I used Citi Clean for my move out flat…
I used Citi Clean for my move out flat cleaning and the level of service I received was outstanding. They were on time early in the morning, and picked up the keys from the agency so, I didn't have to be at the property very early in the morning. In particular, their employee George, did an amazing job. He was very meticulous, with attention to detail and he managed to to clean some very difficult stains (e.g. in the carpet and inside the oven) which we had tried unsuccessfully several times to clean them. The most important, George did all this with almost no guidance from me as to what he needed to pay attention to. Citi Clean, highly recommended, and in particular, George.

Would you ever book a company that…
Would you ever book a company that blocks your telephone numbers? Following to the horrible service provided and the literal destruction of the whole house carpet, I have left a bad review, I have tried numerous time to contact the company as suggested. They have blocked my two mobile phone numbers!! Can you even imagine how unprofessional this is ? I then sent numerous amount of emails but never got an answer, it has been almost a week!! Do we need to go to court to sort this out citi clean ?

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the cleaning experience you had with us. I have now had a chance to investigate your experience and the review you have left us on trustpilot. You booked and end of tenancy cleaning with carpet shampoo. The feedback I received from our team: This flat was not prepared for an end of tenancy cleaning. The move out had not actually occurred such that the flat was over loaded with your personal belongings, making it difficult for our team to clean. The beds, sofas and furniture were loaded with items making them extremely heavy to move for cleaning. We have photos sent from our team to prove that the property was full of personal belongings. The flat was loaded with suitcases and boxes making it almost impossible for the staff to clean. A team of 2 members were deployed for this job however we are not movers and our team is not responsible for moving your personal belongings. I understand that some areas of the flat were not cleaned thoroughly and the staff had fed back due to having to move around loaded heavy furniture as the flat was not empty they had overstayed as it is. It is very difficult for cleaning staff to clean a flat which is overloaded with suitcases, furniture, personal belongings, boxes, animals that will be removed and hence not a part of the actual clean. All our carpet cleaning technicians are fully trained with NCCA (National Carpet Cleaners Association) and have extensive knowledge and expertise of cleaning carpets. However, as mentioned above if you haven’t moved out the property and you continue to walk with your shoes on the carpet after its being cleaned this may result in building up dirt. Further it’s difficult to communicate with you since you are using abusive language and F words. Please call our team and I’m sure we can find a solution to rectify any outstanding issues.
Absolutely dreadful - avoid
I cannot begin to emphasise how disappointed I am with this company. We had used them previously without issue on another property and employed them to undertake a clean of a flat where the vacating tenant had cleaned and tidied but not thoroughly. As we were unable to attend it was unsupervised and paid for in advance. The booking process was exemplary. I had asked for some specific items to be cleaned such as light fittings and dado rails and suggested the hob was left as it was to be replaced. When I attended the property, it was clear that most areas had not been touched and NONE of the areas requested showed any sign of having been cleaned. The cleaning was booked to include interior windows which were filthy and had not been touched. This meant I had to arrange another clean quickly following the new tenants moving in at greater expense and stress. I reported my disappointment to the company who were not interested in the slightest. I am not minded usually to provide negative feedback, but the fact that I paid in good faith up front and that the company would not acknowledge that the work was unsatisfactory despite photographic evidence. I would advise anyone to avoid at all cost.
