This product is excellent. I have suffered with sinus problems for years and nothing has worked. This however, has really helped me. It’s simple to use and it massively helps to reduce the inflammation in the nasal cavity.

I have been using my Nova Flow for several months. It has brought great relief to my congestion. I went to use it the other night and it wouldn’t turn on. Did all the trouble shooting and then reached out via email. I was pleasantly surprised that i got an immediate response from Coney who resolve my issue quickly. The service was amazing and Coney was great to work with!

I contacted Cleriva's customer support after an issue with my shipment. I received a prompt and extremely professional response from Coney, who immediately understood my issue and was quick to make things right. I deducted one star only because there was a weird mix up with the tracking from the company. 5 stars for Coney, though, who made me confident that everything would be ok (and it was).

the device didn't really do much to help me but they give me a refund instantly, Maddy sorted it for me, no questions asked. so you can be sure that if its works for you that's great and if it doesn't they will sort it instantly for you and give 100% refund.

I bought the product for my mother, she has had multiple sinus surgeries and allergy problems her whole life. When I gave this to her and told her how to use it she put it in and after 10 minutes it went off and she took it out and couldn't believe the relief. Well it quit charging after 2 weeks and I contacted their customer service and they said they would send one right out. Maddy was very helpful and I really appreciate it.

Very supportive customer service from Maddy! She tried to solve the issue but the sleeves are too tight and without sleeves it falls out. Thank you for offering to give me a refund. To others, don't be afraid to try it because I would have kept it if it fit me.

I reached out to customer service about an issue with my NovaFlow after one year of consistent use, and Coney was really quick to respond and help me out.

I emailed Cleriva after my Nova Flow would no longer charge. I was emailed back very quickly by Coney who ver kindly and efficiently arranged to send an immediate replacement. The whole experience was by far the easiest in terms of customer service that I have ever experienced. I am very pleased with the company and Coney for the way this was handled.

I have been using my Novaflow for 4 days, 3 times a day. My post nasal drip has gone, and I am no longer snoring, according to my wife, Tracey.

I highly recommend that people with any sinus issues should give this device a try. It is very easy to use and highly effective.

I’ve been using the Cleriva NovaFlow red light device for the past 10 days, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results so far.

I’ve suffered from rhinitis for as long as I can remember, along with persistent hayfever that typically lasts from March through to late October. Nasal congestion has always been a daily struggle for me. However, since using the NovaFlow, I’ve noticed a significant improvement—my nasal passages feel clear, and I can breathe freely through my nose, which is something I haven’t experienced in years.

In addition to the product itself, I’ve also been very pleased with the customer support. I contacted Cleriva regarding the Ultraviolet Sanitizer unit I purchased alongside the NovaFlow, and both Maddy and Coney responded quickly. They were friendly, helpful, and thorough in answering my questions—truly a breath of fresh air.

So far, I’m extremely happy with both the product and the service.

It is all about the customer service! Coney has been wonderful. I have to admit I am not 100% sure that the product is helping yet (I think it is beneficial) but knowing that the company stands behind their product and that there are agents as kind and thorough as Coney makes me feel very secure to continue trying this new product.

Update: So after all the shipping and cables had been sorted I did go ahead and use it. Its a good product, gets results, the customer service IS good, but the shipping delays are not (I would imagine they will be working on that). Its made a real difference. Instead of 3 sprays and a tablet, I am now down to just the tablet.

Despite the reviews I did (stupidly) go ahead and order, as I suffer so badly with Rhinitis, and allergies I would do anything to help! At the two week point the tracking hadn't moved for over a week and I decided the refund was best, which was processed.

After 19 days 17th March it did actually arrive. I had been told that I couldn't return it regardless, so today I got around to opening it. I had actually bought the full kit which included extra prong covers and the steriliser. Both are USB charged.

The charger for the actual device doesn't even fit the device, it's far too large - so completely pointless and no I haven't got it mixed up with the steriliser, as the cables are the same just one is shorter!

The customer service was good that and I'd rate that a 5! Incredibly disappointing!

The Novaflow device is great! I've been using this for a few weeks now and it works! Every time I use it, my sinuses will open up and drain. If I use it prior to irrigating, the irrigation seems to clear out more than it normally did prior to using the device. I'm sold on it!!!
