Avoid buying from this company. The customer service is non-existent. They're swift to take your money, and slow to put goods on a ship from China. I'm still waiting for jumpers I ordered weeks ago, the tracking service looks as if it's not left China yet. I am unable to get a refund, and dubious if I'll ever receive the product. Throw your money in the bin rather than give it to this company.

I too have been chasing a missing order I made a month ago & purchased a jumper off what I thought was a U.K. company . Clearly not a reputable company avoid at all costs

Like everyone else who has written a review on this company, I too was duped into believing that I was buying goods from a small London shop as the owner was closing down to spend more time with family. It’s all just one big fat lie and a con to get us to part with our hard earned money.
Goods eventually arrive from CHINA ! Shoddy, cheap and useless garments nothing like those advertised on the slick website. Sofia from their customer services uses every trick in the book to get you to keep said rubbish promising up to 60% of the value you spent on a gift card to use to buy even more cruddy crap. Then of course there is the exorbitant charges to return said crap if you want a full refund BUT you only have 14 days to return it to a country it took 5 weeks to arrive from.
I guess like everyone else my £96 of purchases will go in the charity bag but I’m not giving up so easily on a refund. I am disputing the transaction with my bank and I have time on my hands to take this as far as I can and will do. Trading Standards and Facebook are next in my line of fire, why aren’t TS doing more to prevent these companies from getting our money using UK addresses and FB for continually allowing these criminals to advertise on their sites.

It's a shame this Company is getting a star rating at all but there's no option for No Stars ! This Company sells poor quality clothing direct from China although it claims to be London based. The web site looks convincing and goods described as "Luxury fabrics". It's 100% polyester and poor quality. Any returns have to be posted to China ! Not convinced I'd get a refund if I returned them so another charity donation.... BE WARNED

Dreadful service so far. Very long delivery time and no confidence I will get anything in time for Xmas. Ordered over three weeks ago.

SHOCKING SCAM - do not buy!!!

I, like many others, was duped into believing these goods were coming from a UK supplier who was going out of business. After chasing on my goods, they eventually arrived nearly a month after purchase. What a disappointment! Terrible quality, bizarre proportions and certainly not worth what I paid.

When I emailed to ask for returns information, it was not forthcoming. They tried multiple times to offer me refunds in the form of a discount: 15%, then 30%, or a gift card to the value of 60% of my order. All the while they were trying to persuade me that returns are not good for the environment or sustainability.

I feel resigned to accept my financial loss and will take the items to a charity. Please avoid!

Don’t order from this company. London store is a front, the jumper I ordered from ‘London’ is of a very poor quality, no care or material label and was shipped from China. Ordered on 9/11, was delivered on 5/12. Their return policy is 30 days, I am waiting for their reply as the refund has to be requested via email.
Don’t fall for this scam, fortunately I only wasted £35, could have been worse!

This company is a SCAM!! I was completely ripped off. Rubbish clothing and it took forever to arrive. The website claims their location is London... but it is not. It's China. Forget trying to get your money back. SCAM!!! Do not buy anything through them.

I impulse purchased a coat and jumper from what appeared to be a boutique-style company, claiming “hassle-free returns”. Items took 3 weeks to arrive. Once received, both pieces were very low quality - poor shape, scratchy materials, not worth the money I paid. Customer service were communicative but the returns process is far from hassle free. Returns are at the cost of the customer, and you’re paying to send back to china (to a freight elevator) at roughly £25 per parcel and no real guarantee the items would make it back for the refund. In the end I accepted some money back but kept the items in absolute resentment which is exactly how they make their money. The good news is I will never be buying off an unknown online company again.

This is a fraud

To give 1 star is too much. The clothing is really poor quality and when asked if I can return the good I was offers a 10% refund of the value. The alternative is to pay for the postage to China but it much better returned within 14 days which is impossible. So not buy from here - it’s a SCAM!

Omg Never Never use this site . I ordered a jumper 6 weeks ago and have never received it.
I am now going to report it to my bank.
This is the biggest scam and do not use the suggested tracking app!!! either.

A SCAM do not order from them! The clothes are nothing like what is advertised the jumper i ordered was a nylon garment with badly printed wool designs! They would be laughable if they hadn't taken my money. When I complained they offer 15% refund!! When I declined they offer 60% voucher to spend with them ( I would never want anything else from.them) I sent them back but cost £34 to do so an d I'm not even sure I will get a refund.

Of course this is a company shipping from China. Customer service is appalling, no paperwork and no way of returning. The product ( a sweater) was cheap and really nasty. I ordered a 14 as I wanted it a big baggy. It's hilarious as I can't even get my arm in the sleeve. In all seriousness it will fit my 5yr old granddaughter. Horrid horrid horrid. Don't buy anything from these people

this is a scam. The item is well overdue for delivery and when I asked them details of the delivery and tracking number I got a "pretending to be real" automated message. Avoid

If there was a zero star option It would be too high. Claire London are based in China, not London. the item was misrepresented with both colour and quality. It took forever to arrive (which was a clue to its origin). Sophia was full of sweetness and light and offered every alternative under the sun to avoid a refund. Finally got a returns label to find it was to China, at my own cost! I usually go to Trust Pilot first but on this occasion I didn't - lesson learned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a few things , so far it hasn’t arrived and I don’t have much hope for the quality if it ever does. I reported it to my bank and I am disputing the transaction.
I also reported it on Facebook . Don’t understand why they are allowed to advertise!
They also use the name Velora London. Terrible terrible scam! Do not buy from them!

i would give zero stars. I ordered something and it hasn't arrived for 3 weeks. It appears to be lost in transit however they are refusing to refund me until i receive the item.. dealing with someone called Sofia who is extremely unhelpful. they keep saying the same thing and won't refund.. DO NOT USE ABSOLOUTE SCAM

This is a scam. My cashmere large jumper that I ordered came scrunched up in a small plastic bag with the inly label being one that said polyester. It was tiny and thin. If you seek to return they send ridiculous e mails and when I did finally get a returns note the shipping address was China.
Avoid at all costs. It didn’t deserve any stars but that isn't an option

I can’t understand having read all the reviews why this company is still trading, I too have been subject to fraud.
Please don’t be fooled by the fact you can return unwanted goods, this company has no intention of refunding your purchases. Mine arrived looking like it had been thrown together and smelt fusty like it had been stored in a damp shed! After numerous emails I have now instructed by bank to investigate and cancelled my card.
