First good rental experience of my life
From a tenant perspective, agencies are generally seen as nightmare fuel and I've certainly never had a good experience with one - until now. We've been in a CityRise-managed flat for almost two years now, and it's been a joy (which legit feels weird to say about a rental agency). From the rental process to maintenance issues, everything is prompt and everyone is lovely. Even feedback on maintenance contractors is taken on board! That should probably be the regular experience, but has never happened for me before.
A very special shout out to Caitlin who has been beyond kind in dealing with me even and has definitely gone above and beyond. Fran, who comes round to do the flat inspections is also great.

Amazing service Provided by Fran !
I was looking for an apartment for my friend who moved in to Leeds from London and came across spectrum managed by Cityrise. We were looked after by Fran Addison. From the moment we met her she made sure the whole process was smooth, efficient and no time was wasted what so ever. Fran was very friendly and professional and trustworthy .she communicated and kept us informed every step of the way and went an extra mile to made sure the whole process was completed on time just as she promised. The apartment it self was beautiful newly refurbished to highest standards . We wish Fran all the very best and she is definitely an asset to the company.

Stress-free letting experience
I'd been looking for a flat for months before coming across CityRise. From the very first contact with Fran it has been a smooth, pleasant experience. Every question or request I had was answered immediately, and I felt very well looked after. They even throw in a little special gift for you on your move-in day which was an unexpected lovely surprise. If you can, definitely go with this agency!!
