Utterly abysmal. Automatically selects a location almost a mile away for some unknown reason, and what’s more, you can’t even change the location after manually.

Ok, so maybe if I contact their customer support it’ll work then right? Nope! The line is supposedly open until 15:00 on Sundays, but I contacted them almost an hour sooner and it was already closed, with a lovely message reminding me that it shouldn’t be closed.

The fact they have the audacity to also charge a fee for refunds is insult to injury. Universities should just do it in house

I had a problem where one of the dryers in my residence hall wasn't working. Morgan helped me out incredibly quickly and easily, so the issue was resolved within a few minutes. The refund was also processed directly, without me having to ask for it. The customer service, especially Morgan, is great!

Well I forgot to add detergent to laundry machines bc their design is horrible there are no place to pour my detergent. Anyways I contact with the customer service and Morgan helped me a lot to get a refund. Again thanks for your help and time Morgan 💙💙

Customer service is absolutely great! I communicated what had happened and I got my refund issued instantly. However, I do think the washing machines are too big for the place I'm staying at. I would need weeks of laundry to reach the maximum and I feel like smaller washing machines would benefit both the company and the customers.

I had an issue with the dryer, it didn't dry my clothes and I had to pay twice to get just wet clothes back. Thanks to Sully my issue was resolved

The most hilarious and unprofessional individuals I have ever had the displeasure of using. I am currently staying in Scape Guildford, whose washing facilities are managed by Circuit Laundry. I purchased a wash pass to use in my accommodation. The wash pass terms say that you can only use the wash pass at the site you purchased it from (fair enough) yet I find myself unable to use the wash pass I purchased in my own building. Instead, I need to go all the way next door to the other Scape Guildford building, get special access to the building (because I’m not staying in the building that Circuit allows me to do my washing in) and wash my clothes there.

I have a washing room in my own building. Managed by circuit. The building is called Scape Guildford. And yet somehow I am unable to do my washing in Scape Guildford because Circuit insists that I need to go to the other scape Guildford. Circuit support have refused to fix this issue, simply claiming that “wash passes can only be used at the site of purchase” I CANNOT USE MY WASHPASS AT THE SITE OF PURCHASE. THAT IS MY PROBLEM. I’m not looking for a refund. I’m just looking to be able to use my wash pass at the site it was meant to be used at.

Edit: I finally received a proper response and a new code to put in that should work across both sites, except the code crashes my app whenever I put it in.

Edit 2: The code finally worked, and the escalated response team proved helpful. Upgrading to 3 stars from 1 star.

Edit 3: After a discussion with the WASHPASS manager, the issue has now been resolved and the two sites have been synced into one. The manager also assured me that Circuit would be working to update similar locations around the UK. While this whole experience probably should have been tested for, better to fix it late than never.
