Accuracy of delivery! Although I will say it took months to get this delivery, I will also say, it is better to receive a delivery with the accurate products orders, than receive a quick delivery with the wrong ones! Thank you!

I love the fact that the bags are biodegradable. I love the color green ha ha ha.
Easy to order, delivery was quick, payment was easy!

I wish that I had read the previous reviews before ordering. I kept seeing the ads via Instagram and other social media sites. After seeing these for a couple of years and taking the quiz only to learn it's a subscription situation, I finally bit the bullet and ordered April 6, 2026. They were offering the free kitchen bags for life. On April 25, I still had not received the order and emailed to say it had not arrived and to request a refund and cancellation. A "Jay" emailed back offering me a 30% discount if I kept the order. I agreed and canceled the subscription. I woke up on July 5, 2026, to an email saying I was being charged $106 for a subscription I CANCELED. I emailed, and I believe I have been going back and forth with an AI bot asking me questions. I asked for a refund and to cancel AGAIN. This is fraud. I posted a comment on an ad I saw for people to avoid the company. I can't dispute the charge with my credit card company, but will be ASAP. Horrible. (And when they resent the order I agreed to take at a discount, there were no trash bags. Go figure.)

While the products are awesome, doing business with this company isn't worth it.

I placed my original order in April and didn't received anything until June 1. I had forgotten about the order at all.

When the order came through with absolutely no email stating that it was coming, I logged in and canceled any subscription, payment info etc. to ensure nothing else would be charged.

Another payment came through three weeks later without my authorization. (No email notification and I had already canceled everything so why did that happen?) Once again I logged into my account and there was no subscription info and no payment info. So somehow they stole the info and committed fraud.

I tried to get the company to reverse the charge and cancel and they kept offering me a 10%, 20%, etc. refund for me to keep it until I stopped it all by reporting it as fraud to my bank.

When I told the CSR I had done that they THEN offered me a 50% refund to keep the product. Talk about tone deaf.

I finally sent an ALL CAPS EMAIL THAT SAID: NO. IVE ALREADY REPORTED IT AS FRAUD.

Then and ONLY then was I told I would get a full refund.

Ridiculous.

I see that they responded below. That response is exactly what they sent me via email and it took five emails from me to get them to refund my money. Just don't do business with them!

I did send an email with TRUSTPILOT in the subject line on July 1. Today is July 6. I have not had a reply to that email. Original review:
This company is deceitful. I recommend that you don't use them. I placed an order in January 2026. In April I received an email that my subscription order, which I never asked for was being shipped. I called and told the agent that I don't have a subscription and that I don't want any Cleanomic supplies. I was told to cancel my subscription online. My online account said I don't have a subscription. Calling, again, the agent canceled "my subscription ". I received a shipment in July and was charged for a subscription order. I contested the charge with my credit card company and canceled my credit card so Cleanomic couldn't charge me any more. I received a text yesterday from Cleanomic thanking me for "the order I placed a few days ago". I had not placed an order. When I called Cleanomic about this recent "order" the agent said there was no order placed.

Cleanomic's laundry detergent sheets clean as well as Tide Unscented Pods, but the sheets stick together making measuring usage difficult. I have tried to cancel my subscription, but the only response I get is continued shipments and bills. I haven't given up yet, but I figure you deserve to know this before you start your journey.

Update: PayPal reversed this charge and gave me full reimbursement.

I've been using the products for long time and I couldn't make a better option.

Cleanomic sheets are magnificent. No more lugging jugs of detergent from the store, no more throwing empties into the recycling, no measuring! I never thought I'd be getting my laundry detergent in the mail.

This is utter junk and the customer service is non-existent/probably just some drop shippers. I would never ever recommend anyone buy from this company.

Will not use because -
I was signed up for recurring shipments (I didn't see nay other way on the website). I don't use that many bags so this was a bad choice for me but I thought "I'll cancel it". But I didn't do that in time before the next shipment was ordered (missed seeing the email). Meanwhile this big box of bags came but I hadn't finished using the bags I had, so I didn't start using them for awhile. Couldn't stop the new shipment, but they did offer me half price on the 2nd shipment rather than me paying postage to send it back. Still cost me extra but I appreciated the offer because I hate sending things back.

Was dismayed to find out the storage bags are opaque so you can't see what you put in it or the condition of it. They should have shown this on the website. This is really impractical - even if you label the bag and put a date, these tend to get lost in the fridge until contents is unusable. I am not that organized.

The first time I pulled out a trash bag, before I even got it to the cannister, it split along the side seam. I tend to fill trash bags to the brim, and nothing is worse than a trash bag that breaks when carrying the garbage out to the curby. Can't trust them.

So I have 2 big boxes of bags I will probably never use, except for special needs (I might use the trash can bags for pizza boxes in the fridge, for example). I appreciate what this company is trying to do, but am wondering if there are better alternatives.

The bags are not easily compostable. They must go to a facility that specializes in doing that. This was not clear when I purchased the bags. They are also difficult to seal. They are very expensive. I do not recommend them.

These Cleanomic bags are well made and the best because they compostable. Too much plastic that does not compost in our world and hurts our environment and the animals. So I now use Cleanomic bags, that come in all the sizes I use.

The paper towel replacements are terrible. After first use get hard and lumpy. Try cleaning up a spill with THAT

This has been one of those frustrating companies to work with I placed an order back on 4/22/26 now it's 6/3/26 and still no bags called back in may and was offered 10% off once the order shipped which hasn't happened. Spoke to a rep tonight and left her in on what I think about their shady business dealings.

Received order on time, looks like will be a great product to use!

I received my order in a timely manner. The bags are well made and have a good thickness. They are not flimsy at all. The zip on the storage bags is easy to close and has a good seal. the trash bags are sturdy as well!

While I like the product, my order today arrived with expired dates of 1/2025 on both boxes of the Color Shields. This is not acceptable considering the cost. Therefore I doubt I will order from them again.

I placed an order several months ago - for trash bags, gallon, quart and sandwich size ziplock bags .:…what I got was not what I ordered then upon further reading on the boxes the bags are in it says to take bags to compost bin - I live in rural America - we have landfill/dump no compost bins available. Love the idea behind all the bags but every trash bag I’ve used so far has leaked terribly. I started doubling bags to help prevent a mess and you do have to use their bags within 6 months of purchase. I would never buy these bags ( any of them ) again and trusted Il

Because I care of our environment, toxic chemicals are polluting our earth by big companies nationally. I choose natural resources. I add my support by switching with Cleanomic products. So, my older Sister and I switched. "WE are making a difference!"

I’m so happy with all of my cleanomic products! The cleaning tablets are sized and shaped to fit perfectly into spray bottles, the smell is light and fresh, and it works like a charm on all of my surfaces! The biodegradable packaging for everything makes me happy along with the environment 😊
The trash bags and all of the ziplock bags are sturdy with strong zippers and handles…None of it is flimsy or cheap ! I couldn’t be happier with this quality company offering green products to reduce plastic consumption for us and our planet !
