These products are not only safer for the environment but they work very well for all my needs. The garbage bags are very roomy and fit easily in my container. And the food storage bags come in many sizes. I feel much better using biodegradable storage that will not pile up in the landfill! Thanks, Cleanomic!

I'm dumbfounded how this company operates. I bought some of their items back in February 2026. When the items arrived, I realized they had it on a recurring subscription basis. I wrote in to cancel the subscription. I got the following answer: "Thank you for reaching out! We’re sorry for any issues you’ve experienced with your subscription so far.

We’ve paused your subscription for now. To help us process it correctly, please confirm what you would like to do:
Change the subscription frequency (e.g., every 180 days).
Pause for a specific period — please let us know the date you’d like it to resume.
Cancel the subscription — please note that canceled subscriptions cannot be reactivated, and any discounted pricing would be lost.
Once we hear back from you, we can update your subscription according to your preference."

I probably got distracted at that moment and didn't reply right away. I remember having gone to my account later on and saw that I didn't have a subscription on, so I totally forgot about Cleanomic. This past August, I had the surprise to be billed for something that I had not ordered. I went back into the account, I didn't see a subscription there but an order which I had never made. I wrote in to cancel the order and have a refund. They had already shipped one part of the order and the other was not yet shipped. I told them to not ship it and refund me the whole thing and that I would send back what they have sent me (I'm abroad right now and physically, I cannot deal with it). Today I got a message that my order was refunded for $21.44 when I got debited $128.49 for the whole order , given that this is the amount of the item that had not yet shipped when I contacted them. Now, I'm receiving a text that my order has shipped on September 10 when my request to have this cancelled and refunded came on August 24.

All in all, I think the company uses techniques to avoid cancelling subscriptions and forces orders out not made by the customer. Very disappointed how a green company would act.

I don't know how people have a good experience with this, I have lost a lot of bags because in the attempt to open them, they have torn. I just had some raw meat thaw and leak, and I went to get a couple of gallon size zip bags and I could not open them without tearing them and one of them I couldn't get unzipped at all! I bought them some years ago and after they built up and I was having trouble opening many of them, I figured they could just be one use bags for the ones that I do manage to unzip. I don't know if your bags have a shelf life of their own, but it seems I can't even open one of your zip bags right out of the box without it tearing. When I sought customer service, I got none. I regret ever having an auto-ship of this! If I could post the pictures of the bags I failed to open by the zipper, I would! I've never resented losing money this much in my life, and I've lost somebody in my time!

This company is a scam, Their ordering process doesn't tell you what you have spent until you enter your credit card, I was charged $109 and received two small boxes of product that won't last me a month. I attempted a return, immediately upon delivery, and they dragged their feet for 4+ weeks until my time had run out, and now will not respond to my emails.

I found after ordering the Cleanomic products they were more than I expected in terms of quality, usefulness and feel. The trash and storage bags are durable. I hand wash and reuse the storage bags and use them in the freezer for short times. For me, I really like the way they feel to the touch. It doesn’t feel anything like plastic.

So my story goes back to Sandwich bags and trash bags. I’ve never liked them. I used brown paper bags for years and did recycling so I would never have to use a plastic garbage bag so when I saw these that they were biodegradable, I got a supply then I heard about the dishwasher tablets and I ordered four boxes but then somehow for more boxes came with this company made it right and gave me a discount .

So far the bags I bought have performed well. The garbage bags are strong and hold what I put in them without leaking. Same with the other bag. The real test will be when they go to the landfill and hopefully degrade quickly without harming the environment.

I saw an advertisement on the internet and thought I would try their product. I am always trying to do my part to minimize the plastic footprint that is everywhere, I ordered two boxes of the CLEANOMIC bags. When I received them I was soooo impressed with the quality of their kitchen selection of bags. The bags were very sturdy and they are biodegradable. I am sold on their product and will continue to use and purchase the Cleanomc bags again and again.

I ordered the bag selection with free garbage bags for life. I love the bags feel, durability and that they are compostable. The only negative is that they are not transparent so just need to mark it with what's inside if needed. Jury is still out on it being cost effective.
Delivery was within 2 weeks. Now I found that I could have tried them for much less on Amazon of course w/o garbage bags for life. The other thing is when I log into Cleanomic website I do not see my subscription.

I've been using the product and the quality seems good. but the company signed me up for automatic
Payments and shipments, which I did not choose. i've had to spend an enormous amount of time trying to cancel and return the items they sent. then, they told me I had to pay for shipping the return. i told them I refused to do that and that I was just going to put return to sender. it turns out their customer service was just AI, which is why the second I got a charge on my credit card and contacted them that I did not want anything shipped. The whole process went ahead anyway. very shady.

I absolutely love these products. I am all in for saving our earth. I have 6 grandkids and I want them to have the same experiences I had growing up; these products fulfill that need. Whether it's the trash bags or the kitchen wash cloths, everything works for a better world. And the customer service is great. I had to cancel my subscription for financial reasons, but we missed the last shipment. Instead of asking me to send it back, they gave me a discount on my order. As soon as I am back on my feet, I will be renewing it.

i needed trash bags so the offer was perfect timing. also it has 2 of each of the other sizes which i was able to share with my family and we can all be earth friendly.

I love, love the products. I also feel like I am contributing to saving the environment. I have 4 grandchildren and want them to have a bright and clean future!

Although I am only in my first month of using the Cleanonmic baggies and trash bags, I could not be more pleased. These baggies work as well as the the plastic ones with the ecological benefits, and, along with the trash bags, are just as strong and durable as plastic. I suggest giving them a try. You will not be disappointed.

I love the product! I was surprised by the quality of the compostable bags. I expected a flimsier quality but was nicely surprised by the durability. The bundle covers all the different sizes one needs and I appreciated the ability to choose my frequency of receiving future shipments. Highly recommend!

Communication with this company has been great. They delivered the bags as promised, and the quality is wonderful.

Do not order from them! They continually send you items you did not order saying you have a subscription when you do not! Then refusing to give you a refund!

Simple, clear, and a product that I wanted. I have been looking for an alternative to plastic bags.

These bags are excellent. I have every size and everyone is great. The garbage bags are strong & hold a ton of Garbage. The ziplock gallon bag work great in the fridge or freezer.
The biggest plus is they are environmentally safe.
