I honestly would give this company zero stars but giving one star so can post this review. This company is a scam and take your money upfront for not cleaning your property. Please avoid using this company as they entice you by saying it is cheap but there is no point when they are not cleaning. I had asked for a pre tenancy clean and well lets just say it was not. There was hair debris, dust, kitchen not clean etc. I emailed about this but got no response. When I chased them after two weeks they said we had not seen any email and said I was being rude. I said I have proof as a third party company took an inventory however they said they wanted pictures of hair etc as they did not believe it. When I said I can forward them the inventory they said no have to have pictures of the hair. Furthermore I said what can be done and asked for a partial refund so he got angry and hung up on me. Now they do not even answer my phone. Most companies say they will come back to clean but they said now that the tenant has moved in that nothing can be done. They even state on their site a 72 hour guarantee so I am baffled.

Normally I do not like to leave negative feedback but their attitude was really bad and to not take responsibility for not meeting professional cleaning standards. I would say NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

As a landlady arranging a post tenancy clean, I cannot fault the Office staff who were responsive and professional but the actual cleaning service failed to deliver. CitiClean offers a free clean within 72 hours if a complaint is made. My property manager inspected post-clean and advised me to request this. There was a particular problem spot - the rim of the washing machine had not been wiped and was full of water. The second time, this was resolved, along with the other problem areas spotted: mostly surfaces needed to be wiped down. However at the new tenancy check in, the agent pointed out numerous places where cleaning had been overlooked, eg behind the sofa. I was sent a photo of a pile of debris/lint/dust here. In the end I had to agree to bring another company in to do a 'top up clean' as CitiClean's post tenancy cleaning service failed to come up to the professional cleaning standards required.

I have used this company for a small flat to include rug cleaning. From the initial call to book me in to the end result I was very satisfied. I was squeezed in as my call was last minute, the cleaner was very polite (a little late but it was central London) did a great job and the office later answered my email for a receipt within a few minutes.

I was not happy with the carpet clean and in fact questioned if it was done at all. Citi clean hung up on me and will now not take my calls so we resolve it. All I ask is a call back so we sort this out.

Yes he turned up with a machine but I left to let them get on with it. At no point was I told the carpet would be cleaned and dry within 2 hours and also at no point was I told it would be done before the flat was professionally cleaned. How could cleaners clean and dust if carpets were wet. It took me making a bad review for you to reply. You had my number and could had called me to resolve it. I WILL NOT BE USING YOU OR RECOMMENDING YOU AGAIN
To get to the 2 bathrooms and kitchen they would have had to wait 2 hours for the carpets to dry as access to all those areas is via carpeted areas. Leaving an hour to throughly clean 2 bathrooms and a kitchen including all appliances. Don’t bother trying to reply as I still do not believe it was done properly. If you want to discuss then call me back you have my number. On the day and the following day you put the phone down on me and then would not take my calls.

Brilliant service - quick and efficient. The studio apartment was well-cleaned within a prompt time.

These guys are truly amazing! I had another cleaning company just not turn up, so I rang Citi Clean frantically to find someone before my rental check out the next day. Their customer service team was so friendly and helpful and they managed to get me a cleaner for an end of tenancy clean in 3 hours to replace the company that didn't turn up. Not only that, but the cleaner that came to clean my place was so lovely and they sent me photos afterwards so I didn't need to return to the property. They do a great job, they also made my life so easy with such great customer service. I wish I had booked with them in the first place.

Stay away! Not a thorough job. Not spotless as promised. Called to complain the man started shouting at me abusively on the phone and hung up. Not picking up or responding to emails.

Punctual and efficient. Anna cane on time and did a great job in less time than I expected. I checked the quality of her work and everything was very clean. Highly recomendable!

I am currently mid-dispute with this company after I’d noticed some minor damage. I was sure it was an honest mistake and wasn’t prepared to start WW3. However, the manager was then completely rude and began blaming ME for noticing it too late! The cleaners then went back on their story after already confessing to have broken something but failed to report it. Their so called before-and-after pictures suddenly don’t exist??
I wasn’t bothered the cleaners turned up an hour late, I wasn’t bothered the “deep clean” was mediocre. But the way I’ve just been spoken to and LIED to, is a joke!!
I probably won’t even get my money back.
