Scam website - not based in UK and no physical shop. All based in China and quality of product poor. They wouldn't refund and I wasn't going to spend money sending somehting back - ended with credit voucher which I have yet to spend as I think it is all poor quality - rip off - avoid

Total scam website. Took 6 weeks for item to arrive and when it did, the item was completely the wrong size and different material. Email correspondence was long and total waffle, I was told I'd get a voucher refund but it never arrived. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT buy anything from this company!!! Ordered item, different item came, similar but poor quality, different pattern and colours. False advertisement!!! Emailed them, offered store credit which I explained I didn’t want! Eventually managed to negotiate a 60% refund which I accepted. Emailed but them to say processed. No refund ever received!! These people are con artists!! Awful experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered two dresses, they took 4 weeks to arrive. They are made of the cheapest rayon type material and look nothing like the website description (which I now notice does not specify any garment materials). I immediately tried to return the products but there is no returns information on their website. I emailed and now have four weeks of backwards and forwards of them offering me 100% “refund” contingent on buying other items on their website. I refused. Asked for return shipping details and then I was offered 30% cash back and the rest as discounts on their website. Refused again and again stated my rights for a full refund. Emails from them have stopped.
This company use the name Clare&Kate London on their website and social media but are not UK based and do not follow UK consumer rights laws.

Please do not order from this company which I believe is a scam company dealing with very cheap, poor quality products, from China I assume.
I ordered two pairs of dungarees which took over 3 weeks to arrive. They were not as described and I contacted the company, as advised by their website (which doesn’t seem to be running at the time of writing).
The good - they did initially respond to emails usually within 24 hours. This has now ceased.
The bad - a ridiculously lengthy exchange of emails where I was offered various discounts if I kept the goods. Being advised that it would cost me over £25 to return the items to an international address.
I stuck to my guns, and my legal right to seek a full refund. They eventually agreed to make a refund stating it would take 5-10 business days to go through the banking system.
I waited for the 10 days to expire - no refund received. Sent an email to find it bounced and the website has also been taken down I think.
I have now initiated chargeback through credit card company. Lesson learned? Don’t trust adverts on social media!

I bought a dungarees and it was awful quality. Nothing like the photo. I tried to return it and they wanted to charge me virtually as much as the item to return. I complained so they offered me a voucher to spend in their shop instead. All good in theory and very friendly email manner. Now we are weeks on and the voucher still doesn’t work and now their email address does not exist. Do not use this company!!!!

I received my order after waiting 3 weeks. The product wasn't made of the proper fabric and was a cheap looking replica. Totally disappointed with the dungarees. The refund / return has not been processed. After getting a couple of promising emails the communication has ceased. I still have the order & 30 day money guarantee is up tomorrow! Where does that leave me now? Even more disappointed!

Absolute scammers on every level - do not buy from them. Took nearly a month to arrive and when items arrived they were poor quality and not as described e.g. trousers described as linen blend were in fact labelled 100% polyester.

They tried the 100% store credit scam and when I pointed out they were in breach of the law for not providing goods as described, I spent days talking to an AI bot posing as 'Clare' batering about the amount of money they were prepared to pay me back. Finally got them to agree to repay the money owed. Now over a week later, no money repayed and their website and contact page are now unreachable and emails are bouncing back.

I can't give it zero, it's that bad. Clearly a fake, AI generated Chinese scam that sends out rubbish from abroad. Even the website no longer properly exists. Promised a full refund after refusing their scam store credit via AI generated emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THEY ARE A SCAM

This is a scam company. It isn't a London boutique. I had an item delivered and the size and quality was shocking. I asked for a refund and they dragged it out for weeks, telling me they would only refund £15 ( the item was£35) so I said no ...I'd like a full refund, then they offered a credit note. I refused and asked many times for a refund. They told me after weeks they would refund it all , I didn't receive anything back and when I asked them to confirm it had been refunded, they blocked my email addresse, so I tried from another email address and that bounced back too. These scum bags are being reported to police now and my bank is recovering the money.

I ordered a bag from clareandkate on 2 May 2026.
I received the wrong bag which was smaller than the one ordered and of very poor quality. So disappointing!
I emailed support@clareandkate with photographs of the incorrect bag sent. They offered me a credit against another item but repeatedly avoided my request for a full refund. My emails to them are now bouncing so I assume they have gone out of business. I have no refund and a bag of poor quality which I will never use .

This company is a total scam. Nothing to do with London and don't have an actual shop. Orders takes weeks then when they arrive they are cheap material and look nothing like the advertisement. You can't get a full refund (or any refund at all) and returns are back to China, surprise, surprise. Facebook obviously don't check out the ads they allow on their platform. And then they disappear as if they never existed.

If this could be Zero it would. SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The products I recieved (send from the Far East despite their quality and eco ‘credentials’) were awful, cheap and nothing like the advert. 2 months and dozens of emails later I was promised a 50% refund, rather than the alternative of returning for a full refund at exorbitant costs. No refund materialised & when I tried to chase all emails are now being returned as ‘undeliverable’ and all previous links no longer working.

Awful. AI and nothing is real. Shoes were awful and un wearable and too small and they refused a refund. Emails are now bouncing back and website is down. Do not buy. They are scammers.

I stupidly did the same thing and ordered 3 pairs of shoes, REALLY BAD quality sjocking infact. I was told it would cost too much to return so was given a credit, however I can not order now and have lost my money have tried to email and postmaster have rejected and sent back. ERR code on google too. So really annoyed that I have lost money, no refund and shoes that are so bad and not as described that I wont / cant wear them. Appalling. Nothing i can do ?! Note for future. Check reviews first

Please don’t purchase anything from this awful company!
I purchased a pair of dungarees and they were nothing like the picture!
After several emails and a month later they offered 75% offer back!
Needless to say I never received the refund and not they are uncountable.
Really awful customer service, never never will I use them again!

Multiple emails trying to return clothes that was met with an AI chatbot, followed by excuses about their payment portal having a glitch so unable to process refunds and now the support email address is no longer found. Absolute con.

Absolute garbage. Clothes are dreadful quality. Returns have to be sent to China at your own expense, they'll offer you store credit to buy more poor quality goods.
Avoid.
Trying to contact customer services today (08.06.2026) and customer support email account is undeliverable and the website has also gone.
I guess I've just lost over £60 then.
