Terrible customer service, terrible communication, shipping is "we get to it when we decide to", their own AI bot recommended leaving a bad review or complaining to their ferric email complaint box. Product is fine... if you can get it. I spent $135 on bottles that I can't get anybody to acknowledge or send

Cleo is a well designed copper bottle. I like the way it fits in my hand. I feel great that I’m not drinking out of a plastic bottle.

Bad customer service

I ordered 3 sets of bottles,bag , brush and tumblers. One set for me, one for my daughter and one for my son. I love my copper bottle and I have started using it daily…purchase was great price, delivery was great, arrived in a timely fashion and all w/no damage. I didn’t receive my Ebook sent a request….wuth in minutes I hit a response and a link to my ebook with a wonderful apology! Very happy with product! Would recommend Cleolifestyle to everyone! Scammers and fraud website.

Works great

When I originally ordered the three bottle set the confirmation had the incorrect shipping address, (My fault).
I emailed the company and corrected the shipping address. I received the bottles about a week later. However, one of the bottles did not seal correctly and leaked around the cap. I contacted Support and they figured out that the problem was the incorrect cap. They agreed to send a replacement out at no cost but instead of sending it to the corrected address, they sent it to the incorrect address. After a few weeks when I had not received my replacement cap, I contacted Support again and they gave me the delivery date and address. It was the incorrect address that should have been changed. This was their error, however, they refused to send out a second replacement cap to the correct address free of charge.
That being said, the bottles appeared to be pure copper as indicated and good quality with the exception of the bad cap I received on one of my bottles.
My wife says the bottles make the water taste metallic and she will not drink the water from those bottles.
I live in Arizona and we have notoriously bad water from the tap. We buy filtered water from a dispenser that tastes very good but when poured into the copper bottles, the water does not taste as good. Also, the free tumblers sent with the water bottles are ridiculously small. Maybe 8 ounces. Even my grandson calls them “oversized shot glasses”.
Support may be good at times but is hit or miss. I’m second guessing me ordering the bottles.

I would definitely order from this company again! I ordered the 34 oz copper water bottle. The original order got lost in the mail and before I even reached out to them absolutely it my order they contacted me and said that they were going to be sending a replacement. Once it shipped it got here in a few days. And the water bottle its self is wonderful! I live it and just the craftsmanship of the water bottle is outstanding! Definitely recommend this company!
