This company is a fraud. There is no Vera in Sedona. i tried to cancel right after i ordered. They wouldn't cancel and they won't give me a refund. the shipment comes from Hong Kong. I've been emailing customer service every day and they won't help. Please don't be taken in by this fake Vera nonsense.

i have contacted the Federal Trade Commision and next will be Cyber crimes. i'm not stopping until i get my money back. i didn't work my whole life to be letting these fraudsters take my money that easily.

I have fairly sensitive skin and usually need to be careful with metals. This necklace has been comfortable from day one and hasn't caused any irritation. The warmth of the copper feels different from other jewelry I own. It quickly became part of my regular rotation.

I looked up this website before ordering anything because there are so many scammers on the internet these days. Not Trustpilot, but another site said this was legitimate. Like other people, I ordered from them. So first red flag was that my credit card was charged in Hong Kong, I immediately contacted them through email and they responded telling me that the jewelry was made in Arizona but the company was registered in Hong Kong!! The very next day I received an email saying my order had shipped. I received my order and didn’t get what I ordered!! Some of the items weren’t even copper!!! I contacted my credit card company and they refunded my money back.

The company advertises USA Sedona, Arizona origins, but the credit card charge and shipping list Hong Kong. They shipped the wrong item and despite multiple emails and chat attempts there has been no response and no resolution. I have given up.

Terrible customer service. I ordered two bracelets on 9 June 2026, and one arrived incorrect. Despite providing photo evidence immediately, I received no apology or accountability for their mistake. Instead, I was forced to accept a store credit, which didn't even work despite numerous attempts and over 11 emails explaining the issue. The lack of empathy, professionalism, incompetent, no apology and no support throughout this process has been shocking. To make matters worse, I'm now being asked to return the incorrect item they sent. I will not pay for YOUR ERROR or be inconvenienced for a mistake that was entirely theirs. I would not recommend Patricia's Jewellery based on my experience. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON SUCH AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON! Patricia just Retire and save everyone from your lies! instead of wasting our time and money. Disgusting attitude and very unprofessional.

I've never paid much attention to jewelry packaging before but this stood out. It looked thoughtful and premium without being excessive. My girlfriend was impressed before she even opened the box.

This was advertised as a lady who handmade this in Arizona. I placed a order over a month ago n the tracking information they gave me said it had arrived from international shipping n cleared. Last time I checked Arizona is not international. Only reason I ordered was it was made in USA. They didnt just misrepresented they outright lied. I am in the process of trying to get my money back. DO NOT BUY if you are thinking it is from USA. If I had wanted something from overseas I would have bought something on Temu for wayyyyy less money.

Ordered expecting shipment from Sedona, Arizona. Tracking info was in Asian characters and came from an international origin and into California. I tried to cancel the order and they declined and sent me an email claiming it was legitimately made in Sedona. This product never got anywhere near Sedona. Don’t spend your money with these people. Their website info isn’t true.

Do not buy these products! There is nothing handmade about them. My ‘handmade’ bracelet is obviously made by a machine. Waste of money and false advertising!

This is one of those purchases that quietly becomes a favorite. Nothing dramatic. Just consistently enjoyable to wear.

Buyer beware! I ordered from this person and my bracelet arrived damaged. I notified them thinking they would replace it and they want MORE money to do so without any guarantee that the next one wouldn’t be damaged. Their other offer was to refund 10% and I get to keep the unusable bracelet ( and also pay for 90%). How either of these is acceptable solutions I do not know but I will NEVER order from them or recommend them again. Awful customer service!

They don’t even deserve a 1 star. They represent themselves as an American company and product are handmade here in the states when in fact it’s Hong Kong and likely mass produced with little copper in the bracelets and they do not honor their return policy. They offer 10% back if your purchase or you can buy another bracelet and they will give you a discount. They are a scam!

Thought I was supporting a local Sedona artist. Turns out the website uses a stock photo, no Vera, and jewelry is mass produced and shipped from Hong Kong. Scam! Buyer beware!

I ordered 2 bracelets 15 days ago and their tracking info hasnt changed a bit, basically shows it coming from Hong Kong!.made in the USA is a lie, everything they've told me so far has been a lie, it does not provide any actual tracking info at all..probably be some foreign junk when I do get them. Save yourself a headache and dont order them!

A really beautiful solid copper, hand 'tooled' - man's copper bracelet.
I had initially written a negative review and I am now editing this review.
As the bracelet came with no instructions, it was initially difficult to work out how to shorten it and also to locate the clasp, which a number of web sites claimed was not included.
I have since worked out how to locate and operate the clasp. I have offered the manufacturer to design a simple instruction document at no charge. I do this because the beautiful product warrants satisfied customers.
It truly is a beautiful and well crafted product.

I ordered several bracelets thinking they were coming from Sedona. It’s now been almost a month and I still haven’t received. They are being shipped from China. The tracking number is a joke and customer service is nonexistent. A real scam. Why is something made in Sedona coming from China and taking a month!

I ordered a bracelet because I wanted to try copper for my joints and it said they are handmade in Sedona. Eight days ago I got an email that my bracelet is on the way. I just checked the tracking and it’s in China. So I guess they’re not handmade in Sedona. No response from the company.

I fell for the touching internet ad but this company is a
SCAM! My order took over three weeks to arrive even though we live less than an hour from Sedona,They never provided a tracking number that worked, they sent a different item not the item I ordered and even though this is their fault they won’t pay the return postage. Their stories from Customer Service constantly change as to what they can do and offer, etc. BEWARE! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

This is a scam. Product advertised from the US in Arizona but ships from China. I’ve messaged chat and email and get no response. Do not buy from this company. Huge scam!

I noticed I was sleeping more comfortably after about ten days of wearing it. Could be coincidence but it was enough for me to keep wearing it. Either way I love how it looks.
