If I could give no stars I would. Ordered beginning of November and still no sign of my items. Only frustrating automated responses from Customer Service telling me they are expediting my order and refusing to refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a total scam.

Is this a real company or a scam?

Why can this online business not deliver an online order. Do they hold stock in the Uk or Is it coming all the way from China? Took my money on 16 November and 5 weeks later I am still waiting for an order that they said would arrive within 7-10 days. Every time you contact them it is a standard response of “we are here for you”, your order is on its way, and still….

No definite delivery date. Asked for a refund. And told it will be here in 5-10 days…and sti waiting.

Pure fraud - avoid at all costs!!

Rubbish clothing drop shipped from China so you can’t return. Don’t fall for the Instagram story of a mum closing her shop and putting everything on sale - the clothing looks nothing like the images. It’s very overpriced for absolute trash quality. I made the mistake of not checking them out before and learned a costly lesson. Beware!!

Ordered goods and they fail to arrive. Keep being fobbed off they are in transit. There has been an article on this in the Daily Mail.
They refused to give a refund alleging that they are still in transit.
I would not buy anything from this company.

Unfortunately ordered an item from this company before checking them out.
Over a month now and not arrived.
Vacuous and infuriating answers to any attempts to chase the order- probably automated.
Useless tracking information.
Don’t be tempted to purchase anything from this outfit, it’s a scam.

Utter scam. Take your money and deliver nothing giving platitudes continually in broken English. Do not buy.

Realised too late that this is a frauduland scam web-site. Organise retribution on the ground in China; that's all they will understand.

Be careful of this website- all the branding implies a local London store about to close down offering significant discount. BUT it’s a front for a Chinese company so EVERYTHING is shipped directly from CHINA. This results in really long shipping timelines, you can’t cancel or return without incurring shipping costs back to China.

I am still waiting for my items after several weeks. After contacting them they still can not provide any idea when I’m likely to get my items. They claim it’s been very busy but also highlighted I should have read their very lengthy T&Cs to notice shipping from Asia.

Buyer beware!

This is a scam, you cannot make contact by email or phone. The goods have not arrived I am. trying to get a refund from the bank.

Absolutely awful company. They took my money and now claim they can't find my order. I don't have the jumper i paid for and they are not telling me how/when will they refund the money.

it’s a scam. goods are never shipped. Automated responses on email for any queries or estimated shipment date. Shows goods are coming from China, but never sent. Mother shutting down her business advertising on insta is fake

Dreadful company. They should not be allowed to trade in the UK. Their return policy should be made overt as it is non existent. Let the buyer beware.

The absolute pits.
Fell for their scam having seen their fake story about being a working mum’s company who is having to close down shop to look after her kids.
They’ve been telling me for the past two weeks that my garment is very nearly with me. All lies. I ordered on the 18th nov
Have contacted my bank. These lot are scammers. Don’t fall for it.

Do not order from this company. The goods will not be sent, and you will get bland neutral responses to any email enquiries (there is no phone number) they do not address questions about delivery. I sent specific "tracking numbers" and they ignored my questions. They're fake. AVOID

Do not buy clothes from this company. Their marketing is misleading, the clothes come from Asia, there is a very difficult returns policy where customers are expected to pay for postal costs to Asia - which is not on their website. The quality of the jumpers are not good. Do not buy from here

SCAM! STAY AWAY!
I lost more than a £100 because I thought this was a genuine company selling clothes!

Do not fall for this scam. As reported on BBC radio 4’s “You and Yours”programme a couple of weeks ago, it’s a scam called Drop Shipping or Price Gauging.
They sell substandard goods that cost pennies to produce and take your money knowing that you won’t want to send back to China at huge expense.
I have reported to Trading Standards as they brake UK law as the garments I received don’t have either fibre content or country of origin labels. This doesn’t comply to UK law. I have applied for a chargeback on my credit card. Apart from being misleading selling they don’t comply to UK LAW on sales of goods. So I guess credit card companies have to step up. We will see.
