Eddie promptly provided a choice of water company for us to consider changing to and explained the various payment options each offered. Once we decided, Eddie (and Clearsight) arranged everything and made the change so easy. This is the first time we have dealt with Clearsight but based on that we would happily use them again in the future.

We set-up a contract with Water Plus through a broker called Clearsight 18 months ago, and the contract was sighed making it legally binding. However, from the off we were being charged more per unit than was in the contract. Having sent numerous correspondence they will not refund us a measly £135 (we spend approximately £400/ month with them!).

Shocking support, service and a blatant disregard for contract law...

We are now seeking advice on how to proceed elsewhere!
