The nose piece has helped me tremendously. Prior to using it I always had something going on. In addition, i have eustachian tube dysfunction. Very unpleasant condition. This device has really calmed my nose down and gotten me relief, then on a road trip (I always travel it) somewhere the cord came up missing, so no more red light for me. I emailed the company and ask how I could get another cord. I would of gladly paid for it. The manager offered to send me a free one. I was shocked at how quick they responded and took care of the problem. Great product...great customer service, thank you.

Although I’ve had problems with the wrong charging cable in the box, and the first package been delivered to the wrong address, Coney in customer services has been first class at getting everything sorted to my total satisfaction.

The product I purchase did not work for me so I requested a refund. Customer service representative Coney responded within 24 hours and processed my request immediately. Very friendly as well. Great experience overall

I ordered the NovaFlow, which, like others, I was a little sceptical about but it certainly works to clear sinus congestion.

I then saw an offer for the sterilising unit but the Buy Now link did not work - after an incredibly frustrating email exchange where the same answer of “genuine help” including more links that did not work, I began to feel I was communicating with an AI bot.

Persistence paid off and finally a human named Coney answered my questions and sorted everything out with no problems.

The Team especially Maddy! They were quick to respond. Made sure if there was a problem getting my devices the would find out the problem with USPS. Offered to ship out another to get it to me.

Coney was amazing sorting out my problem. I was accidentally sent the wrong charger cable and Coney replied to my email within a few hours and sorted out a replacement almost immediately. Excellent customer service!

First class, very responsive customer service from Maddy. There was an issue where the package was stuck in transit for a while through no fault of the company. Maddy always responded to my queries quickly and professionally. Was about to dispatch another shipment when the package was found. I can't comment on the effectiveness, but the money-back guarantee gives me confidence.

I recently purchased the Novaflow and dealt with 'Maddy' throughout who has been nothing short of brilliant and a real credit to the team.
Initially our product had taken longer than expected to arrive, Maddy arranged a refund promptly without any delay and advised us to use the product should it arrive.

My partner and I have recieved the original Novaflow today. Its made with high quality materials and looks fantastic with all the spare accessories included.

If you think these guys are in anyway scammers! Trust me they are not. A legitimate company with a real concern and compassion for their customers.

I have been using the Nova Flow for a few weeks now, and LOVING the easy ten minute therapy sessions. After a few times by day two I had STOPPED taking my allergy pills at night, just to breathe- they had lost their effects and I was really struggling to breathe- waking up gasping some nights still- only to take an Advil sinus pill above the allergy pill I took already!!
With the Nova Flow I have stopped taking them all, and started breathing better! It's a life saver 🙌🏼

Saw adverts for this company amongst others on trading sites. Looked at all reviews of the product and the company, all positive.
Tracking info was good up till 10 March, contacted customer service and got a reply from Maddy. She was prompt in replying, informed and polite got a follow up yesterday to say parcel completed customs, it arrived today.
Can’t fault Maddy’s customer relations skills

Although the device has not worked for me, the customer service I received from Coney was fantastic. She has been extremely helpful and I've received a refund as asked for.

The company was having a small product issue and it was taking a while to trace the glitch. My only contact was a customer service rep named (Coney). AS many know, this department can make or break a business's reputation. Well, I'm hear here to tell you if all their reps are at the same level of competency a Coney they're very fortunate and in great shape to deal with any concerns in the future.
