Very Helpful
I never had to deal with overseas purchases before, therefore doing so with a purchase from China was quite the experience. I haven't received my shipment as yet but found Clearit USA to be very helpful with this effort.

I don't even know where to start
I don't even know where to start. How absolutely horrible these FREAKING MORONS are. Who should be allowed to call themself anywhere near a custom broker. I'm unsure how to explain. 40+ reaches calls and emails everything. And not one time customer service by anyone. It beyond awful!
I still have not got my shipment yet and its been months and months. They left me to figure out the paperwork all on my own, with absolutely zero assistance for anything at all. It's utterly disgraful they call themselfs a company. I'm telling you. Take this review more serious than you are right now. Unless you want seriously a true nightmere and lots of money out and nothing to see for it! Please beware. DOP NOT USE THESE CUSTOMER BROKERS. OR WHATEVER THEY DONT DO. CERTAINLY ARE NOT CUSTOM BROKERS!

As per our communications, Clearit cannot transmit your customs entry without prior payment. You have received numerous requests by phone and email however the invoice remains unpaid. Rather than responding accordingly, you have attempted to create alternate accounts to submit the same shipment for release.

I was new to this. They helped me at every turn. I am now on my second import and Clearit USA is the only broker I use and trust.

I can see there was some back and forth regarding the invoice you provided however, as a customs broker it is our job to ensure the documents you provide are compliant and we asked for revisions to be made. Regarding support, we apologize for lack of phone service as we are a digital service company and can provide optimal support through our portal which you received with the longest wait time between responses of 14 minutes.

Was many disconnects in the food chain due to more hearing than listening, in addition lack of communication causing inefficient execution.

Very Smooth importation clearance Process
I recently worked with ClearIT USA as my customs broker to import products to the USA, and I was thoroughly impressed with their services. Their thoroughness in the importation process was exceptional, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation were completed accurately and efficiently.
ClearIT USA's effectiveness and efficiency were remarkable, expediting the customs clearance process and ensuring that my products were processed in a timely manner. Their great communication skills were also evident, providing regular updates and promptly responding to my queries.
Although their internal chat facility was inactive for months, which proved inconvenient for follow-ups, their excellent guidance and expertise in the importation process more than made up for it. Overall, I highly recommend ClearIT USA as a reliable and efficient customs broker.

First time import from China
First time import from China: we picked clearitusa :
The downloading of documents only partially works if one page.Communications from their side typically took 24 hours.They kept asking for silly stuff ,which eventually stayed unanswered and went through without problems.Zero explanations or personal contact made the process extremely painful.
Ended up paying storage fees due to their slow motion and lack of guidance.
Please look up references before picking a customs broker.

Also, once I did give all the information that was needed, I tried to contact your company twice to find if the item had actually shipped, but no one would answer my questions. I’m still not clear if the item is on its way or not & I’m just hoping that no news is good news…….-
