I had a great experience with City Rise and lettings consultant Fran Addison. Fran went above and beyond to assist me with the process and was always quick to reply to any questions I had. Fran was also very professional and made the process stress-free. I would recommend.

Absolutely useless. No one wants to sort out repairs. Constantly have to keep chasing and chasing. Worst experience of my life. Would give zero stars if I could.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way. As a tenant, we understand how important it is for everything in your apartment to be in working order. In this case, the issue was with your intercom not working, which meant you couldn’t buzz visitors in. However, this falls under the responsibility of the block management company rather than ours as the rental management provider.
That said, we still wanted to do everything we could to assist. Had our complaints procedure been followed, this matter would have been escalated to senior management, who could have stepped in to try and resolve it for you. Since leaving this review, you have informed us that you no longer wish for the issue to be fixed. While we completely respect your decision, our team remains available should you ever change your mind or need assistance with anything else.
