Claims Direct 

Illegitimate 'company' called me saying they were from 'The British financial department' and were confirming a refund. Once I said 'so you're going to ask for my bank details?' The woman got shirty and put down the phone. Obvious scam, which is worrying since not everyone would know this.

This company cold calls people, answer the phone and they hang up. Rang the number back and informed them I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities in the UK as they are breaking the law

How is this company allowed to operate? I was phoned twice last week about a car accident that never happened. Told them the first time to remove my details. They phoned again the next day and I told them to stop phoning me with their scam. Their agent said 'F@ck you' and hung up.
I'll report them for the GDPR failings but these people should be shut down.

Was contacted by these cowboys with the usual spiel about asking about my claim on a 'car accident that wasn't my fault.' Upon asking what business it was of theirs, the guy on the line gave an irritable reply about it being their business and rudely told me to get off the line.

I am absolutely disscusted in these people they have strung me along for nearly two years now, last time I called in February they said wait till the end of March and we will either have some money from ppi claimes or refund you what you paid up front nearly two years ago I think was £295
I rang today and apparently they have gone into insolvency, I am not the only person to have encountered this so what now?????
I want this money back and I also feel for all the other people now affected by this scam.
These people must have know about this a month ago ??
If anyone can help me and the other people affected on how to get our money back can the contact us on here by posting a reply .
Who are the insolvency company receivers dealing with this so called company ???

I paid £495 charge for ppi claim in March 2016. I phoned the company many times they told me lie after lie and I phoned yet again on Monday it now has an automated answer service saying they have gone into liquidation, what happens now ? total liars and cheats. They don’t deserve a star . Hopefully the government legislation team will intervene and repay myself and hundreds of other people their £495 back, also did the company keep the money from the banks? wouldn’t surprise me at all.

I have been subjected to poor communication over the last 3 years on a claim for PPI-having paid £495 initially and been promised return of said deposit on March 18th 2018 -it has not been returned nor has there been any communication to that effect from Claimline -the fact that their phone lines are down ( on the recorded voice) “due to maintenance”. leaves me with the opinion that this company cannot be trusted and should be reported to Fraud squad .

My father who is 81 paid £500 to claimline direct in june 2015. Despite phone calls and emails they still haven't paid this money back. I even spoke to them last year and they promised to pay the money back within a week. I am now going to look at legal action against these so called professionals. Do not use these people. If they can ignore an 84 year old man then you have no chance. Total shower.

I'd leave no stars if I could. Stupidly I signed up for PPI paid £400. Promising I would get this back. Because I got £100 back from Barclays they are now saying I'm not entitled to have my money back. One total rip off.
