Had a problem with one of the dryers so I contacted customer service via telephone and spoke with Savaira. Very lovely and helped me sort out my problem within 2 minutes!

I had an awful experience with a malfunctioning washing machine, which cost me £4.30. I contacted the service centre for a refund. Thanks to Morgan and Laura, I received a quick response to the issue.

The washer had a connection issue: after making payment, the transaction was not registered by the machine. A second attempt was made, and the machine worked. Customer service promptly resolved the issues and has stated a refund will be processed for the initial payment. 4 stars only because the customer service chat had connection issues also

Their customer service team is genuinely an utter joke. Used a machine with a fairly small load of washing to be dried, after 2 attempts and payments to dry it, it was still wet and cold (clearly an issue with the machine because it what world does that not dry). I was told it was a “user error” because I estimated the machine to be approximately 40% full which is considered “severely underloaded” - literally what they told me verbatim, I laughed out loud, so ridiculous. Explained I had done an exact same load in a different dryer and it worked perfectly fine so how is that my error because the first machine didn’t work? Makes no sense to me. But they’re too cheap to reimburse me because of their ridiculous “policies”. If you have an issue with the machine I wouldn’t even bother reaching out because their team is so dismissive and unhelpful.

My issue was handled quickly and efficiently with no hiccups.

The laundry is easy to you and the customer service is helpful when there is an issue. They will refund money if there is a problem with the machines.

I had some issues with the payment machine; it did not give me a refund automatically. The customer service was rude and not helpful as well, only repeating the same template over and over again.
Never using it again.

Had an issue with a faulty machine that charged me a few times. Contacted them next morning and after 5 minutes of chat. Money was refunded. Fast and swiftly.

The machines/terminals broke down twice in 30 days and the company refused to refund because 'it was reported after 48 hours'. This is total nonsense.

I was struggling to get a washing machine to work but they refunded and stayed on the line with me to make sure I got my wash. It was very helpful and the fact you can call someone makes it better, thank you Savaira!

Utterly abysmal. Automatically selects a location almost a mile away for some unknown reason, and what’s more, you can’t even change the location after manually.

Ok, so maybe if I contact their customer support it’ll work then right? Nope! The line is supposedly open until 15:00 on Sundays, but I contacted them almost an hour sooner and it was already closed, with a lovely message reminding me that it shouldn’t be closed.

The fact they have the audacity to also charge a fee for refunds is insult to injury. Universities should just do it in house

I had a problem where one of the dryers in my residence hall wasn't working. Morgan helped me out incredibly quickly and easily, so the issue was resolved within a few minutes. The refund was also processed directly, without me having to ask for it. The customer service, especially Morgan, is great!
