I will never order from this company again and I will advise other people not to as well. I ordered and paid on July 30 of this year and still have not received my order. This company just rips people of. I am going out my opinion all over the internet

For one thing, they listen. I had a complaint. I sent an email. They fixed it within hours. This doesn't have the drag of a cigarette but honestly after using it for a few hours, they started to taste not so good anymore and I was craving my Clenzy. I truly think more people should try it and I plan to spread the word anywhere I go and to anyone talks about quitting.

After deciding it's time to quit smoking not only from my health but because for $10 a pack it's just ridiculously expensive. I had seen clenzy on Facebook and on YouTube and decided to give it a try. I ordered the five pack starter kit with five different flavors no nicotine which is great and it arrived pretty quickly. I was hoping for an extremely positive exper ience but unfortunately some of my I call them e-cigarettes but they're not e-cigarettes or defective and did not work. I was very disappointed. I actually sent them a message on Facebook Messenger and a customer service rep named James answered me tell me they would handle it and told me that they were issuing me a refund. I really wasn't looking for a refund I was looking for a replacement but I will purchase in the future. Then he told me to write this review and I will be rewarded with a free product not sure what product I'll get but their customer service is amazing and fast and they do everything in their power to help the customer. The product that was not defective works well it's great and like they say the ritual of smoking is there except for liking the cigarette but I can do without that and I think there's definitely I will quit this time. I did quit once for 22 years but then I started again and like I said for my health and to save money this is the way to go. I have not yet smoked a real cigarette since getting this product

I received my fist order a couple weeks ago. Very satisfied so far. I have cut cigarettes by half after being a smoker since 1968. Especially pleased during a recent 4 hour road trip. Only had 3 cigarettes the entire trip. I keep one in car, one by computer one In each bathroom a day and o e where I watch TV. Very hopeful I will be cigarette free shortly. When you get your order remember to remove small plastic cap on ea h end of each cigarette. It is easy to miss. I gave one to my niece tonight to try. She wants to quit smoking too. Cost of Clenzy may seem high but each lasts a very long time. Have not depleted one yet so much more cost effective than regular cigarettes.
