I ordered the NovaFlow because i was a chronic sufferer of allergies and sinus infections. I worked in a very dusty environment because I was a woodworker at the time, and so my sinuses were constantly enflamed. I needed this product to work because I really wanted to stay at my job. I only used this product after work once a day and it immediately started to decongest my sinuses as I drove home. The chronic pain and infections went away. This company is very responsive to its customers and they're product works! I work somewhere else now,, but I still use my NovaFlow! Thanks, Cleriva!

I have suffered from allergies for about 20 years. I have had sinus surgery. I have tried allergy shots and sub lingual drops and nothing seems to work. I have used red light therapy for other things and it has been successful so I figured I would try this. I have been using Cleriva for a few weeks now and it does seem to be reducing my sinus pressure. I have not stopped taking my daiky antihistamines, I figured when Ive been on Cleriva a few months then maybe I will try discontinuing the medications. I am very hopeful that this product will be a solution for my allergy issues.

Unfortunately, the device didn't work for me - it won't work for everyone and I'm apparently just one of those exceptions.
However, the customer service has been phenomenal! Maddy has been exceptionally prompt and helpful with advice on how to get the most from the device, and actions on their end.
Huge thanks to Maddy! I hope the company treats her as well as she treats customers!

My experience with Cleriva , has been totally positive , I’ve found the customer services very professional when I had an issue with Nova Flow device

100% recommend this product. I was getting a lot of sinus headaches and taking pain relief regularly but since using this product I’ve barely needed it! It really helps with my allergies as well and I don’t suffer half as much with a congested nose! The customer support is also amazing. After my dog chewed the device they very kindly agreed to replace it free of charge so would 100% recommend this company and its products to anyone.

In my experience NovaFlow works better than over the counter sprays or allergy pills. I’ve been using it for 6 months 2x a day and have had very good results here in our high altitude dry climate. It’s easy to use and the charge lasts a long time. No more OTC pill drowsiness and dryness caused by pills and sprays. Novaflow is a better alternative and it’s backed by super customer service. Try it, I think you’ll like it.

I am so thankful for the Cleriva !! I have always struggled with allergies and sinus infections. I use my Cleriva every day in the evening. I sleep better . I have not had to take any sinus medication or nasal sprays !! The red light is amazing!! The company is very helpful too !!

Real person here and i cannot praise this little item enough!
For just short of 2 years I've been seeing an ENT Dr, about my sinuses and headaches, ive had cameras, drops (yes nasal drops) sprays, tablets the lot, and i seemed to get a little relief (around 20%) but then i came across an Advert for the Cleriva NovaFlow, i ummmed and ahhed for a bit, researched it, (even the cheaper versions) but i decided because my headaches were getting me down so much that i would plunge for the REAL thing, not cheap knock offs, and i am so glad i did! This brilliant device is keeping my sinuses clear and my headaches have gone! I am more than happy that i bought the real thing, i personally do not think that it is expensive for what it does!
My ENT prescriptions were £20 - £30 per visit, and now i have no more prescription bills as this NovaFlow device has sorted my problem! I am mire than happy to use this brilliant device twice a day for the rest of my life!
You HAVE to try it, be true to yourself and use it at least twice daily, (not just when you feel like it, something we are all guilty of) and hopefully like me, you will get the relief it is made for.
I did have a little problem with mine and i contacted Cleriva and they got back to me within the hour with a solution that i am more than happy with! They care! So this is a reputable company. Which are hard to find these days, real people at the other end of the email, no automated response, just 100% help. Honestly i cannot recommend this device and company enough.

So far I love this device, it works really well and when I had a slight issue with one of the pegs being faulty, Coney from customer sevice was able to help me in a very timely manner. Would suggest to anyone suffering from inflammation

Ive been having a issue with my novaflow contacted customer service to see what i could do to fix the issue coney took care of me and had excellent costumer service....my novaflow has helped me alot haven't had to use any medicine for my allergies/sinus the novaflow has calmed all my symptoms down so i can manage to go on with my days i recommend this to anyone to give it a try i love my novaflow......

I was having great sucess using the device. THEN, I had it on the kitchen counter and it was accidently dumped into the sink full of water unknowningly. Well it no longer worked. I contacted customer service, CONEY helped me out and they are replacing it for me no charge!! So appreciate it. Since I have not been using the device my congestion and nasal soreness has returned Allergies

Maddy was very responsive and offered a reasonable solution to my defective unit. I have enjoyed my Novaflow so far and would like to continue to see the benefits.

I can't say this product doesn't work at all because you can't do a controlled study on yourself. And of course there's always the placebo effect. Certainly it is not the panacea it's advertised to be. I still need to use most of my other meds. As for the device itself, it's clear that this is a rebranded piece of Chinese junk. The product is shipped directly from China with no usage instructions whatsoever for anything included in the box other than meaningless statements converted from Chinese to English. It comes with a bunch of pieces that you'll simply have to figure out yourself what to do with. No American manufacturer gave any thought to how this was packaged or how you might even think to use all the parts. The power plug is an ancient USB-B which does nothing to reduce weight or power requirements compared to USB-C, it's just an old interface. It's indicative of the Chinese manufacturing era it comes from, and the fact that this device is simply rebranded. If you want to try red light therapy you can buy an identical device (without the branding) on Amazon for $15 instead of paying $50. And if you test the light frequency with a simply meter you'll find that they are all tuned to the "special" red 660nm frequency. You may or may not experience any small benefit, but don't waste your money on something with special branding that advertises all over social media.

I had an issue with the delivery of my product. I emailed customer support and they responded quicker than I expected, Maddy dealt with my issue promptly and got it resolved ASAP! Great customer service thank you

Customer service responded quickly, I received my item soon after. Haven’t noticed an improvement yet but it’s only been a few days of using.

Unfortunately, my original order appeared to have been lost by USPS. I contacted customer service, and they were extremely helpful. Maddy, in customer service, got right on the problem and looked into the tracking. Since it appeared that the items were lost in transit they offered me the options of a full refund or a complimentary replacement for the items I ordered. I chose the complimentary replacement, since I am really excited to try their product. Thanks to everyone who helped me, and a special thank you to Maddy and Coney!
