If I could give a zero I would. I tried to cancel my account which I haven’t even used at all after the first month yet now five months later I’m still trying to cancel my account and they still keep charging me for it. I tried to contact several times left several messages on the voicemail system the helpdesk system and live chat and no one ever gets back to you when one did get back to me it was 22 hours later from the promised time this company is absolutely atrocious and I emplore you not to deal with them at all. I have had so many charges on my credit card taken I now have to change my credit card number to stop them from charging it. Do not go near this company - I repeat do not go near them.

Trite Response From Jordan...Actions Speak Louder Than Words Than Words
I am working on behalf of a disabled clients who only has his telephone as his only means of communication.
My client P.C. disputed a grossly large phone bill which could not be resolved amicably between each party.
I intervened with Circles Life on 2 occasions to have my client pay his normal monthly payment until the matter was resolved by the Victorian Ombudsman.
Circles Life promised to contact my Client P.C. to allow him to pay his minimum monthly payment.
Contact did not happen as promised at the time they said they would.
I informed Circles Life that our client is a disabled man on his own without support who needed to be reconnected.
Circles Life in Manila (Not Australia as stated on their website) told me they would phone out client.
I let them them know that would be impossible as Circles Life had already cut off his service.
Daryl in Manila informed me he would email Patrick.
I again told him his phone service was cut off as doesn't have data to read any email he was going to send him.
Stay away from this service provider who have no shame in cutting off a disabled person's phone leaving him in a vulnerable position without means to establish communication with his support network.
Training and education, customer care skills disability awareness are needed from the top downwards at Circles Life.
Unfortunately it has taken at least two weeks to get a response from Circles Life.
My client's concern was never taken seriously and has still not been contacted to resolve this matter which has gone gone to the Victorian Ombudsman.
What a disgusting way to treat disabled people in society to cut off their own means of communication.
Even although I am not the client in this circumstance, I was the only one to stick up for his rights which were wronged by Circles Life.
By the way I am customer of your service with my own phone service with you.
You poor response has just reminded me to cancel your service.

Terrible to deal with in general
Terrible to deal with in general, have a really poor customer support, will misinform you and tell you you misunderstood , won't send chat logs when you request them , no one to ring up if you have any issues. So the people who work their treat you with no respect, and also scammed into a more expensive plan when I asked for a cheaper one. Trying to get me to pay bills I have already paid, told me it's pro rata if you port out your number, when I ported out was told I have to pay for the whole month. Appears that the people working there gets amusement out of the way they treat you.i really think the customer support is run by 2 people who pretend to be someone else every time you contact them. Do not go here at all ,worst phone company I ever dealt with and been with , ACCC could have a good look at what's going on here
Very happy with this company
Very happy with this company. Lots of the reviews are people complaining about their bills going up after the first couple of month. I suggest checking the promo you are on. I've always been able to get moved to another promo before the month ends so I don't pay more than a good price. Consistently paying $30 month for 100gb. Customer service through Messenger has been good, and service itself is good for the price.
Ongoing connection issues
I have to say the first few months I had no problems, then people were coming up to me saying that they can't call me or send text messages. After contacting circle support team via email only, it got harder as I had to constantly repeat myself to them about the connection issues. You do all the basic things like, turn the phone off, try your Sim in another device. Sadly all this did not work. I'm so frustrated by the customer service I decided to leave and go with another provider. Waiting for my new sim cards to arrive, So happy days very soon.
CLOSED TICKET MY ISSUE WASN’T RESOLVED
Customer service stated in the email they are closing the ticket to attend to others that need their help to save the day.

They scam you into paying double
I signed up for a $20/month contract. After the first month they immediately started charging me double that, saying that an additional functionality had been added for free in the first month but is charged $20/month thereafter, unless I explicitly unsubscribe from it, which I only did after two extra months. Obviously they are trying to scam customers into not unsubscribing and paying more than they should. This is a typical fraudulent strategy, that relies on people's inertia. Avoid this fraudolent company.
Started well, something went wrong.
Very good when I first used them in May 2021. Gradually, benefits which attracted me have been quietly removed: Monthly rewards; promise of 12-month loyalty reward, 3Gb cushion on exceeding data use.
My contract was due to expire, end of May, 2022. No contact from them; contradictory information through the app and website links. No answer to an email enquiry. Prices on advertised plans have risen to become uncompetitive. I decided to become a direct Optus subscriber and declined to renew with Circles.Life. They started well and something went badly wrong.
Customer service is a joke
Customer service is a joke, got double charged and they supposedly have no way of checking on their end. They also "close your ticket" even when issues havnt been resolved so they don't have to deal with you anymore.
Total scammers
Total scammers. I saw and bought 100 GB for $35 per month on Facebook but got invoiced for a $63 Plan. Their invoices are designed to confuse. You can only manage the account through their app, making use of their sim card in a mobile broadband modem only, impossible to manage.

So basically this company is BS, I signed up for $15 for 30GB and I leave immediately after the 1st month. I got charged $93.53 on the 1st month, I nearly got a heart attack. This company is just crap. Bad services, I live chat them and they give me a 10GB of data and I used it all up before I port in to iiNet. I am gonna get charged $15 again for no reason soon. Screw Circle.Life they only care of getting new customer. Go back to Singapore and stay away from Australia.

Karl, (Senior Customer Happiness Expert) is useless. Promises one thing and delivers something else. Doesn't understand the emails that are sent to him and ignores what you're trying to tell him. I wish I could give 0.5 star.
This mobile service provider is just…BAD WORST
This mobile service provider is just rip you money. They do not provide basic service function, like data cap or credit limit. Once your data reach the monthly limit, they just charge you by default plan called 'pay-as-you-go", which is $10/1GB. you will soon have a bill shock. then when contact its customer service. they apologized it and promised fix it for you. but you will recieved an dumb bot email soon, saying that they are waiting for you to provide information. I complained the company to ACCC.
WORST SERVICE PROVIDER
I don't think Circle has some professionals in their team.
Unfortunately, I bought 6 months plan and submitted my request for my number port-in, even after MORE THAN 96 HOURS they don't have any solid answer, except some online contacts, with different names wasting customers time and giving a lollypop that we are contacting you through your email in 1-2 hours, it is happening for the last 24 hours.
Now how can I trust them when even they are not capable of getting anyone who came to use their services, look like it is just a beginning after that their services will be horrible.

Impossible to terminate contract
After I agreed to use Circle life, I found that they would charge for using whatspp video and I decided to terminate it.
They told me that they wud need to charge for 2 months and I was OK with that.
However, termination was impossible. They made me do steps that would not go through. I sent screenshot after screenshot. Nothing could be done and they kept charging me month after month!!! It's like a scam. A rogue organisation.
For those using the service, it seems OK but if you try to terminate you might hit a problem like I did.
