I have given 5 stars for a couple of reasons.
Firstly, the actual device does seem to help keep my nasal passages clear, having suffered from severe rhinitis fire about 35 years. Despite my initial scepticism, the NovaFlow appears to clear my airway.
Secondly, the customer service has been excellent, as I did have an issue with the first NovaFlow and it was replaced immediately.

Coney, the CS representative was helpful and thoughtful. Unfortunately the product didn't work for my husband😒. But a credit back for purchase is coming.

I had ordered the NovaFlow device for my husband who has terrible post-nasal drip and has had it for at least 20 years if not more. After the device came, I found out that my husband had already been using it for a couple of weeks. Since we already had one, I reached out to Cleriva to see if I could send the unopened one back. Coney, the Customer Service Manager answered back promptly and asked me to take a couple of pictures of the items in question and that they would get back to me promptly. I took a couple of pictures and then sent them to Cleriva. I was then told that they would refund me 100% and that I needn't send the device back, but to give it to someone else.
Now, I don't know if it works or not, but at least they have great customer service in the person of Coney. Thank you Coney.

I could not be more impressed with the customer service of Cleriva. I had Coney assisting me and was so delighted to have all of my questions and concerns completely taken care of. I would recommend them 100% because they truly make sure that the customer is satisfied and fully happy with the order.

Ordered the NovaFlow May 9. Received part of order on May 11. Emailed about the rest of the shipment June 14, Cleeriva Support Manager Coney responded that same day! Very gracious and apologetic. Took care of the shipping problem. Received the NovaFlow June 26 and I sent a follow up email with questions. Once again the response was very fast - the next day. All of my correspondence was with Support Manager Coney. You have an outstanding support team.

While I did not have successful results from my trial of the product (thus reducing by one star), I can give a full-throated endorsement of the company's customer service. I gave Cleriva a try, and in the end informed them I wanted a refund of my purchase price, in compliance with their 100% money back guarantee. Coney gave very swift and courteous responses, giving the company's reputation 5 stars for customer service.

The product has really helped me and when I forget to use it I definitely notice that nose is significantly stuffier. I recently had an issue with the charge not holding and I was offered a free replacement. Customer service immediately responded to my concern.

When I needed to ask for a refund on the product I bought, Coney in customer service responded to my emails promptly and pleasantly and processed my refund immediately. The whole experience was pleasant and easy, which is very rare when working with any company.

I started using Nova Flow in February '26 and nothing happened at first, but I continued. I used it at it's fullest capacity, once a day, for two months, usually at night, and I actually forgot that there are three levels of intensity, and the third level, where the red ray increases and decreases is my favourite. The changes occurred as I was going into my third month of use.

Anyhow, health wise, I am going through the menopause, I am an Autoimmuner and have sinusitis, so it looks like I have the sniffles, yet I don't. I used to have to keep telling people that I don't have a cold, simply because of the way they looked at me.

I have found that Nova Flow has helped to reduce my nose from streaming, and it has reduced my mucus without drying out my throat.

In terms of my job, it's really helped my nose not to react so much to fragranced products and my allergies have reduced as I have a cat, and as a singer, it's given me the capacity to breathe with ease.

Nova Flow is wonderfully easy to use, it has also stopped any colds from coming on from being around others, and is a part of my everyday routine, even when I'm away on holiday.

Coney listened to my problem, told me what they needed me to send to show the product not working and help resolve my issue. And, they are standing behind their customer service and sending me a new unit.

Using the NovaFlow has practically eliminated my allergies. It definitely worth the money and so easy to use. My little device stopped charging though. I contacted customer support and was immediately helped by Coney. Coney replaced my NovaFlow, no questions asked. Highly recommend!!

Had amazing and speedy customer service with Coney. Had delivery issues which was totally the fault of Royal Mail. Modern day transactions are so cold and soulless and mostly underwhelming so it was a breath of fresh air to deal with a company that clearly values its customers. Well done Cleriva and massive thanks to Coney. They have restored hope that not all are out to get you !

Years of congestion, sniffles were reduced by the Nova Flow nasal red light therapy. The results were most apparent when they all came back due to my device failing to charge. Coney with Cleriva was quick in sending me a replacement unit so I could once again enjoy the benefits of a Nova Flow.

I love my Novaflow!, it has worked wonders for my sinuses, so much so that I no longer require surgery! I highly recommend getting one, it’s a game changer.
Recently I damaged my charging cable, and contacted customer services, Coney the advisor was so helpful, and I couldn’t be happier with the polite, respectful help that I received, thank you.

Do yourself a favor and buy the same kind of device on Amazon for $15.00. The Cleriva ships from China, so its most likely the exact same device as the ones on Amazon. What a scam.

As someone with seasonal allergies and sleep apnea, this seems to be working. The power buttons topped working, but they said they will replace it.

The original order didn't take as long as expected, and also, when the device stopped working, they replaced it within a week!

Cleriva despatched the item promptly to be delayed by Heathrow cargo handling. Maddy at Cleriva customer services did her best to track it down and keep me informed, replying promptly to emails. The order finally arrived, now to see how effective it is.
