to the UK, I kept in touch with Alexandra and Eysa via What's up.
In each time I had a question, they both checked with the surgeon and got back to me with a prompt answer.
My friends were very impressed when they knew how much I paid for such a big successful surgery.
I am also very impressed with Alexandra communication skills, she speaks fluent Arabic , french , Turkish and English. This has made my communication with her so enjoyable and easy.

Ich habe am 25.08 meine Schlauchmagen Operation in der clinic machen lassen.
Ich bin über das Internet auf die Klinik gekommen und nach dem ich mit der lieben Fatma geschrieben habe, war mir klar dass ich die op dort machen möchte.
Auch dass ich vom Flughafen abgeholt und zurück gemacht wurde, war ein top Service

Der Arzt, Fatma und alle anderen in der clinic waren so einfühlsam und so liebevoll
Ich habe mich sehr sehr wohl und verstanden gefühlt.
Ich würde immer wieder jedem diese clinic empfehlen.

I would highly recommend clinics united Ayse my nurse was fantastic and I had a reduction and uplift with 2 surgeons who have done an amazing job Ayse has been with me from collection to checking in on me .I have had absolutely no problems or pain I take my meds and have had lots of rest at the beautiful Laren seaside hotel which is lovely and very clean , the staff are great as this hotel has patients and air crew staying

I would say I don’t hate my boobs, they’re much better than before, lifted and perky, and them being a little uneven is not noticeable at first glance. But I would never return for any cosmetic procedure again. I went to Clinics United for a breast lift and augmentation after weight loss.
I read a lot of great reviews and expected it to be a spotless service. The hotel and the country itself was great, but there was a lot of bad things happening on my trip.
First of all: I was told that I was getting a completely different surgeon then what I was first assigned. And they told me a couple of hours before my surgery while I was laying in the hospital bed. Already being stressed out for the operation, this worsened my anxiety x10 but I was calmed by my patient coordinator (Josef) that told me my surgeon was not only a doctor, but was a professor earlier for many years.
My surgeon was: Prof Dr. M Erol Demirseren

Then, when the surgeon came in to draw on me before my operation, I asked him twice “when can I try on different sizes with silicone to find out what size I want?”
“Soon, before the operation” he answered both times
Two hours later they came in to get me for my operation. So I was not able to choose a size for myself! This was a big dealbreaker. I wanted about 400-450cc in my breast. I got 250cc, without anyone asking me. My breast are the same size as before and I am already planning revision surgery.
My surgery date was 13th of may, and I have since then tried to force myself to like the size of my breast as another surgery will be quite exspensive. But sadly that didn’t work.
I would also like to mention, you will start to get much later answers AFTER your surgery.. Also, many other clinics I viewed before my surgery told me my breast was uneven size wise, and that they would have to even them out with the lift. I don’t think this was something my surgeon considered before my surgery since one of my breast (the right one) is now lower than the left one after they have settled, which even my boyfriend noticed without me telling him what it was. I am super sad about this. I was even adviced not to come to turkey for a cosmetic procedure, but I insisted it would be just as good and safe as in Norway. Sadly I was proved wrong..

My cost was 3800€ for a lift and augmentation, including a nice all inclusive hotel, transport to the hotel and hospital, after-surgery garment and also you have access to a patient coordinator 24/7, but sadly they stop responding as quick after you leave turkey:/ I would keep searching if this is the procedure you would like done here..

L’opération c’est très bien passé, tout était parfait le chirurgien passe vous voir avant l’opération et tout les jours qui précède, et evlin m’as énormément rassuré et était présente pour moi du début à la fin une personne incroyable avec un bon cœur.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Ich bin für eine Schlauchmagen-OP hingegangen. Ich wurde über alles informiert und von Cem stets über alles auf dem laufenden gehalten. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann es jedem ans Herz legen der mit dem Gedanken spielt.

From the moment that I enquired about surgery I was treated like royalty. I was very lucky to have Ayse as my link here. She was amazing, on hand 24/7, nothing was too much hassle, infact she even helped dress me on the morning that I got discharged from hospital. She has been an absolute god send. I came alone for my procedure and from the hell and support that Ayse has given me I have never felt alone.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Where to begin? So many criticisms of this company.

Lack of pre visit comms, and no pre surgery advice.

Bad comms during my stay due to insufficiently skilled translator. Although they did try and get me to go shopping the day after a facelift..no thanks most people just want and NEED to rest. Clearly trying to make money on the side as I spoke to other patients at the hotel who had the same!

I have had ZERO comms since I got home.. honestly, they have not messaged or called me once, they DON'T CARE - I could be dead! Aftercare is non existent.

They were 1 hour late picking me up on the morning of surgery and did not apologise. I was traveling alone and very nervous sat alone waiting with no contact!

No one told me to check out of the hotel and take all my things, on the morning of the surgery. so I left them behind, and they brought them to the hospital. Wasn't happy with strangers going through my personal items.

I met the surgeon about 20 mins before the actual surgery, for about 5 mins, he seemed very rushed. He was supposed to see me before I flew home, I waited til 11pm in my hotel room, I had to message them and then was told sorry he's too busy.. He sent his assistant the next day.

They also catheterised me WITHOUT CONSENT! Yes, vaginally and without my consent. I've had a few aesthetic surgeries and I have never needed a catheter!

They allowed me to fly home 3 days after a facial surgery, it was horrific with the swelling, I googled and the advice is 1-2 weeks. Clearly they just want to get rid of you.

Also, due to how I am healing I suspect that been given sub standard surgery instead of the full procedurw, which I paid for by the way!!...so feel I have probably wasted money on surgery that will need redoing in a few years

Save your money, honestly, you just do not get a good quality level of care!

The only compliment I can give, the hotel they put me in was very nice (despite the pervert receptionist trying to sell me tattoos and flirting with me at 1am when I arrived, alone...inappropriate!) and also the nurses at the hospital were very attentive

I had a fantastic experience with clinics United. My coordinator Maksim was fantastic from beginning to end and the standard of care was fabulous. I’d not hesitate to return.

My experience It was spectacular Maximo went to pick me up at the airport, when we arrived at the hospital they were there. the doctors doing tests on me, I did not lack a nurse, maximo was every day checking that I was fine and once my stay in the hospital they took me to the airport a spectacular service, I would repeat again
