Ordered some pretty dungarees which were £34. Poor quality, didn't fit and absolutely no response after emailing 3 times. They say they respond to all emails in 24hrs what a joke. Wish I'd read the re views as wouldn't have ordered. Referral to trading standards now being made as they are ripping people off!

Different website name earlier on Facebook When jumpers arrived poor quality not at all as pictured Refunds were offered at 10% of cost price ?
When I insisted I was happy to pay to return goods for full refund suddenly no more correspondence & webpage disappeared.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought 3 dresses . They are not as in the advert poorly made and poor material and now I’m told it will be £25 per item to return them a complete joke !

Do not buy from here. I placed my order in April , as of May 21st , I still did not receive it. I asked for a refund several times and was not taken seriously. This website is a fake. There was no ‘closing down’ sale , and according to Google maps there is no physical address for this shop.

The item received was of such poor quality and finish, and most definitely for purpose. Communication with customer service was drawn out and frankly a joke. I would recommend others NOT to buy from them.

Absolute scam. Took 3 weeks to turn up and wasn't as advertised on the website. Cheap materials and completely unwearable. Clearly a drop shipping company importing cheap rubbish.

Bloody awful clothes not as described or pictured! Scam stay clear

Dreadful bag not like the picture shown on website this does not come from London it comes from abroad and takes weeks to arrive then the bag is nothing like quality or picture on website

Do not use this company - it’s a scam. The first clue is how long the items take to arrive.
The whole advertising is a lie and the quality of the clothes atrocious. The sizing is terrible and some are faulty on arrival.
They will not refund you for your returns. They will go out of their way to delay giving you any return address and if you try to return to London, they will then advise they DO NOT have a London based shop. Do not order from these people, save your money for something worth buying

I would strongly advise people to research this company carefully before ordering.

The website presents itself as a long-established London boutique selling luxury, high-quality fashion and handmade accessories. The advertising photos show elegant structured dresses and premium handcrafted bags.

However, what I received was completely different.

The items arrived vacuum packed in generic plastic packaging with no branded presentation, no proper garment labels, and extremely poor-quality materials and workmanship. The dresses looked nothing like the advertised products in terms of structure, fit, fabric, or finish. The bags had loose threads, poor stitching, uneven seams, and appeared cheaply mass-produced despite being marketed as “handmade.”

After raising my concerns and providing detailed comparison photographs, I was offered store credit and then a partial refund, but only if I either kept the items or paid international return shipping costs myself. At no point before purchase was it clearly stated that items were being shipped internationally or that returns would involve an overseas fulfilment hub.

I feel the advertising and overall presentation of the company were extremely misleading and I have now had to escalate the matter through my credit card provider.

Very disappointing experience overall.

Absolutely awful experience. The dress I bought didn't fit properly so wanted to return it. Only to be told it will cost me £25 to send it back. Feels incredibly misleading and unfair, they did say I could have a 100% instore credit, but what happens if I don't like that???
I would never have ordered it if this had been made clear in the first place. I have also seen exactly the same dress on 2 different web sites!!
My advice - save your money and shop somewhere with honest policies and a decent customer service

I saw this page on facebook & liked some dungarees and bought them £34. Only the delivery was very slow it took three weeks to come. When they did arrive they were not as described and they did not fit. I then emailed them several times to ask for a refund. My first response was we'll give you 100% store credit for something else & i can keep the item which i did not want so persisted. Then the next response was we're very sorry, how much you mean to us we can offer you 40% of the cost of the item (£14). I wanted a full refund, next response was similar only 50% with no details how to proceed for what i requested. Company is fake & i learned a lesson dont trust facebooks marketing

Scam website! Not London and shipped from china with poor quality items. Only way to return is post to china and have no confidence will get a refund so money down the drain!

Terrible quality, made in China and had the look and feel of a Shein product. I bought on sale (apparently/unsurprisingly a farewell sale) but would be absolutely appalled if I bought at full price of over £100.
Have requested a refund.

Awful. Avoid. The product bears absolutely no resemblance to the picture and the quality is awful, feels like it's going to fall apart. Bought the dungarees for my baby shower and what has arrived is un-wearable and extremely poor quality, basically see through and a different shape from the picture. Made in China and cheap. Have complained but judging by other reviews I'll struggle to get a refund.

Absolute scammers. Products are way below the standard described. The refund policy is not adhered to with a complete reluctance to provide a returns address or a refund. DO NOT purchase from this company

This item is advertised by Clare and Kate from London which is fake ! It can through customs ! Took over 3 weeks I have never seen anything so cheap and poor ….. it was suppose to be a size 14 it was a tablecloth size for a table of 20 ! The return address on the packaging is Edward ( doesn’t have a surname ) in a unit in feltham !!! It’s a scam should off checked reviews before buying lesson learnt !!! Do not buy !!!!

I fell for the flashy ad on Facebook and bought a dress for £39.95 which was supposedly reduced from £135.00. I never normally buy without reading reviews but did so on this occasion. I then read reviews and instantly regretted my decision. I steeled myself for a battle with this company over 1. unreceived goods or 2. poor quality.
Anticipating a non-delivery within 14 days of my order, I emailed them asking for a full refund. To be fair, I got a reply back within a day. OK, it was full of guff about how valuable I was to them; how busy they were and how my order would now be personally tracked (yeah, right). Didn't believe a word of it but had to see it through to the end of the 14 days in order to get a refund from my bank.
I was provided with a tracking link (for a company which also gets dodgy reviews on here) and again, to be fair, this showed that the package was making progress from China (albeit quite slow).
After 3/4 weeks, my item arrived and no one was more amazed than me. As others have said, the item is tightly folded into a small plastic bag and I was expecting the worst when I opened it. To my surprise, the dress is quite nice. OK, the quality is not 100% with a few loose threads here and there but overall, considering the reviews on here, I was pleasantly surprised. Maybe my expectations were that low. I don't believe for one minute that the dress was ever sold for £135.00 but don't really have a problem paying £40.
Have only given a 1 star review because of the wait; the nagging feeling one is being scammed and the fact that I think they are completely misrepresenting themselves online. Whilst it is not a scam per se (in that you do get the item you paid for), they are definitely not who they appear to be. I was lucky this time but certainly would not buy from them again or recommend them to anyone else!

The shop is not in the UK but in china. The quality of the item poor, not like the website version. Wish id checked Trustpilot before ordering
