circles keep charging me for an account which i've repeatedly asked to be cancelled. they only give lip service via chat and email, however are still charging me and never refund money. cant be trusted. referred to ACCC
Terrible Telco
Promotions only for new customers. Even after supporting circles for so many years, I have not seen a single discount given to their existing customers. Existing customers get nothing, the promotions are only given to new customers, what kind of nonsense is that? Customer service told me that promos were coming for existing customers which never came. Very uncooperative. The plans are expensive as hell compared to other Telco services like Gomo. Switching to a different Telco soon

These guys don’t even deserve one star, DO NOT SIGN UP, their promotions are a hoax they took advantage of people during the vic lockdown promo they have wasted days of my life literally sending me in circles with empty promises of waivers etc. by far the worst company literally brought me to tears. Circles life does not care for life, you just go around in “circles”

Do not go over the 100Gb allocation. My $40 a month plan jumped to $274.11 this month. I think these unconscionable companies rely on over use. The call centre aren't live, you have to wait up to 24 hours for someone to get back to you, then the merry go round starts. They have funny names, like 60s movie stars, I think they may be alias's. Very disappointing. Considering Dodo NBN?
Had a few problems
Had a few problems, but their 'Happiness' experts were calm enough to help me out.
Was pretty frustrated with my SIM not getting connected, not sure how that happens but their customer service made me give this 5 stars, really patient folks and I eventually got another SIM and it all got connected well.
I'm on the 100gb for 30$ plan that they had from I think february, it's gg on till march. Works well for me now and now im saving many dollars per month.

Had been a customer for 12+ but no more!
Had been a customer for 12+ months and hadn't had a issue up until 27/01/2021 they decided to take $284.77 out my account. Once I called them they agreed they shouldn't have taken it out and am now waiting 7/15 days for a refund! Fraudulent transaction and my bank advised me as I don't have direct debits set up with them from my bank! Don't touch this service, stay well away from them!

Circle have a good deal and promotion but they sting you with the extras. I got a pay as go account for my kids, $10 overall
But once you go over the data, they sting you for each megabyte, capping out at $38. I requested they stop the data once it was used up, but they said that was not possible. In this day and age, they can suspend your number but can't stop you using data.
There is no mention of this fact on their website. They told me to turn off data on the phone when the cap was reached. What are the chances of my kids telling me the data is out.
Stay away and go for another reputable company. 0 stars.
Slow customer support service
Slow customer support service. Although they are quick to attend to me initially, i raised a promo code issue with them for a week and it was not resolved as they claimed to be. I gave up on signing up with them after the promotion has ended.

Genuinely abysmal.
Internet speeds were so slow I tried to cancel within the first week.
You are unable to cancel your contract via their website (links send you round in circles, ironically) and so have to contact their online support. I've been told now that my contract has been cancelled 4 times but I am still receiving bills and now emails from debt collectors.
Avoid at all cost. I've complained to the TIO and suggest others do the same.

Avoid at all costs. Was attracted by 200gb of data offer so I switched from amaysim but once I used the data they kept charging me, the app didn't update or notify me saying I had used my data. Got a bill at the end of the month for $170. Contacted customer support and they didn't care and stopped responding. Changed back to amaysim where I have never had an issue with. They make billing deliberately obscure to make it hard to track so be warned these guys are a throwback to the cowboy days of telco.

I bought this sim today after seeing they are the only prepaid service offering 100GB with each recharge...As soon as i activated my sim it has come to my attention by there customer service that the data is capped 25GB weekly until the end of the month... The whole reason i bought and converted over was because somehow Amaysim claims i am spending 75GB in data a week (Another Optus Scam).
To top if off if you want to recharge before the end of the month due to running out of data there only option is to buy 20GB for $10 or 3GB for $6 which would last about 1 day before having for fork out another payment... completely wasted my time and my money.... Joke of a company, don't be fooled by their empty promises on there website

Hey, absolute a scam!
Please avoid to try on circle.life plan at any cost.
Here is the whole story what i have faced.
1. Sign up the 50Gb SIM plan with Circle.life online, everything goes smooth until i receive the SIM card posted to me after i paid SGD 2 for the postaid fees.
2. Follow the steps to put in the SIM card into the phone and download the apps.
3. Then, the drama starts. No OTP sent to the given mobile number, tried 3 times, no OTP sent at all.
4. So i use my old number to receive the OTP, received OTP but after logged into the apps. Useless, could not even find where is the setting button.
5. Click on the support and write in via email, surprisingly to receive a bounced back email. The given email from circle.life is not functioning at all.
6. Then, go to their website, leave a voice message at 8742 1330. No one will response to you, you will just wait endlessly.
7. Drop them a message via their website, no response too.
8. Schedule a call with them using the given channel with google meet on their website, waited in the room. After 15 mins, google informed that no one responded to the call.
9. I hope more come to report about this scammer to prevent more victims fall into this trap.
Singapore authority should take note and we should take legal action to this company as i am seeing more and more people are paying for nothing to them.
Circles.Life - beware low quality product and poor service
I signed up for Circles.Life, but have had a bad experience both from the quality of the product as well as from service:
1. Quality of Product
1.1 Dataroam boost for the Philippines did not work
1.2 Data in Singapore did not work for a few weeks
1.3 Circles.Life added a expensive "data boost"pack - extra GBs of data, even though I wasnt even able to use any data, see 1.1 and 1.2 above.
1.4 The dataroam ticker for overseas usage does not update in real time. So you may think you have roaming capacity, whereas you actually dont. Then you are charged pay per use fees afterwards at a usury rate.
2. Customer Service
2.1 I have sent complaints to Circles.Life about not being able to use data several times.
2.2 Circles was never able to solve the problem.
2.3 I was still charged full fees + fees for products I didnt even buy (see 1.3 above)
2.4 I have complained about this to Circles.Life, but never got a response, or any feedback, despite asking several times. It is easy to check data usage to verify whether my claims are correct.
I will proceed to make a complaint to CASE in Singapore and will update this if there is any changes.
I urge customers not to try Circles.Life
