The Online set up was good. It was the first time I used a custom broker for a shipment out of Canada. The only problem was not a lot information about Getting a PAPS Number for BOL and when we were all set up to move freight the online Email It said Your ready to ship.
Did not say go to the Canada Shipping Company to contact Clearit to get forms moving.

Fast, easy, and loved the price.

This was the first time I passed a shipment through US customs. Clearit helped me step by step to make it through. It was very important that aside from the great and easy to use system, I was be able to have a person responding to my every question clearly an expeditiously. They reviewed every document and requested the changes needed for them to comply with US Customs, and kept me informed all the time.

Horrible company. If you enjoy being ignored and having none of your questions answered, pick Clear It USA. My broker ended up ghosting me on a time sensitive shipment. Response times in general are very slow. They ask for additional info that's already provided within the documents submitted. They don't seem to have any idea what they're doing.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. As a first time cross boarder shipper, that was key. What could have been improved was the sharing documentation with me, as all I got was an invoice that said everything was fine. Actually seeing the documents that were sent to customs and the trucking company would have gave me more confidence in the process.

I finally received my excavator. You helped a lot with payments. But you need to be more specific as to what you need when asking for additional information. Outside of that you were helpful.

Terrible communication. Issue after issue causing me to have to open multiple accounts. I asked repeatedly to talk to a live person and couldn’t even get anyone to call me. I received an email saying my shipment had been released and my forwarder is showing it hasn’t. I am accumulating fees. Your response is BS. I just uploaded screenshots from today after your responses SHOWING IT IS NOT RELEASED AND STILL ON HOLD. The only thing you are quick to respond to is reviews -- certainly not shipments

Quick reply to documents being received. Comfort knowing documents were received

I have been using Clear It for my cross border brokerage for the past few years. Excellent online service. So simple, easy and quick.

Responsive most of the times. Sometimes may have to follow up few times to get a response.
Without an option to reach your agent on phone, it gets nail biting if you agent will respond on time or not on text.

I thought this company would be easy to work with since they are recommended by Freightos.com when using that site. But instead I was asked to submit massive amounts of duplicative paperwork and finally told them I'd get another broker and weeks later I'm still fighting fees they've charged me.

Unprofessional and inefficient. I provided documents to this company and they repeatedly asked me to provide information clearly stated in those documents. I provided the information and an agent somehow cleared all of my tickets.

After resubmitting all the information- they still failed to file the documents on time. I strongly recommend using a different provider.

It was kinda of a process and cost the same as if I’d used a live broker. I ended up doing most of the running around to collect documents with this too. But it got the job done… probably a good emergency choice.

This is a totally professional operation with excellent online tools. I am grateful for the transparency and fair pricing.

Clearit made the process of moving our shipment through Customs extremely easy. This is important when you're new to international shipping! I'll definitely be using this service again in the future.

My experience is good. But your company need more quick connect with customers and more prompts reply.

Took a second to figure out website but communication was great via chat/ email. Very responsive and helpful. I will use you again.

I got charge without my consent and even for no work at all

It’s completely not true what are you saying and I have all the emails between us! And I clearly said I will think about it and let you know! I didn’t agree to file ISF
So please don’t change the reality and turn around!
And after along convo with you guys you accepted to refund me!
