I travelled down from Manchester for my hair transplant on the 12th March and was feeling slightly nervous. However, the moment I set foot in the clinic I was put at ease. The team answered every question I had and were incredibly professional. The day went great and even tho its early days I have very high hopes for the transplant. The aftercare team has also been great checking in on me daily and asking how im getting on. All in all 5 stars

From the initial contact the service has been fantastic, the information and support given made everything easy. On the day I was made to feel welcome, everyone was friendly and chatty. Constant care and reassurance was given throughout the process. Before the procedure was finished the aftercare team contacted me and have done so every day since. I have now recommended The Clinic Centre to 4 of my friends and one has now booked for the 27th March and I would recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Everything made very easy, everything explained immediately and easily.
On the day of the treatment everything was explained and the opportunity to ask any further questions.

Personally I would avoid from my own experience, and I was warned by other companies but assumed it was business competition.
First red flag was I was promised a certain amount of grafts and coverage after having my consultation but on the day of surgery which was 1 week later, that promise went out the window and I was told I would be not given as many due to this and that, I felt I was told quite abruptly and I’m not a moaning or soft person believe me. and still to this day cannot get an answer of how many was actually planted. The follow up txts were great but when I expressed concerns throughout the months after I was just told to trust the process. I’m well over the year mark now and my hair is so thin and patchy that it left me with no confidence and also contemplating spending thousands more with a different t company to try make myself feel better about it. Again this is just my experience. Ps yes I have been taking all correct medications and even PRP therapy’s.

My husband had his hair transplant from there. He experienced a good service by all the team.

I’m a Few days in post op hair transplant, the team are very friendly and informative, procedure went as expected no issues so far and the aftercare is excellent everyday so far have received updates and check ups on how I’m getting on, over all experience very good just will have to wait a while now to see how good the results will be

My experience from start to now (8 days post hair transplant) has been great, the back of my head is healing well and the hair is starting to grow back, also the transplanted area is going well the scabs are due to full off now and i thank misra for staying in contact with me each day post opp and making sure I’m okay and that everything is going well🙏🏻👌🏻

From the very first consultation, a lovely lady guided me through the entire process. She explained everything clearly and honestly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable before booking the surgery. Her support continued even after the procedure as part of the aftercare, which really made a big difference.

On the day of the procedure, the staff and doctors were highly professional and extremely friendly. Throughout the whole procedure they explained each step very carefully, which really helped put me at ease.
