This is a not a company to be trusted. The item received, although nice, was not as the picture on the website and certainly not worth what I paid for it. Im not sending it back as I'd have to pay postage to China!

Got scammed by good marketing! They toom ages to arrive and when they didthey are veey poorly sewn handmade garments. The material is super thin and the stiching is very wonky. These are definitely not from the Uk and I am a bit miffed I fell for their marketing ploys! Quality is really not greaf and they are really overzied too.

Really like the Lila casual blouse, it's comfortable and easy to wear. I did expect the fabric to be slightly thicker, but it still feels good overall. Delivery was smooth.

Finally received my dungarees today after waiting nearly 3 weeks.
Cheap polyester material, definitely not worth £34.95 and not as advertised.
The exact same item is currently on Temu for £11.97. Total rip off! Do not buy from this company.

The quality is abysmal. They say they’re a family run business in London. The clothes are 95% polyester and 5% spandex made in china. Fit is horrible and I’m so upset. Temu would have been better quality and a fraction of the price. I read the reviews after I placed the order and emailed asking the to cancel my order. But because it was over an hour since I ordered they wouldn’t let me cancel. Still took them 6 weeks to arrive.

I’m just so angry that I’ve bought something that is clearly made by children in factories.

Very poor. Didn’t receive acknowledgement of order or order number. Received email saying order processing but again no order number. Received email saying experiencing a delay and then nothing!

Terrible experience, delivery took ages,definitely not from the UK, constant getting emails shoes were delayed. Arrived in bubble wrapping in a bag, not a box,extremely cheap shoes, had way better for less money. Definitely don't waste your money or time ordering!

Took ages to arrive.
Quality was beyond poor. So so cheap!

Website said they accepted returns so I took a gamble.
When I requested a return, I’ve been told it’ll cost too much to return (presumably because they’re in China or similar) so they’ll give me 100% store credit instead.

Now I have to choose another cheap feeling, bad quality item to replace my previous one.

The best thing about Clare and Kate is that the item arrived. The product itself looks horrendous, so cheap, and the sizing is out. The item was supposedly reduced from over 100£, I paid 35£, but honestly, the item is probably worth at most, a fiver.
I really wish I had checked reviews as others have said, before purchasing. I was totally taken in by the Facebook advert, so only myself to blame....
I advise you avoid.
The advertising must be totally AI generated and as others have said false advertising/a scam.

The Elora knit blazer looks elegant and feels comfortable. I just expected it to be a bit heavier, but it still works well for layering. Ordering process was very smooth and simple 👍

The ZOILA maxi dress looks BEAUTIFUL and fits nicely, though it took a bit longer than expected to arrive. That said, tracking updates were consistent so I always knew where it was. Worth the wait in the end.

This website is a scam.

I've received numerous "confirmation"emails that are suspicious and an email saying there was a "delay" in shipment that came from a newsletter I didn't subscribe to. When I enquired further about my order and suggested in-person collection, I was told this was an online-only retailer, although they advertise a shopfront. I now understand the images used on social media and their website are AI-generated and that Clare & Kate London doesn't exist.

I doubt my order will arrive at all.

I put one star because there is not an option of zero. Terrible quality, cheap fabric, nothing to do with the picture of the item offered on the website. I have been trying to return it and the only thing I received is more emails offering me some kind of credit to spend on their website. After this experience I had no desire to be involved with them anymore. I will consider this website an SCAM.

If I could give a lower star rating I would. Shoes ordered are completely different on arrival. Fabric, Colour, shape, stitching detail. Absolutely disgusting quality. Have tried to get a full refund and they are simply refusing . They even made out they had these quality checked prior to delivery. At best they offered me a 40% refund!!! and they have the nerve to state that their customers are their top priority!! Outrageous. They will be reported for this. Save your money and go to a proper website

I purchased a pair of orthopaedic Mary Janes, but they do not resemble the photo at all. They are definitely not orthopaedic; they lack insoles and are not sturdy at all. In fact, the material, which feels like faux suede, is very thin. The overall quality is very poor, and the soles are made of cheap black foam. I regret so much not reading reviews before purchasing - as it is supposed to be a London-based family-owned shop, I trusted it - big mistake, that'll teach me!

Delivery was 3 weeks and I wasn't happy with the quality of the product - they weren't as described. Asked for a refund and was offered various options like a credit note or money off. Was not happy with these offers and persisted asking for a full refund which didn't involve me paying £25 to pay it back. I have now got a full refund and I didn't have to send the product back even though I won't be wearing them. If a product is not as described you are in your rights to get a full refund without paying any return costs.
