Excellent end of tenancy clean – deposit returned with no issues
I booked Brilliant Cleaner for an end of tenancy clean and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The booking process was easy, communication was quick, and the team arrived exactly when promised.
The cleaners were friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. The oven, bathroom, kitchen cupboards, skirting boards, and carpets all looked amazing once they finished. The flat genuinely looked better than when I moved in.
What I liked most was that it felt like they really understood what letting agents and landlords expect during checkout inspections. Everything was left spotless and well presented, and I had no issues getting my deposit back.
Very reliable service, fair pricing, and excellent results. I would definitely use Brilliant Cleaner again and highly recommend them to anyone needing end of tenancy or deep cleaning in London.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company.

On the day of the booking, one of the cleaners did not attend due to an internal issue, which meant the full service I had booked could not be completed. While I understand that emergencies happen, this was entirely outside of my control.

Initially, I was offered a refund if I chose to cancel, which I appreciated. However, this offer was later withdrawn after I allowed the cleaner who did attend to stay and complete part of the job.

The service provided was not what was originally agreed, yet a refund was refused. This felt inconsistent and unfair, especially as the situation was caused by their own staffing issue.

Although they waived a small remaining charge, this does not change the fact that the agreed service was not delivered in full and the initial refund offer was not honoured.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend their services

She’s an asset to your company. Very respectful, pleasant, efficient and hard working. Please could you send her again! She did an amazing job, in just three hours. The place looked so fresh and clean. I also like your booking system it’s so straightforward and no hidden costs. You’d be surprised at the amount of faff and hidden costs some other cleaning companies have. Simple and straightforward and an easily navigable website and responsive, pleasant email communication and customer service is what drew me to your company. I look forward to continuing to use your cleaning service.

Brilliant service polite and pro

I booked a deep cleaning service for my living room + kitchen, two bathrooms, and windows. The company sent two cleaners for 4 hours. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.

They arrived late, left early, and one cleaner spent nearly two hours sitting on my balcony. When she finally cleaned the windows, they were left badly smeared.

The overall quality of cleaning was unacceptable. The carpets weren’t moved, trash was left underneath, dust and hairs remained on shelves, toilets were dirty, and the sofa was untouched with pillows left in a mess. The sink had smears, rubbish bins were left unemptied, and the wooden floor now has scratches from an attempt to remove a stain.

To make matters worse, the company wouldn’t pick up my calls. They initially promised to send cleaners to re-do the job, but later canceled, citing a staff shortage. Since then, I’ve been ignored for hours with no response to my messages.

I genuinely cannot understand how they thought this level of service was acceptable. Honestly, you’d be better off cleaning your home yourself than using this company.

I have regular cleaning with brilliant cleaner and always on time and good service.
