I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first consultation to the aftercare, the team was incredibly professional and helpful.

My experience has been great both the treatment at the clinic and on line follow up support. Misra always responds quickly to any questions at any time of day and I found this support incredibly helpful in the early days when I was unsure of whether I was doing the follow up care correctly. I wasn’t totally at ease having a hair transplant but the team in Bermondsey were just brilliant. Never felt alone at any time during the whole process and was continually kept abreast of all the different stages during the day I spent in the clinical facility. I am now recovering from the procedure and all is going to plan as far as I can ascertain, including daily contact with a member of the team assessing progress photos.

Staff was very welcoming on my arrival. I was slightly nervous about the whole experience(hair transplant) but they made me feel comfortable. They answered all my questions. The procedure was quick and painless. Also they are still in contact with me to keep an eye on progress.

I have been considering a hair transplant for over 20 years, but due to work commitments, I never had the opportunity to go ahead. After recently being made redundant, I decided this was the right time to finally take the step.

I found the clinic online and got in touch with their lovely agent, Misra, who explained the procedure clearly and precisely. Misra was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process, which gave me the confidence to move forward with booking.

When I attended the clinic, I was warmly welcomed by Dr. Didem and her team. Dr. Didem was professional, reassuring, and took the time to make me feel completely at ease from the very beginning.

I had my hair transplant yesterday, and overall the experience was very positive. The procedure itself was long but well managed, with regular check-ins to ensure I was comfortable throughout. There was minimal discomfort, and Dr. Didem and her team were attentive, patient, and reassuring, especially during the more time-consuming parts.

After the procedure, I was given clear aftercare instructions and had the opportunity to ask any questions. Misra and Dr. Didem both ensured I felt confident about the next steps and recovery process.

Overall, I felt very well looked after and would highly recommend the clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

All staff have been super helpful, knowledgeable and considerate. From the doctors and nurse on the day to Misra who was reassuring and honest about the procedure during consultation and was the reason I committed. since the operation she has been a constant source of reassurance with immediate responses and proactively checking in and providing advice. It has made the process soo much less stressful and its been gratefully appreciated. 🙏

I was initially recommended to the clinic center from a friend who used them 5 weeks ago. My whole experience has been flawless so far. Time will tell on the end result how well the hair grows and how dense it will look.

Communication and after care has been second to none and you feel that they genuinely care about the service they provide - Misra has been on hand for any queries or concerns.

From the moment I arrived at the clinic I was made to feel welcome and well informed. Staff were friendly and explained everything well.

The process was lengthy (as expected) with a higher graft rate than we expected which was fantastic. I felt accommodated for and in good hands the entire time and the only regret I have about the whole process is not doing it sooner.

Botched abroad... I have approached 11 clinics in the UK who have said im beyond repair....

UPDATE DESPITE THIER BELOW THEY NOW ADDMIT THEY FOUND MY RECORDS AND ALL THE EARLIER CONCERNS I RAISED WHILE "WAITING FOR IT TO GROW", MY POSSITION IS THE SAME - BOTCHED... THEY CALLED ME 1ST APRIL 2026 @ 15.07 AND SAID "THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE", NO SURPRISE THE FURTHER DETAILS I SENT WERE IGNORED ALSO - BE WARNED...

They over harvested giving me multiple bald patches so now where I had healthy hair it's sparse and the area that they did the transplant in, is like something off a cartoon, you can literally get your fingernail in between each individual hair and still see my bald patch..... avoid this company at all costs they lied and said they would give me a procedure that wouldn't require further procedures .....

I'm probably going to have to fully shave my head to get some normality in my appearance.

As far as communications once I sent the images of the botched transplant they did to me they ceased to communicate with me (Ozge, Idil co, Kegan) as if it was my fault, for clarity I had very little shredding it was purely because I had a botch procedure

****** Update when I left this review I got a call at an unsociable hour thr next day, from Turkey, no coincidence,,,,,, they say they have a London office and all my correspondence had their company logo, they have since said to Trustpilot 'review belongs to another business', clearly it does not, don't be fooled like I was (WhatsApp emails images have all been saved for the avoidance of doubt).

As my above all my initial correspondence had your company logo on it, all my initial discussion re assured me "you had a London office" as I've said I kept all my correspondence and unless the botch clinic who carried out the procedure has stolen your name, details, logos , used your logo at airport coincidently also called me the day after from Turkey etc etc etc then it could be someone else but I know it's not. All you had to do was reply to my concerns & remidy which you did not. I note you also do not send an email for proof correspondence etc but to late for that now anyway I'm still deciding my next course of action but felt un suspecting furthet potential clients should be warned......

My whole hair transplant experience has been great. Both the doctor and the surgeon were brilliant throughout. Everything was explained to me clearly and all details of the surgery were discussed and agreed during the procedure. Highly recommend having the hair transplant done here (London), rather than travelling all the way to Turkey.

Was unsure about using this company at first, but my fears were soon allayed when I attended the clinic .
The staff were super friendly and helpful and my treatment went without a hitch.
After the procedure the follow up was second to none with daily contact talking me through the recovery process.
I am only 2 weeks in but I am already considering. Further treatment with this clinic next year. 10out of 10 for everybody involved in this Journey we have travelled together

I had my hair transplant here just over 2wks ago after a recommendation from a friend who went here last year and has subsequently had amazing results. Based on my experience so far I would highly recommend this clinic.

Firstly the clinic is clean and welcoming. The staff were all amazing which helps when you are naturally a bit nervous. Dr Haydar who I saw first was friendly, professional and positively reassuring.

My 2 surgeons Isa and Nadide were very professional and friendly, and had a lot of experience doing these procedures in Turkey and in the UK. Both made me feel at ease and had unbelievable patience, meticulous in what they were doing. I was really happy with my new hairline as were they!! At the end of the day the clinic gave me a tote bag full of all your aftercare meds, shampoo’s, foams, neck pillow and really clear aftercare documents which was great.

Massive shout-out goes to Misra, my aftercare nurse, though that’s underselling her role as we were in contact regularly in the weeks and months leading up to my surgery as she helped answer all my questions and put me at ease. Misra has been AMAZING, honestly so reassuring, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. I’ve been so so impressed with the aftercare, messages every day checking in, asking for pics of my hair to provide feedback on progress, and providing step by step guidance. It felt so personalised and comforting that your aftercare nurse is there with you for every step of the recovery, would happily message/respond on weekends & evenings and always with such a positive and professional tone. The clinic is very privileged to have Misra representing them, I can’t understate how much I’ve appreciated her aftercare support.
