Cold calling. Next time I will bill you for my time that you are wasting and it,s £10 per hour charged by the hour. You have been warned.

Unsolicited, cold calls from a variety of numbers 0141 & 0800, happening for well over a year now at intermittent intervals.
Have politely requested to be taken off call register on every call.
As of today I shall be logging all calls and taking it further with ombudsman if I get anymore calls from this company.
I have received 3 calls this week alone.
Claims direct stop spamming people. You are warned!

These people are sick. Scam, fraudulent.

Car Crash Compensation Phone Scam

⚠️ The prevailing review of 01416482502 indicates that it is one of those fictitious car insurance claim suggesting that you or a loved one have been in an accident. They may pretend to be from an official-sounding organisation, using names such as ‘Road Accident Helpline’ or ‘Accident Investigation Department’.

They ring lots of people in the hope of striking lucky and reaching a person who has coincidentally been in a road traffic accident recently.

Do not give any personal information about yourself, family or friends.

0141 648....then add four numbers that change every call. Stop calling please, I said. No problem they said......yet still they spam call every other day. Middle of a sh**e They call. Busy road junction, they call...very persistent and annoying. It's been years of this and I often feel sorry for the employees who have to do this futile job. Has anyone ever had an accident and been waiting on some random call to fix everything? Never, so how do these nuggets get their clients?

Never heard of a C category payment until they called me up, I have been compensated for all discomforts felt after the crash within 6 weeks.

My insurance company did not make me aware that this is entitled to me.

So fed up of being woken up, I work nights and every day my phone rings. Glasgow o141 with variations on end digits. I tend not to answer now. But I must have had 2 calls a day for the last fortnight. This behaviour should be illegal.

Blinking nuisance and that’s being very polite!
These are scam calls and the law about this sort of thing ought to be changed and tightened up.

Constant harassment with phone calls, absolutely sick of it every week with them.Every time I've told them to stop ringing me but they continue anyway

Just had a call to say I've been involved in a minor accident. I haven't, neither has anyone in my house. Why can't they just leave people alone and stop harassing.

I just received a phone call from Claims Direct (several calls from their number received today) informing me about benefits for me living in a council flat. I do not live in a council flat and was asked to confirm that I am a homeowner...

I will be investigating this further...

Scammers "Claims direct" about my "accident that wasn't my fault" crap. No win no fee of course
Apparently the 3rd party has already put aside £1200-2000 from their insurance to pay me!

No wonder insurance premiums are extortionate. Time to stamp these companies out

Another insurance scam from Glasgow, very rude tho.

I had a call telling me that I’d had an accident and was due compensation. Apparently another car had bumped into the back of my car! Obviously I realised that it was a scam and asked the guy where the bump was - to which he replied; ‘on your @rse’ and put the phone down. I rang back on 0141 732 0001 (Glasgow, Scotland) and asked to speak to the Manager. I was kept on hold for 30 minutes before I decided to end the call. I intend to take the matter further.

Called multiple times through a different number. Each time when told to take me off the list the guy just kept talking at me. I will give people the time of day if it is relevant but I haven't even been in an accident.

Omg just got a call minor road accident I said how minor ok I do have a mask on so it maybe not clear he then said why don't you hang up after a swear word I did I don't mind sales calls just folk trying to get a wage but that's shocking

Spam calls, constantly on a daily basis from an 0141 Glasgow number. Block the number and they just keep calling on another one. Scam artists! Go away!

Reported to ICO multiple times.
