Wouldn’t even give it a one star, wish I’d seen this before ordering, took absolute weeks to arrive then on recital the jumpers are of such poor quality I wouldn’t wear them, £70 loss DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

SCAM - same as all the other comments, ordered beginning of Dec and still no parcel received. I emailed asking for a refund. ‘Sofia’ told me unable to refund as order processed and in transit. 2 weeks later order still not received so emailed again, ‘Sofia’ sent me the tracking number - status ‘order processed’ (not even out for delivery as stated 2 weeks ago). Sofia’ now states they having issues with the shipping company should be with me next week or maybe week after!!!

I’ve now raised a charge back with the card company, hoping for a positive outcome 🤞£93.

This is a scam site. DO NOT USE. There has been no delivery of items since ordering on 15 November, over six weeks, and in response to my queries the company just sends polite emails saying the items have been dispatched and I can return them if unsuitable. As I haven't received anything, and don't expect to, I can't return anything. Items sent from China do not take six weeks to get here. I have raised a dispute with Mastercard via my credit card supplier company (John Lewis) and hope to get a refund. UPDATE 17 FEB GOODS NEVER RECEIVED. REFUND ISSUED BY CARD ISSUER.

Ordered 8 weeks ago and no sign of the item

Order as placed in November 2024 after seeing ad that said they were closing down. It has never been received and several emails received from 'Sofia' to say it is coming and refusal to refund..
This is the response to my 3rd email , this time demanding a refund.
"I understand your disappointment that the order did not arrive on time, I understand that you no longer trust us as a company and think that we have deceived you, that is not the case, we have not deceived you, your order will arrive soon, as it has happened to other clients later, but it has happened to you, your order will arrive soon too."--

AVOID - 6 weeks waiting still no delivery - tracking says processing and not in transit. £72 down and endless emails sent with response saying, it’s on its way - no delivery date supplied. Repeated requests for refund ignored.
Seeing other reviews here suggests my money has been scammed. Ordered 26/11/24.

Other folks are now going to their banks/ CC company to recover cost....well done. John Lewis refunded mine in less than 5 days.

I placed an order 17 November. It has not arrived. I have emailed and emailed and keep getting patronising computer generated replies. I have asked for a refund but they refuse to respond to my request.

I didn’t like the 3 jumpers I bought
I asked to return them
The only way was to send them back to China at a cost of £26 which I did.
I have as they requested sent a photo of the tracking number and copy of the postal documents but I still do not have a refund
It seems a very onerous process

Should have read the reviews here first…. Like others have paid for jumpers that will never arrive and will probs not receive the refund either! Saw the same products being offered under another name Evelyn &Isle- which is a mirror rip off to this one. Do not buy from either site.

I should have realised that this company was not what I thought when I purchased from Clare-London, but the email confirmation or my order came from Claire-London. Also, the payment appeared as an international payment on my bank statement. Alarms bells told me I was never going to receive the jumper I ordered. Someone somewhere is making a lot of money!

0 stars. It’s a scam! 7 weeks now and no goods. I soooo wish I had checked them out first. Avoid !!!!

Sadly, I find myself writing a review for this company very similar to all the others here. I ordered a jumper for my wife's birthday on 13 Nov 2024 and then went through multiple attempts of trying to get a delivery date, only for them to try and repeatedly say it's on its way. They give you an Evri tracking number, but the item never gets past the initial stage. AVOID USING THEM AT ALL COSTS, as they are trying to hold on to your money for as long as possible.
In the end, I had to get Amex to refund me, which is painful but sometimes necessary in this situation. So well done Amex, and I hope you can learn from this Claire London and get your customer experience improved.

I really really wish I’d googled this so called company before I ordered. I thought they were genuine. I ordered 2 jumpers on 15th November. That was now 6 weeks ago. I’ve received nothing. I’ve emailed them and get no sort of personal response - just some AI generated email with no info re my order. Must be a scam. Going to contact my bank in the hope they can recover my money.

I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Placed my order on 16 November 2024. Nothing arrived except for placating emails and untruth. I raised a complaint with my bank yet this CLAIRE company keeps writing to me, refusing to acknowledge that they never sent me my jumper and therefore they cannot refund. They try to wear you out so they don’t refund you. Wish I read the reviews before buying from them.

It’s a scam. Horrendous experience. Do not believe them. I should have Googled before buying.

30 days in they are apparently expediating my order which is nonsense. The shipping information hasn’t changed since end of November. Avoid this company at all costs and recover the money via your bank or credit card company.
