Initial shipping was quick and great customer service. Dog ate my device and the Cleriva rep Coney shipped me out a replacement no questions asked!

Worth a go. Combining Novaflow with antihistamines and a corticosteroid nose spray has got things under control for me.

Worked an absolute treat for over a year now, Need to keep up consistency with it to have great results. My Nova Flow did have an issue after a year but Spoke to the customer service team and Maddy sorted out a replacement right away!

I was impressed with the prompt responses when I first purchased my Cleriva red light nose device. I was informed about the shipment progress and recieved my device quickly. I have used it for about 2 months and I saw improvement in the first week of use. I experienced significant decrease of mucus buildup. And most importantly it has reduced the frequency of nose bleeds which had been very severe. Currently I have had only very minor nose bleeds and much less frequently. My latest request for help with a battery problem was attended by Corey with an immediate response to my email and a replacement unit at no charge. I am impressed and reccommend this device without reservation!

I was skeptical of trying yet another solution for nasal congestion, sinus pain, and my springtime allergies. The last several years it seemed an inevitable cycle I couldn't break of sinus congestion that eventually led to needing antibiotics for secondary infections in both my sinuses and ears.

My chiropractor has a fancy (and expensive) cold laser unit in the office and I had a good experience getting a sinus infection treated there, but getting appointments and driving to the office were not what I wanted to do all season long once the pollen started. So I responded to the Clariva ad. I liked that the frequency was precise because I knew from my chiropractor experience that the precision matters.

Clariva is easy to use and definitely seemed to help. I added on the device that shines into the ear canal and that ended up being my favorite. It helped that horrid itchy ear feeling that nothing else had! I'm glad I tried it.

Coney waived the video upload as I was having trouble doing that. He is sending me a replacement NovaFlow since mine was defective and wouldn't charge.

Coney was very nice and tried her best to help me. Note that myy first order didnt complete and got stuck in shipping. But they were quick to send me out another one.

Maddie was great. I was expecting a hassel to return the device. I sent the message for the return and within an hour I was told I was getting g my refund.

Coney, Maddy and team have been really responsive, answering queries. As a result a replacement unit was sent due to a charging issue. Thank you.

I found that I wasn't getting any benefits from using this and contacted customer service. I quickly received a communication from a representative named Coney. He was very understanding and processed a full refund. I truly appreciate the quick service and understanding that I received. You can trust Cleriva.

I purchased the Nova Flow product and found it really helped with my Nasal issues. I had a small issue with the device no longer emitting red light so I contacted Coney at Cleriva and they have agreed to send me a replacement device straight away. Excellent customer service, can’t wait to start using the new device. Thank you Coney @ Cleriva.

Coney was quick to respond and quick to issue a refund to me when the product, sadly, did not benefit me. It really made me want to continue to patronize and support this company, even though the product I originally purchased didn't really work for me.

My new unit stopped charging, I wasn't expecting the response I received and can honestly say this is HOW Customer Service is done. Maddy from Clarica responded quickly, listened to my dilemma and reacted so quickly and thoroughly I was amazed. Asked if I could provide a video showing my issue with charging, I did so and I'm receiving a replacement at no additional cost. WOW is all I can say.

Unfortunately, the Novaflow product did not work for me due to some previous surgeries and procedures that I've had years ago. (Turbinectomy/Polyp removal/etc). However, I really did want to try the product in the hopes that it might get me some congestion relief. After trying it for a few months without positive results, I reached out to the company to request the 120 day money back guarantee. I worked with Coney, who was very understanding with the conversation and had no issue at all honouring the refund. I received it within a couple of business days...fully repaid to my CC. I really wish that the product could have worked for me, but the next best thing is to have the business stand behind their product and refund the amount as promised. Well done! If you're considering it...I would suggest you give it a go...as you have nothing to lose! Thanks again, Coney!
